Hogshead Whiskey

Hogshead is an original. Continuing the independent and innovative styles of Northwest brewers and vintners, this whiskey is distilled with only a passing nod to the great Scotch, Irish and Bourbon distillers, and strikes off on its own. Boasting a palate-pleasing combination of malty spirit -- reminiscent of the malted barley grain that began the process -- and the smoky, vanilla sweet-wood that surrounds the spirit until bottling, Hogshead is a rich, amber-hued whiskey.

Alambic "13" Brandy

This new handcrafted brandy from the Edgefield Distillery was distilled from Pinot Noir grapes. Thirteen years in a French oak barrel have allowed hints of vanilla, cinnamon and floral notes to soften and enrich this fine spirit. Try a glass at the pub or pick up a limited-edition bottle at the Edgefield Distillery or gift shop in Troutdale, Ore. or at the Old St. Francis School in Bend, Ore.

Edgefield Brandy

Edgefield Brandy is a barrel-aged grape brandy and a marriage of two distilled Edgefield wines. Aged separately in French oak barrels then blended together and finished in American oak barrels, the spirit boasts a flowery aroma with hints of berries. The flavor is sweet and warm with pronounced vanilla and cherry flavors.

Pear Brandy

A pure and clean brandy, Edgefield Pear Brandy is created using 100% Hood River, Oregon-grown pears. Distilled in our Eau de Vie Pot Still, the spirit is hand-bottled directly from the still, with no barrel aging, and boasts a flavor that captures the true essence of fresh pears.

Longshot Brandy

A truly unique spirit, Edgefield Longshot Brandy is created using Syrah grapes harvested from Edgefield's own 5-1/2 acre vineyard. The spicy essence of the Syrah grape is a marked characteristic of this firey spirit.

Penney's Gin

Penney's Gin is an American dry gin inspired by its London counterpart that caters to the martini connoisseur. It is handcrafted at Edgefield using the traditional English method in which pure grain spirit is distilled alone, with its vapors passing through carefully selected botanicals. Ingredients include whole juniper berry, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, freshly zested lime and cardamom. The resulting aroma is rich in juniper and fresh citrus, making it ideal for spring- and summertime cocktails.

Professor's Gin

An American distilled gin, inspired by the infamous Geneivre or Dutch style gin. Its an infused gin, where botanicals are soaked with the pure grain alcohol to extract the fresh flavors and aromas. It is then batch distilled and carefully bottled for all to enjoy. The resulting aroma has distinctive juniper, herbal and cracked black pepper notes. Flavors are of corriander spice and juniper. Its finish is bright and layered.
