Purple Haze
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.
Malts: Premium 2-Row

Citrus Wheat
One scoop sweet Spanish orange peel. One scoop dried lemon peel. One pint of awesome. With 50% wheat in the grain bill, and a light hopping of golding and centennial, this beer really gets a nice, summer day going in the right direction. With not a lot of sun left, we have to take advantage of the easy drinking, fruity wheat beers while we can. So, no more raiding the local kid's soccer games for orange slices, just grab a glass, and save a kid's halftime snack.
Malts: Wheat, Two Row, and Crystal 40
Hops: Nugget, U.S. Golding, and Centennial

Highland Wheat
A clean American wheat ale with a smooth bitterness from U.S. Golding hops. We used red wheat and Caravienne malts to add a bump of flavor, and you'll probably notice it's just a touch darker than normal wheat ales. Don't worry it drinks just as light as usu- al. Dare to forego the lemon and enjoy it as is.

Tega Swig IPA
Strong in spirit and gentle on your palate, balanced between the sweetness of the grain up front, hints of rye bread and honey to- wards the middle and a distinctive finish of spicy hops with grassy notes, this IPA will warm up your day one swig at a time. Cheers!

Black Rabbit Porter
Black Rabbit Porter is a seven-grain Edgefield classic with a roasty, chocolate malt profile, toasted nut flavors, silky body, and a soft finish. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who once roamed the grounds, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich, Caramel Munich, Rolled Oats, C-75, Roast and Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Cascade and Golding

James Brown Ale (on Nitro tap)
Get up offa that thing!! Presenting an English-style Brown ale to help you try and release some pressure. Featuring a dark choco- late and roasted brown malt backing, the sugar and spice of this beer is the rum-soaked vanilla beans and cocoa nibs we packed into each keg. Since we're Living In America, we had to give it a little kick of hops to make any beer drinker feel good. But hold up! What makes this beer as smooth as the Godfather himself is that we're serving it up on NITRO! Creamy and full bodied, this beer's got soul, and it's Superbad. So nice you'll wanna try your- self a few.

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavor- ful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Major Threat Double IPA
The latest installment in our double IPA series is a true west coast double IPA. Hops were incorporated in every step of the brewing process from mash to keg. Nuggets were used for bittering and provide a smooth, mellow bitterness. Chinooks, Centennial and Santiam's were added during the boil to deliver a piney and cit- rusy burst of hop flavor. Then Tettnanger hops were added late in the boil to give a nice noble hop aroma. Finally, a mighty dose of Centennial hops were added during the end of fermentation for a blast of hop aroma. Cheers!

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling beers!

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious.

Edgefield Hard Cider
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, and apple pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness. 
ABV: 6.8% 

Edgefield Hard Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then infused or fin-ished with Black Cherry juice.
ABV: 6.7%
