This American Imperial IPA features lots of Chinook, Santiam and Golding hops for bitterness, flavor and aroma. Together they provide a citrusy-herbal flavor, intense bitterness, and the floral aroma.

This wheat is made with half Premium Two Row and half White Malted Wheat. A small pinch of Nugget hops are added for a mild bitterness to provide balance. Then medium-bodied oak spirals were lightly toasted with a torch and aged for several months in our house rum. These spirals added to a keg of American Wheat add unique and complex flavors which include notes of oak, vanilla, and of course rum. Enjoy!
