Tone Deaf IPA
Sometimes my lack of musical aptitude makes me feel estranged from my more euphonious Portland friends. So to fit myself back in to the Portland inner circle, I did what I feel I do best. Make a beer. The Tone Deaf IPA is lower than a baritone in bitterness yet higher than a castrato in flavor and aroma. Mosaic and Citra hops contribute a cadence of tropical fruit flavors. The lightness and crispness of Pilsner malt combine for a harmonic balance between malt and hop. Dry hopped with Galaxy pellets, a soft peach aroma will be the first thing to touch your scenes.

Dream Girl Wheat
The Dream girl wheat will put a smile on your face rain or shine. Brewed with Vienna and wheat malt, this American style wheat ale is sure to quench your summer thirst. Brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander, the Dream Girls has just the right amount of spice and flavor. Pairs wonderfully with any pub menu but is also unique enough to stand alone.

Bike Commute Barley Wine
Bike Commute Barley Wine is the first offering of this style from Oak Hills since I started brewing here in 2012. I only filled the kettle up half way to make this style. Less liquid means a higher octane product. The Bike Commute comes in at 10 percent and has a dark, complex malt flavor. Raisin and Oak flavors highlight this strong ale. Served in an 8 oz. Goblet, the Bike Commute is a slow sipping Delicacy.

Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Brucifer Pepper Porter
The Brucifer is a devilish beer. Robust porter infused with Jalapeño, Serrano and hobanaro pepper, this porter is sure to pack a spicy punch. The Brucifer is high in alcohol, and flavor. Dark Brown/toffee in color, malt and hops take a back seat to the satanic pepper infusion. Malts: 2-row malt, Brown Malt, Chocolate malt, Munich, Vienna, Aromatic, 75-L Crystal

L-Train Cascadian Dark Ale
This batch of Cascadian Dark Ale is blazing a new trail at the Oak Hills Brewery. Brewed with Briess Black Prince malt, a dark porter like color is imparted without a heavily roasted and astringent flavor. This gives center court to the wonderful array of hops that makes the L-Train such a stand out brew. A moderate bittering addition lends a good opening hop bite while copious amounts of centennial hops in the flavor and aroma additions give a double-doubles worth of piney, citrus character.

Black Perle Porter
You like dark beer? This one’s for you. Over Thirty pounds of combined Chocolate and Roast malts give this porter a very dark, smooth traditional flavor. If you don’t think you’re a dark beer lover, grab a sample and give it another shot. Close your eyes and think of coffee, chocolate, and toffee. With the absence of Black malt, the bitterness you sometimes detect in dark stouts will not be present. Lightly hopped with low IBU Perles, the Black Perle Porter gives center stage to the Chocolate, Roast and Crystal malts. Cheers.

"Last Course" Vanilla Export Stout
Forget the pie. Put aside the Crème Brule. The true beer lover's dessert is served. The "Last Course" is an Export Stout, meaning that the terminal gravity (TG below) is higher than normal. This is a measurement of how much sugar is left in the beer after fermentation is complete. The extra residual sugar gives the beer a thicker mouth feel and more sweetness on the palate. One whole, fresh, sliced, vanilla bean was added to each keg upon racking. (Putting beer into kegs) Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla dominate this perfect dessert beer. Put some on your ice cream! Cheers.

Strawberry Short Cake Ale
Growing up, my Dad always requested Strawberry shortcake for his April 14th Birthday. So for April's special beer tasting, I have made the beer version of Dads favorite dessert. Victory malt gives the beer a bready shortcake flavor. Strawberry puree and fresh vanilla beans round out this decadent treat. The addition of Lactose and being on the Nitro tap adds a velvety, smooth mouthfeel. Happy Birthday Dad!

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Pomegranate Seasonal Cider
Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
