McMenamins Irish Stout

McMenamins Irish Stout

It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.
Malts: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley
Hops: Chinook, US Golding  ABV: 4.9  IBU: 39  SRM: 32

Black Rabbit Porter

Black Rabbit Porter
Black Rabbit Porter is a seven-grain Edgefield classic with a roasty, chocolate malt profile, toasted nut flavors, silky body, and a soft finish. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who once roamed the grounds, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich, Caramel Munich, Rolled Oats, C-75, Roast and Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Cascade and Golding
ABV: 5.55  IBU: 14  SRM: 34

Hefeweizen
This hazy, deep golden ale was made with over 50% wheat which adds a soft grain flavor. A German ale yeast was used to create clean lager like characteristics and also adds to its haze. The slightly spicy herbal flavor of Sterling hops work to balance out the overall flavor profile.
Malts: Briess Red Wheat, 2 Row barley, Superior Pislner, Crystal 15
Hops: Nugget, Sterling  ABV: 5%  IBU: 26  SRM: 4

Red Riser IRA

Red Riser IRA
The glorious garnet hue of this India Red Ale illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow. And it does.
Malts: Pilsner Malt, Marris Otter Pale Malt, Crystal Rye, Caramel Munich 40, Melanoidin, Roast
Hops: Galena, Nugget, Centennial, Cascade
ABV: 7.10  IBU: 98  SRM: 14

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
Malts: Premium Two Row, Crystal 40L
Hops: Cascade
ABV: 4.52  IBU: 20  SRM: 4

Springs Eternal ESB
The British style of Extra Special Bitter has a great balance of both malt and hop flavors. Sweet caramel malt characteristics mingle well with the spicy, floral notes that come from Ultra hops.
Malts: ESB, Rolled Oats, Wheat, Crystal
Hops: Ultra, Chinook
ABV: 5.16  IBU: 25  SRM: 10

All-Seeing IPA
Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops and pale malts all went into this IPA. Munich, Rye and a little C-15 supplement the Pilsen base of the beer providing little color or sweetness allowing the Hops to stare you right in the face. Look at them. Smell them. Taste them.
Malts: Pilsen, Munich, Rye and C-15
Hops: Centennial, Chinook and Cascade
ABV: 6.3  IBU: 68  SRM: 5

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: to create an ale that is light, crisp and refreshingly fruity.

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Edgefield Pear Hard Cider
This new release of seasonal cider takes advantage of fresh local apple and pear juice to produce an apple based hard cider that is sweetened with pear juice. As spring approaches and blossoms begin to burst, take a minute to enjoy a unique combination of flavors that have made the Columbia Gorge famous.  ABV: 6.4%
