Mountain Park IPA
Come on down the mountain and enjoy a hoppy India Pale Ale. The light bodied malt profile of this beer lets you enjoy all the hop flavors. Simcoe hops have distinct aromas that can be described as piney with citrus notes and are a favorite among Northwest brewers.

OG: 1.044 TG: 1.009 ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20 SRM: 4

Hops: Nugget, Perle, Santiam
OG: 1.053 TG: 1.013 ABV: 5.16 IBU: 45 SRM: 15

Hops: Nugget, Sterling
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.006 ABV: 5% IBU: 26 SRM: 4
Named after the malt used to create its rich ebony color, Briess Black Prinz roasted barley. The husk of this malt was removed before roast to offer less bitterness and astringent flavor than you get with other roasted malts. Sweet malt flavors are balanced with a mild hop profile.
Malts: GWM Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Wheat, Bairds Brown, Crystal 120, Briess Black Prinz
Hops: Chinook, Sterling
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.014 ABV: 6.06 IBU: 18 SRM: 30
Double Darkness CDA
Double Darkness is a strong Cascadian dark ale. Just enough roasted malts were added to turn this double IPA black. Don’t let your eyes fool you. This dark ale has some sweet roasted malt flavor but with plenty of hop bitterness and aroma to make this and interesting version of an IPA.
Malts: NW Pale, Midnight Wheat
Hops: Centennial, Nugget, Meridian, Falconers Flight
