GEMINI IPA
Lovely light bodied IPA with a balanced hop profile that has notes of grapefruit from the Cascade hops and a nice bitterness level from the Amarillos.
Malts: pale, Munich and c-15
Hops: Nugget, Amarillo and Cascade
OG: 1.062 TG: 1.012 ABV: 6.45 SRM: 6 IBU: 74
TERMINATOR STOUT
Black as night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied, flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley

SPRING MOON
Soft bodied ale with notes of Jalapeño, cilantro and lemon juice. The Jalapeño is a soft addition and won’t overwhelm the palate with heat.
Malts: two row, Pilsen, Munich and c-15

OG: 1.046 TG: 1.008 ABV: 5.16 SRM: 4 IBU: 32
PURPLE HAZE
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

JAM SESSION ISA
Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

VANILLA TERMINATOR
Took our amazing Terminator stout and added a fresh vanilla bean. Take a sip, sit back and enjoy!

MAGNUSON STRONG ALE
We miss you Mr. Magnuson! This big, bad boy is a strong ale full of warm notes, soft hop profile, and a unique malt bill in honor of our long time friend. The cousin of Pole-Ax on the lighter side of the spectrum, enjoy this strong ale!

SUMMER WHEAT
Beautiful golden bodied wheat in time for summer quenching thirsts! Soft body with notes of wheat malt and just a touch of caramel to slightly sweeten the palate. Here’s to summer, if she ever shows up here in Oregon!

BLACKTHORN STOUT
Brewed for our dearly missed friend, Jeff Jacobs, this warm bodied stout is for friends of past. Beautiful black body with notes of chocolate and black malt are balanced out with a touch of caramel notes to bring a little bit of sweetness for the palate. Raise a pint to all our missed friends!
Malts: Premium 2-row, flaked barley, 135/165, c-40, black and chocolate malt.
Hops: Chinook , Tettnanager.

GEMINI GOLD
Soft bodied ale with notes of Pilsen malt and just a touch of caramel malt to make for an easy going summer quencher.

HAMMERHEAD
This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavors blend with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.
