Cedar Hills
Ale & Cider On Tap

Fort Knox IPA
Oak Hills Brewery
This beer was made with pure gold. Brewers Gold that is! 7 pounds of Brewers Gold hops were used along with 4 pounds Nugget and Centennial hops for the perfect amount of signature IPA bite. Crystal-15 gives the beer its golden color. Just because the summer is on its way out doesn’t mean we don’t need our refreshing IPA any more. Flaked barley gives the Fort Knox some body and head retention. Cheers.

Hops: Centennial, Nugget, Brewers Gold
OG: 1.062  TG: 1.009  ABV: 6.4  IBU: 91  SRM: 5

Dream Girl Wheat
Oak Hills Brewery
The Dream girl wheat will put a smile on your face rain or shine. Brewed with Vienna and wheat malt, this American style wheat ale is sure to quench your summer thirst. Brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander, the Dream Girls has just the right amount of spice and flavor. Pairs wonderfully with any pub menu but is also unique enough to stand alone.

Spontaneous Generation Berliner Weiße
Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Brewery
In the middle ages, thinkers theorized that life – if given the proper conditions – could spring up from lifeless matter spontaneously. For this beer, we’ve recreated the magic of spontaneous generation by storing our wort in the brew kettle over night and adding lactobacillus to sour the liquid. From the lifeless wort, a tart, tasty, light Summer wheat has sprung forth with centuries of brewing tradition behind it.

Malts: Heidelberg, Pale Wheat, and Acidulated Hops: Tettnanger
OG:
 1.031  TG: 1.004  ABV: 3.48

Simcoe Smash
Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Brewery
This is a “smash” beer which stands for “single malt and single hop”. This batch follows up on the success of Citra Smash and Mosaic Smash employing the dual purpose Simcoe hop. Look for herbal, earthy and fruity notes from this variety against the toasty Vienna malt in this hoppy golden ale.
Malts: Vienna Malt
Hops: Simcoe
OG: 1.041  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.39  IBU: 42  SRM: 4

Rock Creek Gold
Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Brewery
This golden ale is all about malt flavor and texture. Less than one pound of hops were added so as not to mask the flavor of the grains. If you search hard enough you will discover the pleasing dryness of the honey malt and velvety texture of the flaked barley.
Malts: Pilsen Malt, Flaked Barley, Wheat, Honey Malt
Hops: Horizon, Golding
OG: 1.046  TG: 1.008  ABV: 4.90  IBU: 4  SRM: 4

Red Rhino
Oak Hills Brewery
To celebrate the 24th year of the Oak Hills brew pub we have concocted yet another original recipe. The Red Rhino is a red ale so rich in color and flavor that it has earned the Oak Hills patented “Rhino” moniker. Just the right combination and amount of crystal malt gives this ale its signature, deep red hue. Red Rhino is hopped with pungent Centennials and Cascade hops and in an attempt to round off this pure “C” hop beer, Falconers Flight 7C’s pellets were added toward the end of fermentation.
Malts: Maris Otter, Organic Crystal-60, Crystal 135-165 and Chocolate
Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Falconers Flight 7 C’s
OG: 1.061  TG: 1.012  ABV: 6.32  IBU: 82  SRM: 16
