Transistor IPA
Heavy doses of malts play nicely with healthy additions of Northwest hops in this full bodied, citrusy IPA. A perfect Transition beer for those long hot days of summer. This citrusy and bold American IPA will surely quench your thirst.
Malts: TF&S Lager, TF&S Halcyon, TF&S Crystal ll 
Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Falconers Flight (Dry Hop)

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this sum- mer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

13th Avenue Barleywine
To commemorate the brewing of our 5,000th batch here at the Crystal Brewery, we made a massive Barleywine. Big and boozy, this ale highlights the classic breadiness of British Maris Otter malt with underlying notes of toffee and caramel. Vigorous fermentation and a special blend of yeast imparted notes grape must and crisp apple as well.
Malts: Maris Otter, Wheat, C-40, C-120, British C-65
Hops: Nugget, Crystal, Sterling, Tettnanger
Adjuncts: Rolled Oats
OG: 1.121 TG: 1.022 ABV: 12.77 IBU: 45 SRM: 22

Painted Hills Wheat
Named and inspired after Oregon’s very own Painted Hills, this refreshing American Wheat Ale is light bodied with notable Wheat and Crystal malt flavors, and modestly hopped for balance. I also added 5# of sweet Spanish orange peel which accents the citrus in your beer. Try it with a wedge of lemon or as the brewer prefers a wedge of orange.
Malts: Bairds Marris Otter Malt, Crystal 135L, Wheat Malt
Hops: Horizon
Adjuncts: Sweet Spanish Orange Peel
OG: 1.050 TG: 1.008 ABV: 5.4% IBU: 33 SRM

Purple Haze
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slighty more tart and fuller bodied than our ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite. Made with boysenberries in- stead of the raspberry puree.

On Nitro Tap: Stormy Sky IPA
This is an IPA quite opposite of what you would typically see at Oak Hills. It’s Darker in color and more earthy and spicy in hop flavor. Being drawn out of the nitro tap, gives it a soft, velvety mouth feel. With our weather starting to turn towards winter, I wanted an IPA to represent the season. The Stormy Sky is a much more malt driven beer than the dryer, more sum- mer like Diamond Head IPA. Weather you embrace the winter with Stormy Sky, or dream of summer with the Diamond Head, raise a glass of IPA!

Presidential Porter
The presidential porter was brewed the day that President Obama was visiting the Nike complex in the lovely town of Beaverton. I figure being President is a really complicated job.... almost as complex as the mash bill that went into making this beer. Lightly hoped, the Presidential Porter is all about the many malts working together side by side. If only our govern- ment could blend as seamlessly together as malted barley in a classic American Porter...

OG: 1.051 TG: 1.016 ABV: 4.5 IBU: 30 SRM: 30

This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops & malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal malt. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. A full bodied & flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from a wide array of kiln-baked specialty grains. Flavors of toast, chocolate, nut and coffee flavors in every pint!

Ruby Ale

We still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown & processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Edgefield Black Cherry Hard Cider
Our Black Cherry Cider is crafted with Fuji, Galas and Honey Crisp, and Golden Delicious apples to create a balanced sweetness and then we add dark cherry juice for color and flavor. ABV 6.7%
