From Troutdale With Love IPA
Big, smooth and eminently enjoyable. This IPA is chock-full of citrusy bright flavor, and won't blow your palate up with an abundance of bitterness. An assortment of light crystal malts and a healthy dose of Vienna round out the malt bill to create a soft, sweet counterpoint to the fullness of the hop character derived from an overloaded late-boil series of additions. Enjoy.

Over The Counter Pilsner
Just what the doctor ordered! Pilsners are generally light colored, clean flavored beers with a distinct hop aroma and this beer is no exception. You don't even need a prescription for this beer, but it will cure what ails you anyway.

We brewers at Edgefield have followed the ancient Bavarian tradition of the Spring maibock. This maibock is a copper-colored lager with a rich, malty body and flavors of caramel, toffee, and grain. The malt flavor, however, is tempered by the crisp, smooth fermentation profile imparted by a style-fitting German lager yeast that rounds off any rough edges and molds Mayday Maibock in to a truly refined beer that lends itself to multiple servings.
