About Garry Meziere No Tomorrow Blues Band
Meziere grew up listening to rock and roll, country, jazz, and blues which he has drawn on through the years to create his original and unique style of playing and writing music. Hear him play and you get an immediate sense of passion that will move you like never before.
Meziere formed the Reflex Blue Band in 1988 in Salem, Oregon, and after several reincarnations in the winter of 1995, he teamed up at a jam session in Portland, Oregon, with local vocalist Ellen Whyte. The two became a potent writing and recording team which earned numerous nods and awards for its work, including the Best Northwest Recording honor from the Cascade Blues Association for its 1996 album Different Point of Blue. Meziere has also been thrice nominated for the organization's Best Electric Guitar award.
"Garry Meziere's lead guitar is the equal of anything you will ever hear. He is equally comfortable with ringing, bell-like blues leads, with soaring rock solos, and tasty jazz improvisation." - Daily Freeman, NY
