Seasonal Cider: Dry Hopped Cider
Three separate dry hop additions of Cascade, Chinook and Nugget hops flavor our seasonal cider with ample notes of citrus, spice and grapefruit hop infused fragrance

Black Widow
Originally created at the Thompson Brewery over 20 years ago on October 15, 1991 and made once a year by all Thompson Brewers to come after that. This year, however, Black Widow’s web has enveloped the entire company, as every McMenamins brewery made a batch. Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. 
Malts: British Pale Malt, Munich, Flaked Barley, Wheat, 135/165 Crystal, Black and Roast 
Hops: Nugget and Sterling Additional Ingredient: Licorice Root

Pond Jumper Imperial IPA
This is a big and bold but very approachable Imperial IPA. This beer is very well balanced between the malt and the hops. The malt character is slightly bready with a caramel sweetness similar to an American IPA . The use of all noble hops gives this beer floral, spicy, and fruity notes, without an overpowering bitterness Like an English IPA. Then the beer was fermented with a German Kolsh yeast brings all of the flavors together. This international mixture comes in at 9% Abv so enjoy responsibly.

Hops: Chinook, Santiam, Sterling, US Goldings, Brewers Gold

Helle Gud Lager
A light European lager brewed as traditional as possible using all European malt and hops. This Lager was brewed to have low alcohol without sacrificing flavor and is one of the most popular styles of beer throughout the world. A Danish lager yeast was used and provides the structure for this beer. It has a clean, mildly hopped and smooth flavor profile. 
Malts: Pilsner, Wheat, Carapils, Biscuit Malt 
Hops: Santiam

Genesis IPA
This is a hop-forward IPA that has pleasant hints of passion-fruit and citrus as well notes of pine and resin. It has an orange body with nice white lacing on the glass and provides a balanced flavorful finish due to dry hopping with Chinook hops. 
Malts: Pilsner Malt, Pale ale Malt, Carapils, Caramunich 40L 
Hops: Chinook, Simcoe

Punk’d Pumpkin Porter
This beer pours a jet black with aromas of maple, pumpkin, vanilla and ginger. Pure pumpkin was toasted with rolled oats and brown sugar before being added to the mash. Similarly, pumpkin and roasted pumpkin seeds were added to the kettle just before flame off. Vanilla beans, maple syrup and spices were added to the fermenter along with pure maple syrup to create a pumpkin experience that will linger on your palate. This beer was a collaboration brew between Mark and Nate over at our Wilsonville location. 
Malts: GWM Pale Ale, GWM C120, GWM Vienna, TF&S Pale Chocolate, Baird’s Black, Flaked Barley, Rolled Oats TF&S Crystal Rye, Baird’s Black 
Adjuncts: Pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, fresh ginger, organic Vermont maple syrup, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans 
Hops: Brewers Gold

Whiskey Barrel Aged Venomator Imperial IPA
This is a big and bold but very approachable English style Imperial IPA. This beer is very well balanced between the malt and the hops. The malt character is nutty, bready, and slightly spicy with a caramel sweetness. The use of all noble hops gives this beer floral, spicy, and fruity notes, without an overpowering bitterness. At almost 9% alcohol by volume this beer is meant to be enjoyed in moderation.

Hops: Citra, Perle, Golding, Crystal, Delta 
OG: 1.082  TG: 1.015  ABV: 8.64  IBU: 100  SRM: 9

Mc-Hooligan Mild
this is an English mild ale that gets its creamy and grainy character from traditional floor malted grain as well as a generous amount of flaked barley. It pours a deep burnt orange with a nice thick white cream on top. The nitrogen dispensing system brings the flavor and the creaminess to the front of your palate and the aroma of a deep rich nutty sweetness finished by a mild spice to your nose. It was brewed for the hooligan in all of us. 
Malts: Marris Otter, Dark Munich, Crystal Wheat 40L, Flaked Barley 
Hops: Perle, Brewers Gold 
OG: 1.058  TG: 1.016  ABV: 5.4%  IBU: 23  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night. Rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws it's robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986:  To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious.  Taste the original!
