Kris Kringle
This "winter warmer" highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of four different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault.

Rye Baby Amber Ale
Don't let the use of rye scare you off from trying this exceptionally refreshing and malty amber ale! Rye adds a distinct spicy malt character along with aromas of toffee, allspice, and caramel to the brew. Hops are present but not dominant, providing balance and backbone. Each sip quenches the palate before fading to a dry finish. This beer is sure to please both the adamant rye enthusiast and the novice beer drinker. Don't be such a cry baby, it's just rye baby!

Liquid Sunshine Wheat
This easy drinking wheat displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aro- mas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense head. The addition of unmalted wheat to the grist adds a smooth and creamy malt character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Liquid Sunshine exhibits suburb balance and drinkability. This beer is ideal for those seeking something on the lighter side but who demand more out of their wheat beers.

Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook
OG: 1.046 TG: 1.006 ABV: 5.16 IBU: 36 SRM: 4

Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.
Malt: Premium Two Row Fruit: Boysenberries
Hops: Centennial
OG: 1.040 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.26 IBU: 4 SRM: 3

McMenamins Irish Stout
It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top-selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Produced in 3,500 gallon batches 6 or 7 times per year, the Edgefield Winery has been producing hard cider since 1992. Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold storage to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness).

The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Employing a cool fermentation to maintain as much of the fresh apple aromas as possible, we ferment the cider until it is completely dry. A bit of fresh-pressed apple juice is then blended back into the hard cider for some sweetness and to balance the acidity. We keg the cider with some CO2 spritz, and ship it off to all of our locations to enjoy!
ABV: 6.8%

Edgefield Blackberry Cider
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish. The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
