Can You Hear Seattle Sing? Session Ale
Session Ale We don't hear a bloody thing. Named after a line from our brewers' favorite Timbers Army chant, this single-hop golden session ale is modeled after easy drinking lagerbier, designed to keep you singing ‘till the match is won.

Simcoe SMASH IPA
SMASH is an acronym for Single Malt And Single Hop. Paired with the highest quality German Pilsner malt, the Simcoe SMASH has a lovely, bright straw color. Moderately bittered, we wanted this beer to be about flavor and aroma instead of pallet wrecking bitterness. The Simcoe hops are going to give off a pleasant earthy, pine aroma while the flavors will evolve from earth to citrus in the few wonderful seconds that this ale pleasantly strolls across your pallet.

Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. 1332 Herbal Pale Ale
Our herbal pale, featuring Lemon Myrtle, features strong tropical fruit and soft citrus flavors.

The part that makes this ale so unique is the yeast. The strain used is called Weihenstephan. (One of the oldest yeast strains in the world) It produces flavors that include spicy clove and fresh banana. This Weizen has medium body but suspended yeast may increase the perception of body. The texture of wheat imparts the sensation of a fluffy, creamy fullness that may progress to a light, spritzy finish aided by high carbonation. This style is always effervescent and always satisfying.

Dying Embers Imperial Stout
The song, "Cold Old Fire," by Dublin, Ireland, folk band Lynched, inspired this dark concoction. It's meant to evoke grey days in Dublin & memories of good times and bad spent by a fire, whose flame, like a glass of tasty, strong beer, inevitably will disappear. We sought out flavors to mimic the atmosphere of sitting around the "dying embers of a cold old fire." Tao of Tea's pine-smoked black tea provides the smoke, while organic habanero peppers provide the slight heat. Wintergreen leaves bring up the last note on the palette, signifying the chill that sneaks up like a thief around such a scene. Stout and black tea-well, in terms of Dublin, they sort of speak for themselves, don't they?

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Seasonal Blackberry Cider
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is bal- anced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
