Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale.  A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste.  The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience.  There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Get Started Coffee Porter
On most days people will kick start their day with a cup of coffee. Here at OSF we would love to kick start your beer drinking experience with a smooth rendition of a flavorful coffee porter. Using El Salvador coffee beans roasted by our own roasters this porter is a full flavored porter with tones of chocolate. The coffee flavor definitely resides on the back end of the drink and will get you started on a great flavorful day!

Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA (By the bottle only)
This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We’ve revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we’ve jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry-hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead. To top it all off, we’ve dry-hopped this year’s batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

The Mandalorian Double IPA
(Old St Francis School • Vance Wirtz and Michael “Curly” White)
If you love big IPA's with a nice blend of malty and hoppy flavor then search no further! This IPA boasts a lineup of 5 different hop varieties that give this beer plenty of character to dissect and enjoy. With a medium malt body this beer allows the hops to do more aromatic work on the back end of each sip. With heavy notes of citrus, tropical, spicy and even earthy aroma. This beverage is just as pleasuring to the nose as it is to your taste buds!

CJ's Pilsner
Throughout the past summers here at OSF you’ve enjoyed Pilsners such as AJ’s and My Sunshine’s Pilsner.  This year we did not mess with the malts or hops of past recipes but we did employ a different lager yeast strain.  The Bavarian strain gives a touch more malty body to CJ’s Pilsner.  This lager is full flavored pilsner yet still has a crisp and clean finish with a touch of European hop character.   A great rendition of a German style pilsner for the impending warmer months ahead!  
Malts: Best Pisen, Best Vienna and Franco Belges CaraPilsen
Hops: Sterling, Tettnanger and Saaz
Yeast: Bavarian Lager #2206

Purple Haze
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale.  A slightly bit tarter and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a still pub favorite.  Boysenberry flavor dominates the taste buds and a bold flavor eases your mind!

SMaSHed Perles
The 2015 edition of the OSF SMaSH beer is once again something unique! Using only ESB Malt that gives the beer a mellow mouth feel similar to an English Special Bitter. Then we added in solely Perle hops. A touch of floral aromatics is where the beer starts. Then moving forward to an herbal and spicy hop character that really brings you to this quaff. Never has Perles been so apparent in a beer like this SMaSH concoction. Enjoy a pint of this all around mellow ale that showcases the unique malt flavor with a delicious hop content!

Wildflower Wheat
This American Wheat ale has all the basics for a great tasting wheat beer.  Clean crisp body and a mellow hop flavor with a touch of malt chewiness.  To put a unique twist on this beer we added Wild Chamomile flowers to enhance the flowery aromatics and herbal flavor.  This enhances the overall mellow sensation that a wheat beer can be about.  A wonderful combination to a sipping wheat beer!!

Hogg Life IPA
The Hogg Life!  When you get the feeling that you’ve done well, that you are helping others step their game up, you might be living the Hogg Life!  Certain staff members here at OSF have taken to this way of life and this IPA is to commemorate their efforts!  A fruity and floral aroma starts off your way of life in this IPA.  A mellow malt body is essential to the summer way of life here.  A lemon citrus hop flavor resides as the earthy bitterness lingers just long enough.  Step up to the Hogg Life and enjoy a pint with friends!

Stone Haven English Brown
The Stone Haven is a tip of the hat to the folks across the pond. This Northern English Brown Ale has a nice amber brown hue and a slight sweet aroma from the specialty malts. A nice tan head entices the drinker to really indulge in the first waft and sip of the quaff. Caramel and nutty tones reside on the tongue as the mild hop bitterness balances out the drink. A medium dry finish allows the aftertaste of malts to create a haven on your pallet. Grab a pint and enjoy! Cheerio!

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Ruby AleRuby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Black Cherry Cider 3.75 / 6.25 / 18.75
The dark garnet color presents a deep cheery nose followed by a hint of fresh apples, in the mouth the cider has prominent cheery flavors and rounded sweetness.
