A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

For the malt lover; we let the hops take a backseat ride for this wheat beer. Brewed with a massive amount of wheat for a nice bready character add a heavy dose of crystal malts for a subtle caramel sweetness. Voila, Backseat Wheat is born. A small amount of hops provide a mellow bitterness to compliment the sweetness of the malt.

Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aro- ma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Vanilla Blackthorn Stout
We took our Blackthorn stout and added fresh vanilla bean.

Brewed for our dearly missed friend, Jeff Jacobs, this warm bodied stout is for friends of past. Beautiful black body with notes of chocolate and black malt are balanced out with a touch of caramel notes to bring a little bit of sweetness for the palate. Raise a pint to all our missed friends! Malts: Premium 2-row, flaked barley, 135/165, c-40, black and chocolate malt.

What better inspiration for a big beer than an owl taking over one of Salems beautiful parks! This big boy, though not full of sharp talons, does have an upfront hop profile! Spread your wings with this Citra hop packed DIPA! Just don't take my hat.

Reverly Red Sak Ale (Nitro)
One word that brings so many images to mind. One beer that has many things to bring. Garnet Red in color, fueled by Sake yeast, and laid to rest over an oak coil that was soaked in Hogshead Whiskey for some nights. Brought back out for warm summer evenings under dark blue skies with sounds of revelry filling the air. Those nights when you know memories are being laid down and the time will be dreamed about. Raise your pints to images and beers that help bring these times that are shared together into a moment.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Seasonal Cider: Black Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then infused or finished with Black Cherry juice.
