Ales & Ciders On Tap
McMenamins Irish Stout (on Nitro)
One of our most popular seasonals, McMenamins Irish Stout is a real crowd pleaser. Black as night in color, this beer is actually light in body and low in alcohol. Roasted flavors dominate the palate while Golding hops add that perfect floral balance. Flaked barley gives a smooth creamy finish to this classic. Always served on the nitro tap.
Malts: Pale malt, Flaked barley, Brown, Roast, Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Golding
OG: 1.046 TG: 1.008 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 38 SRM: 35
Dark malt and plenty of hops are what makes this beer unique. 13 combined pounds of Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe hops give the Hades an astounding 100 IBU’s. The dark malt and soft, velvety Nitro mouth feel balances everything together.
Malts: 2 row, Roast, Crystal, black
Hops: Simcoe, Centennial, Simcoe
OG: 1.052 TG: 1.015 ABV: 4.77 IBU:100+ SRM: 35
Buzz Words: Dark, Soft, Hoppy
This is a beer to showcase the Mosaic hop. Thirteen pounds of nothing but this coveted hop strain were used in the brew. An offspring of the wildly popular Simcoe hop, Mosaics display an incredibly fresh, pineapple aroma and flavor. This is the most citrusy, tropical fruit tasting hop I have personally ever worked with. The Mosaics are in very short supply right now as they are a brand new hop on the market. This brand of IPA has been very popular and won’t be around for long. Enjoy!!
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Flaked Barley
OG: 1.058 TG: 1.012 ABV: 5.9 IBU:87 SRM: 3
White Knight Belgian IPA
A big thank you to Scott Gill for coming up with a great name for this Belgian “White” IPA. Bittered with two pounds of Chinook hops, the white knight has a nice, bitter bite; Followed by Amarillo and Crystal hops, a smooth, flavorful hop finish rounds out this IPA. The Belgian yeast adds the signature flavor. You will be able to tell that this IPA is a bit different than the standard American flavors that we always have on tap.
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Barley
Hops: Chinook, Amarillo, Crystal
OG: 1.058 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.19 IBU:90 SRM: 3
Named for the best brewer in the “Oak Hills Village” strip mall, I have made a traditional German wheat beer or Weizen. The part that makes it so unique is the yeast. The strain used is called Weihenstephan. It produces flavors that include spicy clove and fresh banana. This Weizen has medium body but suspended yeast may increase the perception of body. The texture of wheat imparts the sensation of a fluffy, creamy fullness that may progress to a light, spritzy finish aided by high carbonation. This style is always effervescent and always satisfying. Thank you for coming. I hope you enjoy the Stephen.
Malts: Malted German wheat, Vienna, pilsner
Hops: Nugget, Sterling, Brewers Gold
OG: 1.052 TG: 1.009 ABV: 5.5 IBU:28 SRM: 7

This is a “smash” beer which stands for “single malt and single hop”. The Citra hop contributes a surprising depth of bright, citrusy notes while the non-traditional use of Vienna as a base malt gives a pleasing malt backbone to this hoppy golden ale.
Malts: Vienna Malt
OG: 1.041 TG: 1.008 ABV: 4.26 IBU: 43 SRM: 4
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.
Malts: Two Row, Munich, Vienna
Hops: Chinook, Willamette, Sterling
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.8 IBU: 39 SRM: 5
This rich, chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Its signature cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. A true northwest amber.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
