The 2015 version of this holiday ale is hearty and robust with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This "winter warmer" highlights the rich, toasty, aro- matic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. There's still some ginger and cinnamon added into the batch but the spices are a little more subdued than in years' past. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years' version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Kringle.

Electric Orange Weizen
A generous amount of high quality wheat malt is employed to give this beer a rich body and frothy white foam head. Spanish sweet orange peels are allowed to boil in the kettle for several minutes before this ale is sent to the fermenter. The result is a flavorful but citrusy and refreshing American style wheat beer.

Citra Hatch IPA
Single malt. Single hop. This IPA is sweet. With a high IBU and deceiv- ingly smooth, a wonderful smash beer to end the Hallows eve. Each keg dry hopped with a small amount of Citra hops. Nicely fruity notes. Bet you can't have just one.

Charlie Brown Ale
The leaves are changing, the weather is getting colder, and Charlie Brown and the gang are about to be on the television. While Linus waits in a field for a magical pumpkin to appear, and Lucy prepares to pull the football on an unsuspecting Charlie Brown, let's grab a pint in anticipa- tion. This full bodied beer has hints of real pumpkin, fall spices, and nice nuttiness to round out this delicious seasonal selection. Don't wait, though, because like the Peanuts television specials, it will be gone soon.

Major Threat Double IPA*
The latest installment in our double IPA series is a true west coast double IPA. Hops were incorporated in every step of the brewing process from mash to keg. Nuggets were used for bittering and provide a smooth, mellow bitterness. Chinooks, Centennial and Santiam's were added during the boil to deliver a piney and cit- rusy burst of hop flavor. Then Tettnanger hops were added late in the boil to give a nice noble hop aroma. Finally, a mighty dose of Centennial hops were added during the end of fermentation for a blast of hop aroma. Cheers!

McMenamins Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee- like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny ni- trogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!
Ingredients: Great Western Pale Malt, Grain Millers Flaked Barley, Bairds Chocolate Malt, Bairds Brown Malt and Bairds Roasted Barley. Chinook and US Goldings provide hop bitterness and flavor.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling beers!

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious.

Edgefield Hard Cider
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, and apple pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness.
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
