Kris Kringle
Just in time for the holidays, the busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday season. The 2015 version of Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This "winter warmer" high- lights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years' version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Krin- gle. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

Daily Dough IPA
Heavy doses of pilsner malts play nicely with healthy additions of North- west hops in this full bodied, citrusy IPA. A perfect Transition beer for those rotating seasons. Enjoy a daily dose of dough and smile. Results will vary.
Malts: Best Pilsner, Carmel Pilsner
Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Medrians

Farmstead Wheat
This crisp, easy-drinking American wheat beer is 50% malted white round- ed out with Pilsen and Vienna malts. Generous flavor and aroma addi- tions of citrusy hops give this beer a bright nose with flavors of fruit and bread.
Malts: Wheat, Superior Pilsen Malt, Vienna Malt

Short Stop Wheat
This wheat was made with 2-Row, Wheat, and Honey malts. Sweet Spanish Orange Peel was also added to enhance the honey malt flavors. A light dusting of Chinook Hops were added to provide balance. This is another easy drinking American Wheat Ale. Enjoy

Blassen Saison
This is a traditional Belgian Farmhouse Ale made with Pale malt, Rolled Oats and CaraPils malts. Light in color and body but full of flavors thanks to the Wyeast French Farmhouse Yeast (3711). Traditional Belgian notes of clove and banana are present along with citrus flavors and floral aromas.

Short Stack Stout (on Nitro tap)
This is my version of a popular European stout. Full bodied, robust and rich malt flavors dominate this brew putting the Horizon Whole Leaf Hops in the background. Lower in alcohol than traditional stouts this is an ap- proachable dark beer for the beginner or for the pro. A full flavored treat that has drinkability and the smooth creamy mouth feel is enhanced by the nitro spout. Enjoy

This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

Pictish Stone Scottish Ale
Pictish Stone Scottish Ale is a crispand boggy brew with earthy aromas and a clean, malt flavor punctuated by hints of coffee and smoke. Accustomed to cool and damp weather? Surrounded by people in plaid and thick beards? Maybe this is Scotland, so belly up to the bar and order a Pictish Stone. Cheers mates.

Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops & malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose & intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal malt. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. A full bodied & flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from a wide array of kiln-baked specialty grains. Flavors of toast, chocolate, nut and coffee flavors in every pint!

Ruby Ale

We still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown & processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.

Sunriver Brewing Co. - Session IPA (Sunriver, OR)
Our 2015 Session IPA is built around newly released hop varieties from the hop research institute of Germany - Hull Melon, Hallertau Blanc and Mandarin Bavaria - all daughters of Cascade. Bright fla- vours of honeydew melon, orange tangerine citrus and passion fruit white wine burst from this totally crushable IPA.

Sunriver Brewing Co. - Shred Head Winter Ale (Sunriver, OR)

Fish Tale Brewing Co. - Organic Indian Pale Ale (Olympia, WA)
A medium-bodied beer with a rich golden color. The organic pale and crystal malts lay down a firm malt body. This provides the backbone for an assertive hop profile featuring organic Pacific Gem. The moment the Mighty Fish Brewers sampled this pungent and resinous New Zealand hop, they knew it would be perfect for their Organic I.P.A. The result: A Cascadian treasure.

We are happy to announce the release of a new seasonal cider - Blackberry! Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass.
