We love McMenamins & have stayed at several around Oregon. The central coast NEEDS a McM & we know a great place (no, we are not invested in this at all) that's been for sale forever--in Gardiner, OR, former Jewett Middle School. We went there to celebrate the Confluence, a beer, wine and seafood festival--it would be a terrific McM. No longer the site of the Confluence which now takes place in Reedsport. We would be your first guests and would bring lots of friends!
