Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!
Malts: Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Munich, C15 & C120 Crystal, Chocolate and Roast
Hops: Nugget and US Golding
OG: 1.050 TG: 1.011 ABV: 5.03 IBU: 17 SRM: 18
Cheers to one of our long standing regulars Richard Lewis! Find him with us during the week quenching his thirst on Tomahawks and IPA’s and bringing us fresh produce from his garden. This style of IPA is one of his favorites and you will find him often here on Tuesdays and Fridays with us in the bar. Hang with us for 25 years and see what beer is brewed up in your honor!

Inspired by a beer that has been with us for over 170 years and a man who has been sitting with us for 25 years at the Thompson house, I present you with Czech It Out. Based and fermented with Czech malts and yeast with an added boost of PNW brewer, this Pils is a blend of old and new school. Brightly lit with a bit of a higher abv and a hop profile that is subtle, this is an easy going palate pleaser.
Malts: Prostejev Pilsen
Hops: Sterling and Crystal
OG: 1.066 TG: 1.018 ABV: 6.19 SRM: 4 IBU: 20
Inspired by the first brewer at Thompson Brewery, this lovely fruit filled beer was brewed 25 years ago by Bart who is now the distiller at Cornelius Pass Roadhouse. Full of sweet tart cherries and fermented with a Belgian styled yeast, we hope that our brewer did good in honoring brews from years past.

Red Riser IRA
Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties. The glorious garnet hue illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow.

SMaSH stands for single malt and single hop. This style of beer is based with Red X which gives this ale a pretty slightly hued body with a straight up Amarillo hop profile. Not overly sweet or overly hoppy. Good middle of the road ale to quench your thirst.
Malts: Best malt Red X
OG: 1.053 TG: 1.012 ABV: 5.29 SRM: 12 IBU: 45
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after Southwest Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
Malts: Premium Two Row, Crystal 40L
OG: 1.044 TG: 1.009 ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20 SRM: 4
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
