Can You Hear Seattle Sing? Session Ale
We don't hear a bloody thing. Named after a line from our brewers' favorite Timbers Army chant, this Citra-single-hop session ale is inspired by easy drinking lagerbier, designed to keep you singing ‘till the match is won.

Wolvendraught Porter (on Nitro tap)
Modeled after the robust porter style, our "Wolf's Draft," designed for moon-howling and other such wolfish activities, pours jet black with a silky head.

If you like the Ruby, try this twist on it. This delicious fruit ale is made with fresh boysenberries.

Dunkelweizen directly translated means "Dark Wheat." It's a beer that has a long and storied history in Germany; specifically, the region of Bavaria. This beer is very low in hops yet still high in flavor. The Weihenstephan yeast is the real star of the show. It gives off soft and pleasant flavors of clove and banana. Dark crystal and chocolate malts give the Dunkel its color and slight roast flavor. Prost!

This Weizen has medium body with flavors and aromas of banana and clove. The texture of wheat imparts the sensation of a fluffy, creamy fullness that may progress to a light, spritzy finish aided by high carbonation. This style is always effervescent and always satisfying.

No Bad Days IPA
No matter what kind of day you're having, this IPA is sure to make it better. Mosaic and Citra hops impart distinct notes of passion fruit, soft citrus, and pineapple without being overly bitter.

Red Rhino
The Red Rhino is a Red Ale rich in color and flavor. It has just the right combination and amount of crystal malt to give this ale its signature deep red hue. Red Rhino is hopped with pungent Centennials and Cascade hops. In an attempt to round off this pure "C" hop beer, Centennial pellets were added at the end of fermentation.

*Flower Fever Imperial IPA
Weighing in at 8.6 percent ABV, the "Flower Fever" Imperial IPA, packs a tough Portland IPA punch. Flavored with a combination of Mosaic and Centennial hops, we gain a satisfying balance of Citrus and Pine flavors. Dry hopped with a 6 pound combination (1LB per BBl) of Citra and Meridian pellets, this Double IPA has powerful aromas that will be the first thing to greet your senses.

*Dying Embers Imperial Stout
The song, "Cold Old Fire," by Dublin, Ireland, folk band Lynched, inspired this dark concoction. It's meant to evoke grey days in Dublin & memories of good times and bad spent by a fire, whose flame, like a glass of tasty, strong beer, inevitably will disappear. We sought out flavors to mimic the atmosphere of sitting around the "dying embers of a cold old fire." Tao of Tea's pine-smoked black tea provides the smoke, while organic habanero peppers provide the slight heat. Wintergreen leaves bring up the last note on the palette, signifying the chill that sneaks up like a thief around such a scene. Stout and black tea-well, in terms of Dublin, they sort of speak for themselves, don't they?

Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. Beginning with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness, the real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aroma. It is a greener and more unadulterated flavor and aroma than comes from dried hops.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Seasonal Blackberry Cider
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is bal- anced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
