Thompson Kriek
Inspired by the first brewer at Thompson Brewery, this lovely fruit filled beer was brewed 25 years ago by Bart, who is now the distiller at Cornelius Pass Roadhouse. Full of sweet tart cherries and fermented with a Belgian-style yeast, we hope that our brewer did good in honoring brews from years past.
Malts: Pale, Flaked Barley, c-15, 135/165 and roast

Funny Valentine Stout
Fermented warm and with a soft note of cherries, this medium-bodied stout is also paired with fresh vanilla bean to make its way to your heart.
Malts: 2row, flaked barley, munich, c-60, roast and 135/165

OG: 1.063  TG: 1.014  ABV: 6.58  SRM: 27  IBU: 7

Dr. Who
He’s back! After much demand of one of Jen’s early brews, this nice Pacific Northwest brown ale is here to enjoy! Little notes of roast, and a Cascade blooming hop profile make for a pleasing ale that’s happily waiting for your consumption.
Malts: 2row, Munich, c-40, Chocolate and Roast
Hops: Nugget and Cascade

Created back in the day and many years ago at the Thompson house by Chris Oslin, Pole-Ax is a great hoppy dark amber ale. Nice caramel notes followed by a great Chinook and Cascade hop profile, this ale is sure to please. If you are a Hammerhead drinker, this is a great notch up to try on your palate.
Malts: GWM 2row, GWM munich, GWM c-75, Bairds 135/165 and Bairds black

Nitro: McMenamins Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our 'Nitro' taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitter-ness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleas-ingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.

Beautiful golden bodied American styled wheat for those easy going summer days.

We took the Summer Wheat and added some fresh jalapeño and Ana-heim peppers with a touch of honey to add a great kick to this spring quencher!

Light bodied IPA with a nicely built malt profile. Hop combos create for a nice amount of bitterness followed by fruit notes.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Seasonal Cider: Pomegranate
Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
