About Oregon Cornhole Championships Kick-off Festival

Content

We're hosting the first-ever McMenamins Pre-Tournament Cornhole Festival! Our festivities kick off the Oregon State Cornhole Championships. Join us on the lawn for an evening of cornhole game challenges, "Luck of the Draw" tournaments, food, live music and more.  Food and beverage will be available for purchase, and some games will require payment.

Also known as "Corn Toss" and Bean Bag Toss," among other regional names, cornhole is similar to horseshoes, but utilizes wooden boxes (cornhole platforms) and corn bags.

The American Cornhole Organization (ACO), in conjunction with the Washington County Visitors Association (WCVA), will host the inaugural ACO Oregon State Championships of Cornhole June 7 at Pacific University in Forest Grove. Oregonians will compete in singles and doubles tournaments to earn a spot in the ACO World Championships of Cornhole in Charleston, W.Va., July 15-19, 2014.
