Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Big 3 IPA
Three hop varieties with their own distinct hop characteristics were combined to create a true Northwest IPA. Simcoe hops add a very unique pine like aroma. Chinook hops give classic citrus flavors like grapefruit. And finally a new comer Mosaic hops round it off with a complex blend of floral, fruity, tropical, and earthiness flavors.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Victory and Carmel Munich
Hops: Mosaic, Chinook and Simcoe
ABV: 7.25 IBU: 80 SRM: 6
Southsider Oatmeal Pale
This is a Northwest style pale ale with an aggressive amount of rolled oats. This amount of oats would usually only find its way in darker styles like an Oatmeal Stout. The oats add a sweet creamy body to the beer along with a cereal malt aroma. Delta and Zeus hops were blended and added throughout the brew to make sure you know your drinking a Northwest Pale. The slight bitterness and floral citrus aromas balance out the sweet malt flavors and make the beer very inviting.
Malts: Gambrinus ESB, Rolled Oats, Briess Victory, Franco Belges Caramel Vienna
Hops: Nugget, Delta, Zeus
ABV: 5.29% IBU: 45 SRM: 8
This hazy, deep golden ale was made with over 50% wheat which adds a soft grain flavor. A German ale yeast was used to create clean lager like characteristics and also adds to its haze. The slightly spicy herbal flavor of Sterling hops work to balance out the overall flavor profile.
Malts: Briess Red Wheat, 2 Row barley, Superior Pislner, Crystal 15

Sailing the Seas of Cs
A strong Double IPA that really packs a punch. Brewed with seven different hop varieties all starting with the letter C. Lots of hop flavor and aroma with a mild malt background to let the hops shine.
Malts: Canada Malting Superior Pilsen, Caramel Munich
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Centennial, Crystal and Columbus
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 67 SRM: 6
Named after the malt used to create its rich ebony color, Briess Black Prinz roasted barley. The husk of this malt was removed before roast to offer less bitterness and astringent flavor that you get with other roasted malts. Sweet malt flavors are balanced with a mild hop profile.

Hops: Chinook, Sterling
ABV: 6.06% IBU: 18 SRM: 30
Extra Pale Ale
Poured only on our nitro tap. The use of six-row barley, flaked corn and a cold fermentation give this extra pale clean crisp malt flavors. An extra dry hopping of cascade hops adds a nice citrus nose.
Malts: Briess 6-Row Brewers Malt, Briess Corn Flakes, Franco-Belges Caramel Vienna (19-23L)
Hops: Crystal, Perle
ABV: 4.9% IBU: 30 SRM: 4
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
