2007 Pinot Noir, 52% Oregon/48% Washington
The 2007 Pinot Noir is bright ruby in color with fruity aromas of raspberry and strawberry jam, as well as subtle hints of toasted oak. It has a soft palate of ample fruit and strawberry flavors, medium acidity and soft tannins.

2007 Cuveé De L'Abri Rouge, Del Rio Vineyard, Rogue Valley, OR
Our 2007 Cuveé De L'Abri Rouge is a blend of fruit from Oregon's Del Rio Vineyard. With aromas of bing cherries, cedar, cola and vanilla it is a perfect sipper with medium acidity and low tannin. It is a great alternative for those lovers of Pinot Noir. Foods that best showcase the Cuveé are pastas with red sauces, burgers, ribs, sandwiches, soups and even a bowl of hearty chili!

2007 Merlot, Del Rio Vineyard, Rogue Valley, OR
Dark garnet in color, this bold Merlot has aromas of black pepper, blackberry, cedar, basil and baking spice. Full bodied with moderate acidity and assertive tannin, this age worthy wine is tasting nicely now, but will continue to bloom over the next few years.

2007 Black Rabbit Red, 65% Washington / 35% Oregon
Garnet in color with baking spice aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg, fruit flavors of black cherry and blackcurrant and a hint of white pepper, this medium tannin wine has a lengthy, smooth finish.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Del Rio Vineyard, Rogue Valley, OR
Garnet in color, the 2007 Cabernet has aromas of ripe cherries, black licorice, cola, mint and pepper. Medium bodied with low tannins and alcohol, it is drinking nicely now and will continue to open up over the next couple of years.

2007 Syrah, Chukar Ridge Vineyard, Columbia Valley, WA
The 2007 Syrah is a big, bold wine, with aromas of dark cherry, fig, plum, licorice and barrel spice. An exceptional syrah with balanced acidity and low tannin this wine is drinking nicely now and will continue to please for years to come.

Fruit for this Zinfandel was sourced from the McKinley Springs Vineyard, located on the far eastern edge of the Columbia Gorge and the Pines Vineyard, located outside the Dalles, Oregon.

2005 Fireside, Port-Style Wine, Oregon
This ruby ‘port-style' wine was made in the traditional method of harvesting and fermenting overly ripe grapes and stopping fermentation mid way by adding neutral grape spirits, leaving the wine high in sugar as well as alcohol. The 2005 Fireside has aromas of raisins, figs, brown sugar and caramel. Due to its 20% alcohol and high residual sugar, it is an age worthy wine that will gain complexity and mellow over the next decade.
