Ale & Cider On Tap
Painted Hills Wheat
Named and inspired after Oregon's very own Painted Hills, this refreshing American Wheat Ale is light bodied with notable Wheat and Crystal malt flavors, and modestly hopped for balance. I also added 5# of sweet Spanish orange peel which accents the citrus in your beer. Try it with a wedge of lemon or as the brewer prefers a wedge of orange.
Malts: Bairds Marris Otter Malt, Crystal 135L, Wheat Malt

The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale. There's a Copper Moon risin' again this summer across McMenamins; make sure that you check it out.
Malts: Gambrinus Organic Pale Malt, Great Western Organic Munich Malt, Great Western Organic 60L Crystal Malt
Hops: Chinook (bittering), Centennial (flavor & aroma)

The Lupatia was a ship that sank off the coast of Tillamook Bay in 1881 due to thick fog. The lighthouse was not working that night and they waved lanterns desperately trying to warn the ship of impending danger. The ship disappeared in to the fog and the next morning the wreckage was discovered. This Northwest IPA will crash in your mouth and sink in to your belly providing a sensation of floral-citrusy goodness. When you finish one you might need to wave your lantern to warn the staff the need of another Lupatia IPA.
Malts: Pilsner, Rolled Oats, Kiln Amber Malt
Hops: Horizon, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial
OG: 1.067 TG: 1.010 ABV: 7.35 IBU: 89 SRM: 5
The presidential porter was brewed the day that President Obama was visiting the Nike complex in the lovely town of Beaverton. I figure being President is a really complicated job.... almost as complex as the mash bill that went into making this beer. Lightly hoped, the Presidential Porter is all about the many malts working together side by side. If only our government could blend as seamlessly together as malted barley in a classic American Porter...
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Carapils, Vienna, Smoked Malt, Victory, Chocolate, Roast, Brown, Crystal 120
OG: 1.051 TG: 1.016 ABV: 4.5 IBU: 30 SRM: 30
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!

Iron Man Strong Ale
The Iron Man is a big, brutal Ale. Named for the toughest guy in the city in Portland, this beer was given the moniker of Blazers shooting guard Wesley Mathews. Wes has earned the Iron Man nick name many times over by continuing his all-out style of play despite an unending list of bumps, bruises and injuries. Dark in color, and full of hops, this beer is everything every other beer could be. Malty, Hoppy, Chocolaty, Oaky, you name it, the Iron Man has it. Full of flavor, the Iron Man Strong Ale is sure to satisfy any big beer loving pallet. This is a high gravity beer and should be handled with caution! Cheers.
