From Troutdale With Love IPA

Big, smooth and eminently enjoyable. This IPA is chock-full of citrusy bright flavor, and won't blow your palate up with an abundance of bitterness. An assortment of light crystal malts and a healthy dose of Vienna round out the malt bill to create a soft, sweet counterpoint to the fullness of the hop character derived from an overloaded late-boil series of additions. Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Tre Flip Cream Ale
This beer is designed to be light, drinkable, but yet flavorful. Made with Pilsner, Golden Promise, DextraPils, Carmel Pilsner, and Flaked Barley provide the crisp body, smooth texture, creamy, and slightly sweet malt profile. A small addition of Chinook hops adds a slight bitterness to provide balance to the brew. Enjoy a pint or two.

McMenamins Irish Stout
Irish eyes are smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our nitrogen taps. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. Malts: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley

Chocolate Bar Porter
Chocolate malts to provide this porter with a solid complex malty base of flavors that include a roasty-chocolate and caramel sweetness. Brewers Gold adds a hint of an herbal-citrusy aroma and flavor. The intense flavor of chocolate comes from Cacao nibs that were used in every step in the brewing process, in the mash, in the kettle, and in the fermentation tank. The Cacao nibs provide a bit of bitterness and the intense chocolate flavor. A bit of pure vanilla extract helps give that chocolate bar flavor. The alcohol is kept low to make this beer very drinkable, a perfect after dinner dessert brew to enjoy.

Devil's Bitter
Struck by the ferocious beauty of the Oregon coast, we set out to brew a drink worthy to be served from Devil's Punch Bowl. Meet Devil's Bitter. Shining like sun on sand, this crisp ale has a bright, fresh nose courtesy of a bountiful late addition of Golding hops. The flavor is brisk but balanced, favoring bready complexity over malt sweetness. This spring, as you await our annual release of Devils Bit Whiskey, raise a pint of Devil's Bitter and toast the power of nature and its delicious bounty.

Highland Wheat
This wheat is made with half premium two row, wheat. A small pinch of Nugget hops were added for a mild bitterness to provide balance.

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales.

Ruby

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
