Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
It’s the time of year to start savoring the potion of your choice to warm the bones and soothe the soul. And one can’t think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!
Malts: Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Munich, C15 & C120 Crystal, Chocolate, Roast
Hops: Chinook, US Golding
OG: 1.050 TG: 1.011 ABV: 5.03 IBU: 15 SRM: 18
This is a beer to showcase the Mosaic hop. 11 pounds of this coveted hop strain were used in the brew. An offspring of the wildly popular Simcoe hop, Mosaics display an incredibly fresh, pineapple aroma and flavor. The bitterness of the beer comes from a pound each of the Mosaic and Cen- tennial. I wanted to use as much of the 11 pound box of Mosaics I have been saving for the flavor and aroma additions as I could. Mosaics are the most tropical, passion fruit, pineapple flavored hop I have ever tasted. The Mosaics are in very short supply right now as they are a brand new hop on the market. This brand of IPA has been very popular and won’t be around for long. Enjoy!!
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked barley
Hops: Centennial, Crystal, and Simcoe
OG: 1.056 TG: 1.007 ABV: 6.3 IBU: 83 SRM: 3
Named for the best brewer in the Oak Hills Village strip mall, I have made a traditional German wheat beer or Weizen. The part that makes it so unique is the yeast. The strain used is called Weihenstephan. It produces flavors that include spicy clove and fresh banana. This Weizen has medium body but suspended yeast may increase the perception of body. The texture of wheat imparts the sensation of a fluffy, creamy fullness that may progress to a light, spritzy finish aided by high carbonation. This style is always effervescent and always satisfying. Thank you for coming. I hope you enjoy the Stephen.
Malts: Malted German wheat, Vienna, pilsner
Hops: Nugget, Sterling, Brewers Gold
OG: 1.052 TG: 1.009 ABV: 5.5 IBU:28 SRM: 7
To celebrate the 24th year of the Oak Hills brew pub we have concocted yet another original recipe. The Red Rhino is a red ale so rich in color and flavor that it has earned the Oak Hills patented “Rhino” moniker. Just the right combination and amount of crystal malt gives this ale its signature, deep red hue. Red Rhino is hopped with pungent Centennials and Cascade hops and in an attempt to round off this pure “C” hop beer, Centennial pellets were added toward the end of fermentation.
Malts: Maris Otter, Organic Crystal-60, Crystal 135-165 and Chocolate
Hops: Centennial, Cascade
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.012 ABV: 6.32 IBU: 82 SRM: 16
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.
Malts: Two Row, Munich, Vienna
Hops: Chinook, Willamette, Sterling
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.8 IBU: 39 SRM: 5
McMenamins Cornelius Pass Brewery
This is a SMaSH beer which stands for single malt and single hop. This batch follows up on the success of Citra SMaSH and Mosaic SMaSH and Simcoe SMaSH and Centennial Smash. Look for fruity and floral notes from the Meridian hops against the toasty Vienna malt in this hoppy golden ale.
Malts: Vienna Malt
OG: 1.041 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.39 IBU: 42 SRM: 4
L-Train Cascadian Dark Ale
This batch of Cascadian Dark Ale is blazing a new trail at the Oak Hills Brew- ery. Brewed with Briess Black Prince malt, a dark porter like color is im- parted without a heavily roasted and astringent flavor. This gives center court to the wonderful array of hops that makes the L-Train such a stand out brew. A moderate bittering addition lends a good opening hop bite while copious amounts of centennial hops in the flavor and aroma addi- tions give a double-doubles worth of piney, citrus character.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Black Prince
Hops: Centennial, Nugget
OG: 1.060 TG: 1.011 ABV: 6.32 IBU: 59 SRM: 30
A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops & malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal malt. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. A full bodied & flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from a wide array of kiln-baked specialty grains. Flavors of toast, chocolate, nut and coffee flavors in every pint!

Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
We still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown & processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.3
On Nitro Tap: Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A mod- erate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.
Malts: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley
