Black Pearl Imperial Stout

Raspberry Stout
Created with rich all-natural Oregon raspberries, this ale creates quite a stir. Leaning on a wonderfully complex amalgamation of fruity sweetness and rich, dark-roasted malts, Raspberry Stout is truly one of McMenamins' more robust seasonal offerings.

Devil's Bitter
Shining like sun on sand, this crisp ale has a bright, fresh nose courtesy of a bountiful late addition of Golding hops. The flavor is brisk but balanced, favoring bready complexity over malt sweetness. This spring, as you await our annual release of Devils Bit Whiskey, raise a pint of Devil's Bitter and toast the power of nature and its delicious bounty.

Alpha Pale Ale
A very easy drinking yet full flavored Pale Ale. A slightly nutty and sweet malt base gives way to a very apparent yet not overpowering hop presence. Crystal hops provide a unique citrus quality that reminds me of blood orange and tangerine. Hop flavor and aroma are dominant, while bitterness is kept in check. Finishes very clean on the palate.

McMenamins Irish Stout
A very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffeelike roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds!

Hammerhead

Ruby
In 1985, McMenamins became the first brewery in the U.S.A. to legally use fruit in the creation of ales. While many other breweries have followed suit, we still make this Ruby exactly as we first did: Light, crisp & refreshingly fruity. Over 42 pounds of hand-macerated, fresh, raspberries are used in every batch. Taste the original!
