  1. Mojito shrimp empanadas
  2. Guava roll with jerk chicken & cilantro cabbage
  3. Trio of lobster: mango-papaya lobster roll; Asian lobster roll with wasabi cream; South American lobster roll with corn & chili relish
  4. Confit pork belly/bacon-maple syrup
  5. Mango-lime sorbet served in a half-coconut drizzled with passion fruit purée
