Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few nut brown ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

OG: 1.050 TG: 1.011 ABV: 5.03 IBU: 17 SRM: 18
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
Malts: Premium Two Row, Crystal 40L
OG: 1.044 TG: 1.009 ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20 SRM: 4
By the power of Grayskull, an India Pale Ale was born. Not only was this IPA good, it was the most delicious in all of Eternia. With its crisp, clean taste, and just the right amount of northwest hops, it’s no wonder that the evil Skeletor has focused in on trying to steal the secrets of the He-Man IPA. But, most of you have no idea what I am talking about, and that is fine. You see, I don’t have cable, and He-Man comes on every night right before my bed time.
Malts: NW Pale Ale, Goldpils Vienna, Oat Flakes and Victor
Hops: Chinook, Citra, and Mosaic
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.58 IBU: 90 SRM: 7
Angry Reindeer IRA
We’ve all heard the story of a certain reindeer and his red nose, right? But, do you know how his nose got red? Cause he was madder than a wet hen sittin’ on a cold egg. That’s right, and you would be, too, if you had to graze on corn, while the other reindeer enjoyed a field of delicious mosaic hops. But, you don’t have to worry none, cause this beer is packed with them. Along with a grainbill exclusively of best malz red-x, this beer is a perfect mix of light, hoppy, red, and also, it’s quite festive. So, raise a pint for all those deer still stuck eatin’ corn.
Malts: Best Red-X
Hops: Chinook and Mosaic
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.58 IBU: 90 + SRM: 13
On Nitro Tap:
Oatmeal Guy Pale Ale
There’s always room for oatmeal, and this tasty brew is no exception. Easy drinking and full bodied, this beer has a way with the pint glass. The rolled oats and barley flakes combine, with the nitro tap, to make incomparable smoothness. A tribute beer, if you will, to the man who made oatmeal what it is today, Mr. Oatmeal himself, Wilford Brimley. I’ll leave you with this, “It’s the right thing to do, and the tasty way to do it.”
Malts: Pale ale, Barley Flakes, Rolled Oats, Caramalt, Pale Wheat, Organic C60
Hops: Nugget, Centennial, and Galena
OG: 1.048 TG: 1.009 ABV: 5.03 IBU: 63 SRM: 6
An old favorite has finally returned, better late than never, I say. Maid Marion was once a standard recipe back in the early days, but has since been overshadowed by the popularity of Ruby, and her similar cousin, Purple Haze. Enough is enough, I say, bring on the Oregon grown marrionberry puree, and the light, crisp ale that is Maid Marion. But, do enjoy, because this delicious beer will not be around long.
Malts: Premium two-row
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39 IBU: 6 SRM: 3
Cinnamon Toast Wheat
Once again, I’ve done my part to bridge the gap between breakfast and happy hour. Now, it’s your turn to order a pint and enjoy. With real cinnamon sticks, real brown sugar, and organic maple syrup, this beer packs flavor for days. So, if the beer you had for breakfast wasn’t bad, then have one more for dessert.
Malts: Wheat, Caramel Munich 40, and Two-row
Hops: Nugget and Tettnanger
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.008 ABV: 4.77 IBU: 25 SRM: 5
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
