Ale & Cider On Tap
Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Oak Hills Brewery • Stephen Harper
The Imperial Riser may remind you of our recent seasonal brew “Red Riser”. This great recipe has been taken up a couple notches. An extra 50 pounds of grain and 25 pounds of pure dextrose have lifted the gravity from a 1.069 to a 1.076. Also, 6 pounds of Falconers flight 7 c’s pellets were added straight to the fermenter. This is a big, flavorful, malty, hoppy brew. Enjoy!
Malts: Marris Otter, Canadian pilsner, Crystal Rye, Roast, Caramel Munich 40, Melanoidin
Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Falconers Flight 7 c’s
OG: 1.076 TG: 1.015 ABV: 7.9 IBU: 85 SRM: 14
On Nitro Tap:
McMenamins Irish Stout
One of our most popular seasonals, McMenamins Irish Stout is a real crowd pleaser. Black as night in color, this beer is actually light in body and low in alcohol. Roasted flavors dominate the palate while Golding hops add that perfect floral balance. Flaked barley gives a smooth creamy finish to this classic. Always served on the nitro tap.
Malts: Pale malt, Flaked barley, Brown, Roast, Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Golding
OG: 1.046 TG: 1.008 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 38 SRM: 35
Fresh Crop IPA
It is always exciting to a brewer when the new hops from the fall harvest are finally delivered and ready for use! I used some of my favorite hop varietals for the Fresh Crop IPA and man, did they smell good when those bags were cut open! Two pounds of Centennials were used in the bittering addition (First addition), Amarillo in the flavoring (Second) and finally, some juicy, pineapple, citrus smelling Simcoe hops in the aroma addition. Also, 5.5 pounds of Falconers Flight pellet hops were added straight to the fermenter for that extra burst of flavor and aroma. Cheers.
OG: 1.059 TG: 1.012 ABV: 6.0 IBU:75 SRM: 3
This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. Thi765 beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.
Malts: Two Row, Munich, Vienna
Hops: Chinook, Willamette, Sterling
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.8 IBU: 39 SRM: 5
Pick Pocket Porter
You like dark beer? This one’s for you. Over Thirty pounds of combined Chocolate and Roast malts give this porter a very dark, smooth traditional flavor. If you don’t think you’re a dark beer lover, grab a sample and give it another shot. Close your eyes and think of coffee, chocolate, and toffee. With the absence of Black malt, the bitterness you sometimes detect in dark stouts will not be present. Lightly hopped, the Cole Miner’s Porter gives center stage to the Chocolate, Roast and Crystal malts. Cheers.
Malts: Two Row, Organic Munich, C-40, Roast, Chocolate
OG: 1.051 TG: 1.014 ABV: 4.77 IBU:19 SRM: 29
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.
Malts: Premium Two Row
OG: 1.040 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.26 IBU: 4 SRM: 3
Deep V Wheat
The Deep V originated at the Edgefield Brewery in the spring of 2012. When I came to Oak Hills, I was eager to bring this recipe with me. This beer is flavorful yet extremely easy drinking. Named after the Edgefield brewers’ favorite T shirt style, you can’t help but be put in a festive mood while enjoying the Deep V. No matter what the season, Deep V will make you think of sunshine and warm weather. Great for parties, inquire about keg sales next time you have a get together.
Malts: 2 Row, Vienna, Malted White Wheat
Hops: Nugget, Brewers Gold, Simcoe
OG: 1.050 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.16 IBU:28 SRM: 4
This rich, chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Its signature cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. A true northwest amber.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39

Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Perry – 100% Pear Hard Cider
Just as “hard apple cider” is fermented apples, “perry” is fermented pears. We started with a freshly pressed blend 82% Bartlett and 18% Anjou pears, and feremented this to dryness. Pears, unlike apples and grapes, contain a higher percentage of unfermentable sugars (mainly sorbitol), so the finished fermentation contains a higher level of sweetness from these residual sugars. To balance out the acidity, additional fresh-pressed pear juice was also blended back into the fermented perry. ABV: 6.5%
