Open daily for lunch and dinner and on weekends for breakfast, the Grand Lodge's airy first-floor restaurant serves memorable meals in a most unexpected and enjoyable setting. Here flickering candlelight casts a flattering glow on intricate iron scrollwork and original artwork. Ancient-looking glass windows literally provide a view onto the past (indeed, they were found in one of the many basements of the McMenamins' Old West-styled Olympic Club Hotel & Theater), and the restaurant features delicious entrees ranging from hearty steaks and inventive salads to Northwest-inspired pasta dishes, made all the more satisfying with a pint of Hammerhead Ale or a glass of Edgefield Winery's beloved Black Rabbit Red table wine. Daily specials offer other tempting culinary delights and on Saturday and Sunday mornings the place also serves up a truly satisfying breakfast menu.
