Fort Knox IPA
This beer was made with pure gold. Brewers Gold that is! 7 pounds of Brewers Gold hops were used along with 4 pounds Nugget and Centennial hops for the perfect amount of signature IPA bite. Crystal-15 gives the beer its golden color. Just because the summer is on its way out doesn’t mean we don’t need our refreshing IPA any more. Flaked barley gives the Fort Knox some body and head retention. Cheers.

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Perennial Pale Ale
The Perennial Pale ale is a flavor and aroma forward beer, without the bitterness of an IPA. Crystal 75 malt was used to give this ale is brick color. 5 pounds of meridian hop pellets and one pound of Falconer’s Flight pellets went straight into the fermenter to give the beer its ample aroma and hop flavor.

Dream Girl Summer Ale
The Dream girl wheat will put a smile on your face rain or shine. Brewed with Vienna and wheat malt, this American style wheat ale is sure to quench your summer thirst. Brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander, the Dream Girls has just the right amount of spice and flavor. Pairs wonderfully with any pub menu but is also unique enough to stand alone.

Black Rabbit Porter
Black Rabbit Porter is a seven-grain Edgefield classic with a roasty, chocolate malt profile, toasted nut flavors, silky body, and a soft finish. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who once roamed the grounds, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.

Smoked Velvet is a surprisingly easy drinking smoked Ale. I love this style of ale, but I have often found that a lot of the beers in this style are so thick and strongly flavored that it’s impossible to have more than one. That’s why I have created a lighter version of this amazing style. At 4.7 percent alcohol, the Smoked Velvet goes down very smooth. The fact that it’s being poured on the Nitro tap gives the beer a very soft, velvety mouth feel.

This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops & malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal malt. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
