Diamond IPA

An American style India Pale Ale brewed with Pale Ale and Caramel Vienna malts to provide an ample malt backbone, complemented by aggressive hopping for plenty of bitterness and an emphasis on hop flavors and aromas.

Easy Street Wheat

Sometimes, it's just nice to take it easy. And hey, if it's easy, take it twice. This light and easy drinking ale is made for the easy afternoons. Made with a grain bill of 50/50 wheat and two row, and just a slight hint of smoked malt at the end, it's no wonder the glass empties awfully fast. In fact, I think I'll take my own advice and take this tasty beer twice.
Malts: Wheat, Caramel Munich, Two Row, and Smoked Malt.

Purple Haze

Jam Session ISA

Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Thompson Creek

Inspired by the first brewer at Thompsons brewery, this lovely fruit filled beer was brewed 25 years ago by Bart who is now the distiller at Cornelius Pass Roadhouse. Full of sweet tart cherries and fermented with a Belgian styled yeast, hope you enjoy the modern version of an old recipe.

Vanilla Terminator

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

‘Nilla Porter

Nilla Wafers, ‘Nilla Puddin', ‘Nilla Porter? That's right. The West Linn Brewery continues their quest to offer dessert in pint glasses with their newest offering. This tasty brew is made with a mix of chocolate, brown, and a touch of wheat to create the perfect balance of roast and toast. With a light hopping of US goldings, the beer is ready for vanilla, excuse me, ‘nilla. 12 whole Madagascar Bourbon ‘nilla beans are added after fermentation for the icing on the cake. Cake? That sounds good, too, especially with a pint of ‘Nilla Porter. Count me in.

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Seasonal Cider: Black Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Granny smith, and Fujis, Galas, and Honey Crisp to increase sweetness. The fermented hard cider is then infused or finished with Black Cherry juice.
