McMENAMINS 2010 BREWFESTS
Just like the beers, each festival is unique,
and all of them are fun!

From the good-natured contention of Hillsdale's Battle of the Belt to the rollicking noncompetitive exhibition at High Street Brewery in Eugene, each of McMenamins' six brewfests are one-of-a-kind. Some invite guest breweries from other companies, some revel in all McMenamins ales. Some are competitive, as brewers vie for coveted awards. Others are neutral exhibitions, putting fine ales on display with the brewers themselves on hand to answer questions (and perhaps brag a bit). Along with beer, beer and more beer, guests can enjoy food specials, brewery tours, kids' fun, live music, "beer-inspired" artwork and more.

17th Annual Hillsdale Brewfest

On Saturday, February 20, 2010, the notorious "Battle of the Belt" rages for the seventeenth time at Hillsdale Brewery & Public House. McMenamins' Hillsdale Brewfest is a day-long event featuring original brews, food specials, revelry, merriment and – most important – a competition for the coveted Belt. The Hillsdale Brewfest is free to attend, begins at 11 a.m. and is open to guests of all ages; those 21 and over may taste the ales.

14th Annual Olympic Club Brew Festival

In one of its most popular events of the year, the historic Olympic Club Hotel & Theater proudly hosts its 14th Annual Brewfest. Running from 2 p.m. to midnight, this beer lover's showcase features handcrafted beers from our Washingtonian McMenamins brewers as well as several guest brewers. Representatives from each brewery will be available to discuss the virtues of their ales.

13th Annual Barley Cup

The infamous Barley Cup Brewfest features McMenamins breweries competing for the coveted Barley Cup. The challenging twist of this contest is that the brewers cannot just brew the beer they do best. Instead, a random drawing determines the brew style to be crafted. For you, the patrons and judges, this ensures a full range of palate-pleasing beer styles to choose from.
