We're hosting renowned area vintners for this special dinner highlighting the tastes of Oregon Wine Country alongside our own signature wines – all paired with a specialty multicourse dinner.

Dinner Menu

Pairing with Gresser Vineyard, Tualatin Estate and Montinore Estate alongside Edgefield Winery

1st course
Northwest harvest salad: roasted hazelnuts, marionberries & mascarpone cheese over sweet greens with an apple-yogurt vinaigrette

2nd course
Salmon beignets, served with dill hollandaise and fresh lemon zest
• 2010 Tualatin Estate Pinot Noir

3rd course
Prime rib potato cups: garlic-roasted red potato cups stuffed with shaved prime rib, sour cream and bleu cheese, topped with marinated onions & balsamic drizzle
• 2012 Montinore Estate Gewürztraminer

4th course
Quinoa-crusted lamb chops, served over creamy wild mushroom grits and fried leeks with a mustard gastrique sauce

Slow-poached pear à la mode with a cinnamon brandy sauce

6th course
Artisan cheese and cracker plate: house made sea salt crackers & flatbreads paired with artisan cheeses, green apples
