Crafted in tribute to Jacob Willson, my predecessor at West Linn, whose five-year mission resulted in some award-winning refreshments. This molé beer takes a different approach to his final Hillsdale Brewfest submission. Several additions to a Chocolate Porter bring both heat and sweet, for a pint almost as complex and spicy as ol' "J-Cup" himself. Happy trails, my friend!

We took our Black Widow Porter and added peanut, hazelnut and praline essence, and what we ended up with is truly nutty. These flavors complement the chocolate and dark roast flavors of our beloved seasonal, making for a delectable dessert beer. If you like nuts, you'll be Certifiably Nutz over this Porter!
