Copper Moon

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Well-Noted IPA
Another IPA in our “Note Taker Series,” this IPA was one that we had to take note of and adapt on the fly. A shortage of some hop varieties demanded we create something new and tasty for your hop pleasure. We kept the flavorful herbal bitterness of Nugget hops as well as the citrus and floral Centennials. Then we threw in the new crop of Brewer’s Gold, spicy and with a touch of sweet berry aroma. Finally the Santiam earthiness and floral aroma melds well with all the above! A great IPA to take a stroll with and take note of all the wonderful flavor it possesses. Cheers!!

The Bourgeois Double IPA
The Bourgeois is a big IPA that despite its name is not only for the well-to-do. An ale for all to enjoy, as long as you like hops and big flavored beer! A soft sweet malt build starts off the drink but quickly moves to a fruity like hop flavor. More hop characteristics throw themselves at your palate. A mix of piney bitterness and floral aromas reside after you swallow. A dry finish also lets the hop bitterness play around longer than your usual IPA. A touch of warmth reminds you that your beer is a bulky and big one made for the folks who like to take charge of their taste buds! Cheers!
