McMenamins Irish Stout
McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. It’s made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long lasting head. The flavor is a fusion of coffee-like roasted barley.
Red Riser IRA
Red Riser IRA will warm your soul and invigorate your taste buds. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties.
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe.
Up All Night IPA
This IPA is given a light, delicate body by primarily Superior Pilsen and Pearl malts, only to be crushed with healthy additions of the Northwest’s own Chinook and Simcoe hops.
Cinnamon Toast Wheat
Bridging the gap between breakfast and happy hour, this beer packs flavor with real cinnamon sticks, real brown sugar and organic maple syrup.
Bob’s Blonde Ale
With a modest grain-bill and only the smallest addition of hops, you can count on this beer to be delicious, light, and refreshing.
Mardi Gras Porter
A robust, flavorful porter with 9 different grains and a healthy portion of hops.
An unfiltered American style fruit pale ale. A hint of raspberry gives this ale a pinkish hue.

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Spiced Hard Cider
A harmonious addition of fresh Valencia orange zest, dried orange peel, whole vanilla beans, nutmeg and gently crushed allspice are all balanced above a freshly fermented apple juice.
