Just in time for the holidays, the busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday sea- son. The 2015 version of Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This "winter warmer" highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which de- livers a magnificent and massive hop assault. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years' version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Krin- gle. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

Deacon Blue Golden
"Sharing the things we know and love, with those of my kind, libations, sensations, that stagger the mind" An easy drinking Golden ale in honor of my old man dog Blue who passed. May we all be blessed with the love from a dog whose job was to love you and be at your side for 15 years. Cheers!

One last hurrah to the lighter styled IPA before we delve into the more wintery IPA's. Light bodied, fruity hop packed for a good balance of it all.

Vanilla Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
This is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long- lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. And the added bonus of fresh vanilla bean makes for an amazing ale!

Originally created at the Thompson Brewery over 20 years ago on Octo- ber 15, 1991 and made once a year by all Thompson Brewers to come after that, Black Widow has become an expected and welcome Hallow- een treat at the Thompson Public House in Salem. Black Widow's web envelops the entire company every year now. Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. A good howl at the Cheshire moon couldn't hurt, either.

Sweet Baby Ray ISA
There isn't enough room on this template to even begin to say what a great man Ray was to our community here at Thompsons. We all loved the days where he would walk in fresh off of riding his motorcycle into the pub to say hello and have a pint. I miss that smile. Oh that smile! To all of those who knew Ray, this is his beer. An easy going session ale packed with a hop profile that I know he would love. Easy going just like he was. Lift a pint to a man who is dearly missed and to others as well. Cheers.

Spanish Coffee Terminator
Change of season brings on the beauty of so many di erent blends of avors and spices as we come o the warm season of summer. We took our long standing stout Terminator and added a li le twist. Warm notes of McMenamins co ee, nutmeg and cinnamon bring to the palate a very familiar taste as the stout notes balance it all together. Cheers to fall being here and yet another amazing sea- son of brews!

Corky's Scottish 70-Schilling
Many of the Mcpubs have long standing regulars that become like family to us. We meet the children, celebrate milestones in their life and know what they like to eat and drink as soon as they walk in. There are also times that these people leave us in passing and our hearts are sad. In honor of one of our long standing regulars, this ale is for one of our fa- vorite men that we had grace the walls of Thompson Brewery.

OG: 1.040 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.26 SRM: 10 IBU: 24
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Blackberry Hard Cider
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is bal- anced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
