Can You Hear Seattle Sing? Session Ale
We don't hear a bloody thing. Named after a line from our brewers' favorite Timbers Army chant, this single-hop golden session ale is modeled after easy drinking lagerbier, designed to keep you singing ‘till the match is won.

Bauernhaus Belgisch Blass Ale
This traditional Belgian pale ale was made with only pilsner malt and corn flakes for its base, leaving it light in color and body making this beer extra drinkable. Chinook hops add a light bitterness while Brewers Gold hops add a light spiciness and fruity notes to the flavor and aroma. The spiciness and fruitiness was bumped up even more with late kettle additions of Grain of Paradise and Bitter Orange Peel. All fermented together with Wyeast Abbey 2 (Wyeast 1762) at aggressive temperatures to add the complex Belgian character to this modern take on old farmhouse ale
Malts: Best Pilser, Briess Corn Flakes
Hops: Chinook, Brewers Gold
Adjuncts: Grains of paradise, Bitter Orange Peel
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.011 ABV: 5.68 IBU: 24 SRM: 3
A light straw color greets you in the glass and gives way to flavors of citrus fruit.
OG: 1.063 TG: 1.011 ABV: 6.7 IBU: 80+ SRM: 7
Jam Session ISA
Jam Session ISA is a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus.
OG: 1.047 TG: 1.010 ABV: 4.77 IBU: 49 SRM: 4
On Nitro Tap: Birmingham Bitter
Our ale tribute to Birmingham, England, hometown of Black Sabbath. Often described by the Sabbath men as a hard-knock, smoky, bitter kind of place to grow up, we thought a no-nonsense English Bitter would be fitting. A bready malt body with hints of smoke serves as a base for a trio of hops that finish off each sip with a sharp bite.
OG: 1.040 TG: 1.010 ABV: 3.87 IBU: 61 SRM: 7
Cailleach's Belgian Wheat
Balancing bites from white wheat and hops combine with Belgian-yeast flavors and aromas of clove and banana for a pleasing summer brew. Fans of Hefeweizen will want to try this one out!
OG: 1.054 TG: 1.007 ABV: 6.06 IBU: 35 SRM: 10
*Blue Skies for Black IPA
Brewed for the annual Malt Ball in collaboration with Blue Skies for Black Hearts, we bring you a strong, dank, dark IPA.

Hops: Chinook, Meridian, Bullion
OG: 1.072 TG: 1.014 ABV: 7.48 IBU: 80 SRM: 24
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slighty more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries instead of the raspberry puree.
OG: 1.040 FG: 1.006 ABV: 4.39 SRM 3
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row , Munich, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39
Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Seasonal Black Cherry Cider
Glass $3.75 / Pint $6.25
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then infused or finished with Black Cherry juice. ABV 6.7%
