Grandma Betty's Quilted IPA
Mosaics, Mosaics, Mosaics. A patchwork blanket of Superior Pilsen, Pearl Pale, and C-15 malts is woven together with an insane amount of Mosaic hops.

Firefly Kolsch is a crisp thirst quenching golden-ale made as true to this unique German style as possible. 100% German malts lend a flavorful, surprisingly subtle malt profile. Tettnager hops impart a distinct, yet extremely smooth hop character. Fermentation with a genuine Kolsch yeast strain make Firefly Kolsch one of the cleanest tasting and most refreshing beers around.

Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA (22oz Bottles For Here or To Go)
This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We've revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry-hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead. To top it all off, we've dry-hopped this year's batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

Purple Nurple Fruit Ale
A blend of equal parts Purple Haze and Berliner Weisse, "Purple Nurple" is the perfect summer beer for folks looking for something crisp, refreshing, and different. Hops are kept to a bare minimum in this brew with balance coming from the acidity of the Berliner Weisse. Expect flavors of boysenberries, strawberries, and fresh cut straw with each sip. An initial bright acidity fades to a lasting medium body finish while remaining crisp and clean.

Rye Baby Amber Ale
Don't let the use of rye scare you off from trying this exceptionally refreshing and malty amber ale! Rye adds a distinct spicy malt character along with aromas of toffee, allspice, and caramel to the brew. Hops are present but not dominant, providing balance and backbone. Each sip quenches the palate before fading to a dry finish. This beer is sure to please both the adamant rye enthusiast and the novice beer drinker. Don't be such a cry baby, it's just rye baby!

Lights Out! Robust Porter (on Nitro tap)
Close your eyes and dive into notes of milk chocolate, roasted coffee, hazelnuts and just a hint of lavender in this full-bodied American porter. Beneath its dense off-white head hides a world of malty goodness with only the slightest hop presence for balance. This beer finishes clean on the palate with a mild lingering sweetness.

Amber Waves Wheat

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top-selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Produced in 3,500 gallon batches 6 or 7 times per year, the Edgefield Winery has been producing hard cider since 1992. Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold storage to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness).
The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Employing a cool fermentation to maintain as much of the fresh apple aromas as possible, we ferment the cider until it is completely dry. A bit of fresh-pressed apple juice is then blended back into the hard cider for some sweetness and to balance the acidity. We keg the cider with some CO2 spritz, and ship it off to all of our locations to enjoy!
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Employing a cool fermentation to maintain as much of the fresh apple aromas as possible, we ferment the cider until it is completely dry. We then blend in a generous addition of Blackberry juice for sweetening, color, and flavor.
