THE BLACK RABBIT RESTAURANT & BAR
Sophisticated dining meets whimsical inspiration

The Black Rabbit Restaurant & Bar is centrally located in Edgefield's main lodge and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic murals tracing the history of Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge line the walls here, and deep booths encourage lingering over a fine meal. Guests can choose from an innovative menu of Northwest cuisine and traditional favorites, as well as an expansive list of regional and local wines.

The kitchen uses seasonal ingredients from Edgefield's own gardens, which are grown using organic methods -- herbs, vegetables, fruits and flowers that flourish throughout the property's 74 acres. The chef and his staff create excellent meals by using the finest local, organic and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Be sure to ask your server about daily specials! But save room for one of our housemade desserts, accompanied by a cup of McMenamins' own roasted coffee.

In the adjacent Black Rabbit Bar, petite tables for two line walls of rich mahogany and the bar, a 30-foot long affair, stretches through a small curved nook into a private corner. Take your pick from up to five of McMenamins' own handcrafted ales, brewed onsite just 50-yards from the bar. Seasonal brews, Edgefield wines and spirits augment the list along with an impressive bar menu.
