The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale.

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Zeus’s Beard! Double IPA
Dry hopped with copious amounts of Zythos pellets, this is a brew truly fit for an Olympian. All the best Northwest hops are featured in this beer providing a more complex and engaging Double IPA. Grapefruit, evergreen, spice, and just a hint of blueberry intermingle on the pallet. A slight malt caramel character serves to balance this medium bodied beer.
Hops: Amarillo, Centennial, Horizon, Mosaic, Nugget, Santiam, Simcoe, Zythos Pellets.

Zesty’s Best Porter
Pouring this beer on nitro ensures the densest head possible and a creamy mouth-feel you won’t soon forget. A slight residual sweetness makes Zesty’s Porter pair exceptionally well with deserts. You might even consider making your own Zesty’s beer float by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your pint; I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Back To Skool IPA
A shortage of some hop varieties demanded we create some-thing new and tasty for your hop pleasure. We kept the fla-vorful herbal bitterness of Nugget hops as well as the citrus and floral Centennials. Then we threw in the new crop of Brewer’s Gold, spicy and with a touch of sweet berry aroma. Finally the Santiam earthiness and floral aroma melds well with all the above!

Amber Waves Wheat
Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Amber Waves exhibits suburb balance and drinkability.

Gaspards Grove Peach Ale
This funky, fruity, slightly tart beer is named for Gaspard “The ‘D’ is Silent” Bauhin, a Swiss botanist who classified thousands of different species of plants. Among them, you may have guessed, was the peach. We used over 330 pounds of peach puree, 5 pounds of orange peel, and a big late addition of limited Mosaic hops to make this next-level fruit beer shine.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Pomegranate Hard Apple Cider
A blend of pomegranate and apple juice, the subtle pomegranate flavors blend nicely with those from the apple, bringing a bit of astringency and color to the mix. A bit sweeter than our standard hard cider, the Pomegranate Cider balances this sweetness with natural acidity and carbonation.
