 OLYMPIC CLUB BREWERY
Established: January 1997
2007 Brewery Production: 138 kegs (17,112 pints)
The Olympic Club Brewery in Centralia, Washington, opened in 1997 as part of McMenamins' renovation of this notorious and storied gentlemen's resort. During Prohibition, this place was the palace of Centralia's King of the Bootleggers. Today, with the same renegade spirit, the Oly Club's Brewery stealthily produces microbrews in small batches, but of a great range of styles and a high degree of quality. Every May, craft beer connoisseurs converge here for the annual
Olympic Club brewfest. |
