Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

The Educator Dopplebock
Featured at the Bend Brewfest
The Educator is a bold flavored Bock style beer. Caramel malt flavors accentuate the malt complex. A complete mellow hop flavor is present throughout the drink. Smooth and bright from a conditioning period of over 30 days gives a nice crispness. The full body and sweeter character tests every taste bud to insure their satisfaction! A great quaff after a long day of grading papers or to roam the halls and sip with friends. Whatever you do make sure you educate yourself!!

Ojo Negro Foreign Extra Stout
The Ojo Negro is a full bodied full flavored black stout. Malt flavors dominate this beer with touches of molasses and robust roastiness. Low bitter hop flavors allow the malt complex to be the front runner. Higher in alcohol than most stout beers typically are yet goes down easy and smooth. Hopefully your taste buds don’t get a black eye from battling all the flavors of this stout! Cheers!

Harry’s Hatchet IPA
Harry’s Hatchet IPA is a testament to those who work hard through the long days and need an IPA to sit back to enjoy their day’s work. Floral and flowery aromas chop at your nasal cavity. Then a mellow body allows for an easy sipping motion. Resinous and piney hop flavors reside on the tongue, which sharpens your taste buds to the satisfaction it was looking for all day. A direct hit for those that want a smooth drinkable IPA to finish their day!!

Titan India Red Ale

The Titan IRA is OSF’s concoction of a big and malty red ale with the hop emphasis typically seen in IPAs. The Titan has a deep red hue with semi-sweet malt flavors. Big hop tones of citrus and floral give this drink a little extra power. Bold in flavor and all around full bodied, this is not a beer to take lightly. A wonderful mixture of malt complexities bordering on sweet and epic hop flavor, bitterness and aroma! With thoughts of Mythological deities Gaia and Uranus in mind, who sired the 12 Titans or gods, this drink is hopefully what legends could be made of!

Walking Boot Witbier
There are times of the year when a nice walk with an easy drinking beer is all that one desires. The Walking Boot Wit is such a beer to accompany you on your walk. Light in color and mellow in body this Belgian style wheat beer is perfect for a walk along the paths on a summer afternoon. A mild citrus aroma comes from both the mild coriander seed and low citrus hops. Slight bubblegum tones from the yeast add to the semi-sweet malt flavor. A low hop profile allows all the goodness of the malts and Belgian yeast to fully take you and your palate on a nice leisurely stroll!

Our Town Brown
The beautiful thing about Brown Ales is that there is never a bad time to enjoy one. Brown Ales tend to be an anomaly beer style that is always appropriate no matter what season. That being said there has never been a better time to partake in the harmony of flavor and aroma that this brown brings to a pint glass. A perfect balance of malty flavor and bitterness, this brown ale always goes down smooth and leaves hints of toffee and toasty goodness on your taste buds. Our version of a Brown Ale for Our Town!!

Caped Crusader Robust Porter
As darker nights descend onto our city, there is one beer that can save your palate from its thirst. Caped Crusader Robust Porter comes in with a BAM and helps your taste buds enjoy the longer nights. Bolder in flavor than your “regular guy” porter, this Robust Porter has all that you need. Deep malt characters with hints of coffee and chocolate. A mellow finish gives you the signal that this quaff is something to savor for the night.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.
