Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
(Highland Brewery - Tyler Staples)
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Highland Smoked Porter
A lovely, seasonally appropriate porter for your palate. Here we have a clean American porter with just a hint of smoke swirling in the midst of dark, roasty goodness. We went old school adding some Brown malt in here (a once very common ingredient in por-ters that made up as much as 100% of the beer), and tossed in some flaked barley to enrich the mouthfeel and flavor with malty goodness. Perle and Tettnanger hops round it out with earthy, spicy aromas and tastes. A cheers to you and yours.
Malts: Pale malt, Flaked Barley, Smoked Malt, Brown malt, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt
Hops: Perle, Tettnanger

Lord Have Myrcene IPA
Myrcene is an essential oil component in hops that gives off a ton of aroma and flavor, and when you drink a west coast IPA you take on a truckload of Myrcene. This particular brew is loaded with Meridian hops and complimented by our infamously beautiful Cascade hops for complexity (both high in Myrcene content). A stronger malt body than our usual IPAs will give you one more thing to mull over in every delicious sip as you enjoy the dank, floral, citrus aromatics and flavors brought ever more forward by the Centennial and Columbus dry hopping. The hop king is here. Thank ya, thank ya very much.
Malts: Pale Malt, Wheat, Caramel Munich 40L, Crystal 15L Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Meridian Dry Hop: Cen-tennial, Columbus
OG: 1.066 TG: 1.015 IBU: 59 SRM: 7
Battlestar Hoptactica DIPA
Prepare your palate to be jettisoned into a whole new level of Double IPA experience, because this beer is on a mission. A strong malt backbone supports a bombardment of hop-blasts to deliver wonderfully layered aromatics and flavors of orange, pineapple citrus, and stone fruit (think apricots). A deep orange hue, sturdy white head, and fine, American bitterness all serve to further a brew that drinks on a galactic scale. So say we all.
Malts: Pale Malt, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Caramel Mu-nich 40L
Hops: Nugget, Columbus, Crystal, Meridian, Galaxy
Dry Hop: Galaxy, Columbus

Get Low Golden Ale
When it comes to craft beers we brewers have a tendency to get carried away with gigantic, ambitious brews. We forget that sometimes you just want a nice easy sippin’ Golden Ale. Low on color, low on bitterness, lower on alcohol, and low on threat to offend your palate here’s a crisp, refreshing pint to treat yourself with a few times over. Cheers!
Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Barley, Caramunich 40L
Hops: Horizon, Crystal
OG: 1.048 TG: 1.006 ABV: 5.24 IBU: 17 SRM: 4
Irish Stout On Nitro
This beer is a very dark ebony colored stout with a thick long lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky smoothness.
Malts: Premium Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Roast, Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Golding
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 43 SRM: 31
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our ruby recipe, this is a pub and seasonal favorite. Made with boysenberries (instead of the Ruby, which uses raspberry puree).
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling beers!
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious.

HARD CIDERS ON TAP
Edgefield Hard Cider
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, and apple pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness. ABV: 6.8%
Edgefield Pomegranate Cider
Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
