Dream Girl Wheat

The Dream girl wheat will put a smile on your face rain or shine. Brewed with Vienna and wheat malt, this American style wheat ale is sure to quench your summer thirst. Brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander, the Dream Girls has just the right amount of spice and flavor. Pairs wonderfully with any pub menu but is also unique enough to stand alone.

Midnight Creep Porter

Dark as night and brewed with honey malt to enhance the sweetness and dry finish. Served via the nitro tap to enhance the complex caramel and chocolate notes and provide a creamy, smooth experience.

McMenamins Irish Stout on Nitro
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our 'Nitro' taps for the entire month of March.  It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head.  The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate.  A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.   One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.

Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Frontier Town Lager

After a day in the saddle traveling a dusty trail, what would be more appropriate than a bath, bottle of whiskey, and a warm beer! This brew is a good example of the old west beers that were served warm as there was no refrigeration....but you can enjoy yours cold.
Malts: Gambrinus Pilsen Malt, Wheat, Flaked Barley, Honey Malt
Hops: Chinook, Golding

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Seasonal Cider: Pomegranate
Pomegranate cider was our second ever seasonal cider, first released in July 2013. This release will be its third appearance, and it is expected to remain on tap until the end of April (to be followed by cherry cider). Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine. ABV 6.5%

Classic Belgian lager, golden in color with a spicy hop character.

Commons Dunkel
Commons Brewery • Portland, Oregon
Classic German lager with a moderate malty body.
ABV: 4.3%

Buoy IPA
A well balanced NW IPA, lovingly dry hopped with Meridan and Crystal hops. It's a flavorfully strong, well-hopped beauty.
7.5%      IBU: 70

On Deck: Hawa IPA
This is a beer to showcase the Mosaic hop. 11 pounds of this coveted hop strain were used in the brew. An offspring of the wildly popular Simcoe hop, Mosaics display an incredibly fresh, pineapple aroma and flavor. The bitterness of the beer comes from a pound each of the Mosaic and Centennial. I wanted to use as much of the 11 pound box of Mosaics I have been saving for the flavor and aroma additions as I could. Mosaics are the most tropical, passion fruit, pineapple flavored hop I have ever tasted. The Mosaics are in very short supply right now as they are a brand new hop on the market. This brand of IPA has been very popular and won't be around for long. Enjoy!!
