Slightly more tart and fuller- bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries instead of raspberry puree.

Dry-Hopped Squeeze Play IPA
 In the 9th inning with the home team on third base in a tie ball game CPR Brewery steps up to the plate and offers up the Squeeze Play IPA to welcome home our beloved Hillsboro Hops. This crisp, summer-style IPA swings big with citrusy Nw hops and brings our base runners home with a clean, dry finish. So hoist a pint and root, root, root for the home team! 
Malts: Superior Pilsen, 2-Row 
Hops: Chinook, Cascade, Centennial
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.009 ABV: 6.71% IBU: 63 SRM: 4

Garnet Red in color, fueled by Sake yeast, and put to bed in a whiskey barrel for some nights. Brought back out for warm summer evenings under dark blue skies with sounds of revelry filling the air. Those nights when you know memories are being laid down and the time will be dreamed about.

Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA - Bottle Only
This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We've revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry-hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead. To top it all off, we've dry-hopped this year's batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

Palmer Lift Porter (on Nitro tap)
Served via the nitro tap, this velvety brew will glissade over your palate delivering the dark goodness of chocolate.

Dark Star
Lovers of hop, your star has risen. Dark Star’s solid malt backbone is laced with black malts for unmatched robustness and complexity, allowing it to shoulder a bounty of NW hops with unparalleled grace. Big, bold, and brimming with flavor, this is our definition of Cascadian Dark.

Copper Moon - Passport Stamp Available
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience.

Farmstead Wheat
This crisp, easy-drinking American wheat beer is 50% malted white rounded out with Pilsen and Vienna malts. Generous flavor and aroma additions of citrusy hops give this beer a bright nose with flavors of fruit and bread.

Hammerhead’s signature Cascade hop nose & intense hopped flavor blend with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

McMenamin Estate Cider Passport Stamp Available
Much like a sour beer differs from a standard microbrew, our barrel- aged McMenamins Estate Cider is drier and more complex than our Edgefield Hard Cider. This cider began in the fall of 2013, when we pressed heirloom apples picked from Edgefield and Cornelius Pass Roadhouse. After fermenting the juice to dryness, we aged it in oak barrels for 18 months, adding additional estate cider from the 2014 vintage. We left this cider completely dry, letting the barrel age and the complexity of the apples speak for themselves. This is a minimally carbonated cider and available in very limited quantities.
