The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale. There's a Copper Moon risin' again this summer across McMenamins; make sure that you check it out.
Malts: Gambrinus Organic Pale Malt, Great Western Organic Munich Malt, Great Western Organic 60L Crystal Malt
Hops: Chinook (bittering), Centennial (flavor & aroma)

Mr. Armadillo’s Amarillo IPA
If you’re a hophead you’ve come to the right place. Dry as an armadillo’s backside under a Texan July sun this IPA features a particularly heavy handed dose of Amarillo hops and a few other varieties to avoid a one man show. Sporting four different hop varieties, flaked barley for some body, and a little Pilsen malt to keep it light this is a delicious beer for your hot summer day. Enjoy.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Carastan 30/37, Pilsen, Flaked Barley
Hops: Nugget, Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo
OG: 1.057 TG: 1.005 ABV: 6.71 IBU: 80 SRM: 5
Black Rabbit Porter
Black Rabbit Porter is a semi-sweet ale with a roasty chocolate malt profile. This ale is defined by toasted nut flavors and a sweeter, softer finish than McMenamins' Terminator Stout. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who roamed freely on the grounds of the Edgefield Manor, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.
OG: 1.057 TG: 1.014 ABV: 5.55 IBU: 14 SRM: 34
Peaches ’n’ Cream Ale
This is a classic cream ale toped off with a peachy background, some carapils and flaked barley to boost the body, and these sweltering summer days and you’ve got yourself a pint of goodness smooth to the last drop.
OG: 1.043 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 11 SRM: 3
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries (instead of the Ruby, which uses raspberry puree).
OG: 1.040 TG: 1.006 ABV: 4.39 SRM 3
Red Wagon Wheat
Red Wagon Wheat is a classic American Wheat Ale! Golden in color with a nice citrusy flavor… this beer is user friendly! Stay thirsty my friends…
OG: 1.047 TG: 1.05 ABV: 5.42 IBU: 25 SRM: 4
Meridian Response Chocolate Stout
The meridian response is a pleasant tingling sensation felt on the head and scalp that can be triggered by various sensory stimuli. This smooth, chocolatey beer is brewed with Meridian Cacao Co.’s cacao nibs and vanilla beans soaked in Edgefield Distillery’s coffee liquer along with a big bouquet of dark, sweet, and roasty malts. It’s our experimental attempt to induce the response through taste and extreme enjoyment of an excellent beer in our test subjects.
OG: 1.050 TG: 1.012 ABV: 4.9 IBU:15 SRM: 31
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
OG: 1.056 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.93% IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales.
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45% IBU: 30 SRM: 35
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
