Copper Moon

Copper Moon
The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale.
Hops: Chinook (bittering), Centennial (flavor & aroma)
OG: 1.048  TG: 1.009  ABV: 5.03  IBU: 39  SRM: 7

Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.
Hops: Centennial
OG: 1.040  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.26  IBU: 4  SRM: 3

Jam Session ISA

Jam Session ISA
Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring and summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint
Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Sterling
OG: 1.047  TG: 1.010  ABV: 5.03  IBU: 45  SRM: 8

On Nitro Tap:
Zesty’s Best Porter
Pouring this beer on nitro ensures the densest head possible and a creamy mouth-feel you won’t soon forget. A slight residual sweetness makes Zesty’s Porter pair exceptionally well with deserts. You might even consider making your own Zesty’s beer float by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your pint; I guarantee you won’t regret it!
Hops: Horizon, Goldings
OG: 1.061  TG: 1.020  ABV: 5.4  IBU: 31  SRM: 30

Mountain Park IPA
Come on down the mountain and enjoy a hoppy India Pale Ale. The light bodied malt profile of this beer lets you enjoy all the hop flavors. Simcoe hops have distinct aromas that can be described as piney with citrus notes and are a favorite among Northwest brewers.
Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Ultra
OG: 1.064  TG: 1.011  ABV: 6.8  IBU: 70  SRM: 5

Amber Waves Wheat
Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Amber Waves exhibits suburb balance and drinkability.
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook
OG: 1.046  TG: 1.006  ABV: 5.16  IBU: 36  SRM: 4

Red Rabbit Cream Ale
This isn’t your typical flavorless American lawnmower beer. Red Rabbit is filled with a noticeable pilsner character, subtle hop citrus, and just a hint of peach esters. German Kölsch yeast ensure this beer has a larger-like crispness while maintaining a fruity ale bouquet.
Hops: Crystal, Perle, Santiam, Sterling
OG: 1.050  TG: 1.008  ABV: 5.40  IBU: 31  SRM: 3

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010  ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row , Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, & Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.39

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Edgefield Pomegranate Hard Apple Cider
A blend of pomegranate and apple juice, the subtle pomegranate flavors blend nicely with those from the apple, bringing a bit of astringency and color to the mix. A bit sweeter than our standard hard cider, the Pomegranate Cider balances this sweetness with natural acidity and carbonation.
ABV: 6.5%
