Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA
This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We've revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the North- west. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry- hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hop- head. To top it all off, we've dry-hopped this year's batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
This is our Halfway to Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal and will pour exclusively on our nitro taps for the occasion. McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!

O'Reilly's Red Ale
"Attention!" This year's Wildlife Safari Fundraiser Auction theme is M*A*S*H. O'Reilly's Red Ale was brewed to help promote their attempt to raise funds to build a new "Medical Animal Safari Health Center". Packing a bit more punch than a Grape Nehi, but substantially less than the Colonel's Brandy, or moonshine from "the Swamp", O'Reilly's Red is a balanced northwest style Red Ale. The rich malt flavor of Red X malt supports and balanc- es the somewhat aggressive hopping of this satisfying brew. Radar's namesake was chosen for this beer because of his near magical ability to get whatever the unit was in need of. And, as you drink this beer, please remember, "Animals are people, too."

Fresh off the hop bine from the Land of Umpqua, Hopqua is an IPA brewed with nearly 6 pounds per barrel of fresh homegrown hops, grown, picked and donated by several of our gener- ous patrons at the Roseburg Station. Pale in color, with a substantial malt backbone from a variety of barley malts, rye malt and flaked bar- ley, Hopqua has a big fresh hop flavor and aroma. Commercially grown Horizon and Chinook hops were used for bittering, Mosaic for flavor and fresh homegrown hops were added late in the boil to add fresh hop flavor and aroma. Another addition after the end of the boil contributes to the fresh hop aroma. All in all 33 pounds of fresh home- grown hops were used to brew this batch of beer. So welcome the change of seasons and celebrate the harvest with a pint of Hopqua and savor the flavor of the Land of Umpqua.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
The Edgefield Winery has been producing hard cider since 1992. Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold storage to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness).
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
Production Notes: What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two icon- ic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this deli- cious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry.
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
Food Pairing: This rich, smooth cider is excellent with grilled steak or hamburgers.
Production Information: The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Employing a cool fermentation to maintain as much of the fresh apple aromas as possible, we ferment the cider until it is completely dry. We then blend in a generous addition of Blackberry juice for sweet- ening, color, and flavor.
