Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Farmhouse Wheat
CPR Brewery
This beer was first fermented with a Belgium Wit yeast strain for a fruity nose and complex flavor and then pitched with an American yeast strain for a surprisingly clean finish.

Post Up Porter
Oak Hills Brewery
Cold weather, start of another trail Blazers season, calls for a Porter! The “Post Up” Porter is a traditional American style Porter. It features Dark Crystal, Munich and Chocolate malts. Lightly hopped, the malt is the will be the MVP of this brew. Lift a glass to the rain, the cold, the wind and a warm comfy bar stool!

Oak Hills Brewery
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

Centennial SMaSH

This is a SMaSH beer – single malt and single hop. This batch follows up on the success of Citra SMaSH, Mosaic SMaSH, and Simcoe SMaSH. Look for citrus, and earthy notes from the centennial hops against the toasty Vienna malt in this hoppy golden ale.

Doc Burnsy’s Nutritional Stout

Nutritional (or “milk”) stouts are full bodied stouts brewed with milk sugars. These stouts were once the recommended drink for nursing women because the milk sugars remain instead of being converted to alcohol, providing a lower alcohol-to-calorie ratio.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Edgefield Blackberry Hard Apple Cider
Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits – apples and blackberries – we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry.
