Can You Hear Seattle Sing? Session Ale
We don't hear a bloody thing. Named after a line from our brewers' favorite Timbers Army chant, this single-hop golden session ale is modeled after easy drinking lagerbier, designed to keep you singing ‘till the match is won.
OG: 1.053 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.5 IBU: 41 SRM: 7

Hop Clash IPL (India Pale Lager)
(Old St Francis School • Michael "Curly" White)
This IPL is a clash of styles as well as hops! Lager yeast was used to make a mellow body pale nice and easy to sip on. The abundance of hops gives it a hop flavor and bitterness that makes you come back for more! A mild aroma of tropical fruit gives way to a pine like bitterness that lingers on the taste buds like a warrior! A crisp and somewhat dry finish reminds you that this lager is like no other pale that you've had before! Enjoy!!
OG: 1.057 TG: 1.013 ABV: 5.7 IBU: 53 SRM: 5

Onward Caravan Turkish Brown Ale
You'll notice the organic green cardamom in the nose and upon first sip. It will soon vanish, giving way to a brown ale base full of smooth caramel malt tones, and flavors and aromas of fresh nuts, chocolate, heavy cream, and golden syrup from our Kenyan and El Salvador locally roasted coffee beans. A slight roastiness rears up at the end to complete a unique, satisfying brew.
OG: 1.057 TG: 1.013 ABV: 5.68 IBU: 19 SRM: 16

Jam Session ISA
Jam Session ISA is a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus.
OG: 1.047 TG: 1.010 ABV: 4.77 IBU: 49 SRM: 4

On Nitro Tap: Birmingham Bitter
Our ale tribute to Birmingham, England, hometown of Black Sabbath. Often described by the Sabbath men as a hard-knock, smoky, bitter kind of place to grow up, we thought a no-nonsense English Bitter would be fitting. A bready malt body with hints of smoke serves as a base for a trio of hops that finish off each sip with a sharp bite.
OG: 1.040 TG: 1.010 ABV: 3.87 IBU: 61 SRM: 7

Boudicca’s Revenge Old British Braggot
One of the oldest styles of fermented beverages, the braggot—a cross between unhopped ale and mead—was a popular beverage among British natives until it was replaced by its less unwieldy cousin, hopped beer. Our braggot features a smooth, biscuity malt body that balances out the flavors from Scottish heather and Oregon blackberry honey. A small amount of cinnamon and ginger were added, staying true to the old recipes.
OG: 1.081  TG: 1.010  ABV: 9.16%  IBU: 16  SRM: 18

Caesar's Retreat (Whiskey Barrel-Aged British Braggot)
Our Boudicca's Revenge braggot aged in a Hogshead Whiskey barrel for six weeks, where it picked up strong notes of vanilla and caramel. It features a smooth malt body that balances out flavors from Scottish heather and raw Oregon blackberry honey. Deceptively easy to drink, it creeps up on you like a band of Iceni Celts flanking your legion. Something like that.
Malts: Pale, Victory
Hops: Nugget
Adjuncts: Rolled Oats, Blackberry Honey
Other: Cinnamon, Ginger
OG: 1.081 TG: 1.005 ABV: 9.80% IBU: <10 SRM: 18

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010  ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row , Munich, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.39

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Seasonal Cider: Pomegranate
Pomegranate cider was our second ever seasonal cider, first released in July 2013. This release will be its third appearance, and it is expected to remain on tap until the end of April (to be followed by cherry cider). Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
ABV 6.5%
