Famous for its nightly live music tradition and unlikely truths of record-breaking tequila consumption, ladies of the evening, Shanghai tunnels and residents of a rather more spectral nature, the legendary White Eagle Cafe, Saloon & Rock 'n' Roll Hotel makes for memorable lunches or after work gatherings with coworkers and friends. Enjoy a pint on the outdoor deck and beer garden or head indoors where dinner and a show are served up nightly at this Portland legend -- one of the city's oldest bars.

Located in North Portland's burgeoning industrial district (and now even more accessible on the new MAX Yellow Line), the first floor restaurant boast an historic oak back-bar, original ceramic-tiled floors and a corner stage where giants of rock and blues have strutted their stuff for decades. McMenamins' pubs are truly places for families and friends, as they have been since 1983. Inside all of our places inspired artwork abounds, and cozy booths and long, family-style tables invite folks of all ages to enjoy great conversation over a hearty meal and the glint of a fresh pint. We produce a whopping 200-plus ales each year which means you'll always have a wide selection to choose from. Classics such as raspberry-tinged Ruby, medium-bodied Hammerhead and dark, strong Terminator Stout are always available. Edgefield wines and spirits round out the choices and, if that wasn't enough, our menus feature classic pub fare with a Northwest kick! Choices range from sensational salads and wonderfully cheesy pastas to generous burgers made with naturally grown, hormone free beef from Oregon Country Beef.
