The Lupatia was a ship that sank off the coast of Tillamook Bay in 1881 due to thick fog. The lighthouse was not working that night and they waved lanterns desperately trying to warn the ship of impending danger. The ship disappeared in to the fog and the next morning the wreckage was discovered. This Northwest IPA will crash in your mouth and sink in to your belly providing a sensation of floral-citrusy goodness.
Malts: Pilsner, Rolled Oats, Kiln Amber Malt

The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience.

Painted Hills Wheat
Named and inspired after Oregon’s very own Painted Hills, this refreshing American Wheat Ale is light bodied with notable Wheat and Crystal malt flavors, and modestly hopped for balance. I also added 5# of sweet Spanish orange peel which accents the citrus in your beer. Try it with a wedge of lemon or as the brewer prefers a wedge of orange.

Super S.M.A.S.H. DIPA
The super smash DIPA is a Single Malt and Single Hop double IPA. The mash tun was maxed out with just Pilsner malt while multiple large addi- tions of whole leaf Citra hops were added as well. Also dry hopped twice, once with Citra pellets and again with Citra whole leaf hops. The result is a big hoppy citrusy double ipa. This beer is strong and hoppy. Enjoy!

This beer is a very dark ebony colored stout with a thick long lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky smoothness.

Mexi-Revolution Pepper Porter
The Mexi-Revolution Pepper Porter is a full flavored beer. This robust por- ter was infused with hot peppers, cinnamon, coco nibs, and vanilla beans. Providing this porter to pack a spicy and chocolaty punch. The Mexi- Revolution is medium in alcohol, and full of flavor. Dark Brown/toffee in color, malt and hops take a back seat to the revolutionary infusion.

This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops & malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal malt. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Heater Allen - Heater Allen Pils
This is our take of the renowned Bohemian-style pale lager that you might find in Bavaria o the Czech Republic. Ours is a little more golden, rounder, and a little more malt driven than many other versions. The beer possesses strong hop character that is balanced by its rich, round, malty palate. Refreshing and balanced, this beer is a favorite of our winery friends during harvest.

Special Techniques: This is a lagered beer that ferments in about 2-2.5 weeks and then spends another 4-4.5 weeks in lagering tanks at cold temperatures.
