McMenamins Irish Stout

McMenamins Irish Stout
It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.
Malts: Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Brown, Chocolate and Roast
Hops: Nugget and Delta
OG: 1.045  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.90  IBU: 40  SRM: 34
Buzz Words: Dry, Creamy and Robust

Purple Haze
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries instead of the raspberry puree.
Malts: Premium Two Row
Hops: Chinook
Fruit: Boysenberries
OG: 1.040  TG: 1.006  ABV: 4.39 SRM 3

Drago’s Russian Imperial Stout
This is one big, bad beer, named for one big, bad man. Yep. I’m talking about Ivan Drago, the Soviet Union’s human weapon. Like Drago, this beer can be quite intimidating. With so much grain going through the mill, it almost seems unnecessary, like Ivan Drago. So, find your inter-Rocky Balboa, and take down this monster, before it takes you down. R.I.P Apollo Creed. (Rocky I-IV)
Malts: Two-Row, Six-Row, Flaked Barley, Superior Pilsen, Smoked Malt, Brown, Chocolate, Black, Roast Barley, c60, Dark Caramel Malt, and Molasses.
Hops: Nugget and Centennial.
OG: 1.084  TG: 1.014  ABV: 9.0  IBU: 51  SRM: 47

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
Malts: Premium Two Row, Crystal 40L
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.044  TG: 1.009  ABV: 4.52  IBU: 20  SRM: 4

Slow Float IPA
As the weather heats up, and the summer sets in, the float trips start getting planned. Whether you have an inflatable yacht, or the inside of an old bicycle wheel, good times are to be had. One thing to keep in my mind, take your time. That’s what this summer IPA is all about; a nice, slow roll. With a not too high, not too low abv, and a nice combo of Simcoe and Chinook hops, this beer holds a smooth, floral hop character, without beaching the good times. That is, unless you want to party on the bank. Light up the grill, and let me know.
Malts: Briess Pilsen, Flaked Barley, Crystal 15, Pale Crystal Malt
Hops: Nugget, Simcoe, and Chinook
OG: 1.054  TG: 1.005  ABV: 6.32  IBU: 92  SRM: 4

Rum Flew Over The Coconut Porter
This big porter has a lot going on. Along with a nice, fat malt bill, including several darker roasted malts, 40 pounds of shredded coconut found it’s way inside. Then, American oak chips that have been marinating in McMenamin’s own Three Rocks Spiced Rum for 6 months joined the party. So, what are you waiting for? An invitation from Nurse Ratched? Grab a cup and come on down.
Malts: Pale, Two Row, Vienna, Brown, Chocolate, Roast, Flaked Barley, Rolled Oats, and Chocolate.
Hops: Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade.

Citrus Wheat
Two Scoops. One scoop sweet Spanish orange peel. One scoop dried lemon peel. One pint of awesome. With 50% wheat in the grain bill, and a light hopping of golding and centennial, this beer really gets a nice, summer day going in the right direction. With not a lot of sun left, we have to take advantage of the easy drinking, fruity wheat beers while we can. So, no more raiding the local kid’s soccer games for orange slices, just grab a glass, and save a kid’s halftime snack.
ABV: 5.29%

Pina Colada Cream Ale
It’s hot outside, so grab the tiny umbrella, order a pint, and close your eyes, cause this beer will take you where you need to go. With 6-row grains, barley flakes, and a light caramel malting, the grain bill is smooth and balanced, but the star of the show is the toasted coconut flakes and fresh pineapple juice. So, bring the beach to you with this pint of deliciousness.
Malts: 6-row, Barley Flakes, and Caramel Munich 40
Hops: US Golding and Nugget
OG: 1.045  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.90  IBU: 27  SRM: 4

Ruby AleRuby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.39

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010  ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Edgefield Blackberry Hard Apple Cider
What says “late summer” in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries? Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. Gluten Free!
ABV: 6.5%
