Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown Ale

Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home
Hops: Nugget and US Golding
OG: 1.050  TG: 1.011  ABV: 5.03  IBU: 17  SRM: 18

Prime Meridian IPA
Meridian hops are one such breed recently cultivated and released onto the market. Meridians are wonderfully versatile hop showcasing aromas of zested tangerines, sweet lemon, and cool mint. For this IPA Meridian hops were used exclu-sively for late kettle additions and dry hopping to best pre-serve their unique flavors and aromas.

OG: 1.059  TG: 1.008  ABV: 6.58  IBU: 70  SRM: 7

Amber Waves Wheat
Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering.

OG: 1.046  TG: 1.006  ABV: 5.16  IBU: 36  SRM: 4

Reverse Order ISA
Brewed by special request for Wilsonville’s head manager Emily Corley’s upcoming wedding, this beer is loaded with the happy couples favorite hop flavors in mind. While not a “true” beer style, India session ales wed the light approachability of golden ales with the hoppiness of an IPA. Aromas of freshly grated citrus dance with the smooth maltiness of Northwest Pilsner malt in this aromatic and approachable beer.
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Meridian, Mosaic
OG: 1.050  TG: 1.008  ABV: 5.42  IBU: 66  SRM:4

Yule Log Porter
Let the glow of this full bodied beer brighten your palette with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, caramelized almonds, and fresh dates. A diverse malt bill ensures that each pint of yule log porter is layered with warm malty goodness. Much like a fine dark chocolate, this beer exhibits a smooth mouthfeel which drifts off into a semi sweet finish with only the slightest residual bitterness to balance.
Hops: Perle, Goldings
OG: 1.064  TG: 1.017  ABV: 6.06  IBU: 24  SRM: 28

Secret Trail Pale
Aromas of zested oranges peels intermingled with the scent of freshly toasted barley. Both hops and malt make an appearance without overshadowing each other. Secret Trail is light in body but full in flavor making it an ideal craft session beer.
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Meridian
OG: 1.049  TG: 1.012  ABV: 4.77  IBU: 48  SRM: 6

On Nitro Tap:
Surly Leprechaun Stout
It’s a little known fact that traditional dry stouts such as Guinness are blended with a small portion of soured stout, around 3%. This helps to give the beer a dryer finish and added complexity. Acid malt allows for a similar affect without the difficulties associated with microbe souring. For even greater authenticity brewing salts were carefully added to match the brewing water of Dublin, Ireland, a city world renowned for its dark beers. Surly Leprechaun is light and dry, with prominent notes of roasted coffee and toasted bread throughout.
OG: 1.050  TG: 1.012  ABV: 4.9  IBU: 30  SRM: 13

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top-selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
