Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

*13th Avenue Barleywine
To commemorate the brewing of our 5,000th batch here at the Crystal Brewery, we made a massive Barleywine. Big and boozy, this ale highlights the classic breadiness of British Maris Otter malt with underlying notes of toffee and caramel. Vigorous fermentation and a special blend of yeast imparted notes grape must and crisp apple as well.
OG: 1.121 TG: 1.022 ABV: 12.77 IBU: 45 SRM: 22
Kilmister’s Pub Draught (on Nitro tap)
An ale modeled after the British Bitter, quaffable, meant to be enjoyed in a public house with good company. Not available “to go.”
OG: 1.038 ABV: 4.13 IBU: 36 SRM: 7
The part that makes this ale so unique is the yeast. The strain used is called Weihenstephan, one of the oldest yeast strains in the world. It produces flavors that include spicy clove and fresh banana. The texture of wheat imparts the sensation of a fluffy, creamy fullness that may progress to a light, spritzy finish aided by high carbonation. This style is always effervescent and always satisfying.
OG: 1.052 TG: 1.009 ABV: 5.5 IBU:28 SRM: 7
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slighty more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries instead of the raspberry puree.
OG: 1.040 FG: 1.006 ABV: 4.39 SRM 3
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
