Copper Moon

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

No Bad Days IPA
Welcome to best part of the year! Looks like your gonna need a brew to go along with that patio chair and sunshine. I present the “No bad Days IPA”. No matter what kind of day you’re having, this IPA is sure to make it better. Amarillo and Simcoe hops give this light colored ale a distinct note of passion fruit and pineapple without being overly bitter. Twenty pounds of Flaked barley gives The “No Bad Days” enough body to back up the 10.5 pounds of hops added throughout the boil.
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked barley, Munich
Hops: Chinook, Amarillo, Simcoe
OG: 1.067   TG: 1.007  ABV: 7.7    IBU:60   SRM: 4

Bagdad
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

Front Foot Porter
Sitting back on your heels and being defensive minded will not spring you from the Group-of-Death, you must be aggressive and push forward. While this porter is not playing for a World Cup trophy it is taking an aggressive approach to your taste buds. The standard porter ingredients are here to create the dark-hued chocolaty brew you come to expect from a porter. The difference here is that each keg was dry-hopped with Golding hops and a single stick of cinnamon to compliment the nutty flavor of brown malt. Here's to taking chances and always being on the front foot.
Malts: Maris Otter, Brown, Chocolate, C-60, and Oats
Hops: Chinook and Golding
OG: 1.049    TG: 1.012    ABV: 4.8    IBU: 24    SRM: 25

Diamond Dog Kölsch
The Diamond Dog Kölsch was brewed in honor of a friend’s wedding in June. Instead of an engagement ring, this independent thinking Portland couple decided to go with an engagement puppy instead! Kölsch is bright like a pilsner but technically still Ale as opposed to Lager. Brewed with traditional German Kölsch yeast, it is crisp, light and refreshing. Prost!
Malts: Best Pilsen, White Wheat, Vienna
Hops: Chinook, Perle
OG: 1.045   TG: 1.010  ABV: 4.5%    IBU:25    SRM: 4

Minimax Wheat
McMenamins Oak Hills Brewery • Graham Brogan
I’d like to give a big thank you to my boss Graham Brogan for filing in at the brewery while I was off getting married. Straw colored and light in IBUs, the Minimax wheat is the perfect summer time patio sipping beer. Brewers Gold hops impart a very nice hop character without being bitter at all. Wheat malt gives this style of ale a slightly creamy mouth feel. Cheers to a beautiful summer with plenty of beer and barbecues!
Malts: Pilsner, wheat, honey malt
Hops: Nugget, Brewers Gold
OG: 1.044    TG: 1.004    ABV: 5.16    IBU: 25    SRM: 4
