Cole Miner's Porter
You like dark beer? This one's for you. Over Thirty pounds of combined Chocolate and Roast malts give this porter a very dark, smooth traditional flavor. If you don't think you're a dark beer lover, grab a sample and give it another shot. Close your eyes and think of coffee, chocolate, and toffee. With the absence of Black malt, the bitterness you sometimes detect in dark stouts will not be present. Lightly hopped, the Cole Miner's Porter gives center stage to the Chocolate, Roast and Crystal malts. Cheers.

Doc Burnsy's Nutritional Stout (Nitro)
Nutritional (or "milk") stouts are full bodied stouts brewed with milk sugars. These stouts were once the recommended drink for nursing women because the milk sugars remain instead of being converted to alcohol, providing a lower alcohol-to-calorie ratio.

Tone Deaf IPA
(Oak Hills Brewery • Stephen Harper)
Sometimes my lack of musical aptitude makes me feel estranged from my more euphonious Portland friends. So to fit myself back in to the Portland inner circle, I did what I feel I do best. Make a beer. The Tone Deaf IPA is lower than a baritone in bitterness yet higher than a castrato in flavor and aroma. Mosaic and Citra hops contribute a cadence of tropical fruit flavors. The lightness and crispness of Pilsner malt combine for a harmonic balance between malt and hop. Dry hopped with Galaxy pellets a soft peach aroma will be the first thing to touch your scenes.
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Barley, C-15
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy
OG: 1.062 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.34 IBU: 74 SRM: 5

NNW Blonde Ale
(CPR Brewery • Chris Oslin and Brady Romtvedt)
Conceived in the top left corner of Oregon, this hoppy blonde ale has the pale straw color and clean crispness of a lager with bright citrusy hops and the fine finish of our McMenamins house ale yeast. Flavorful and refreshing, we hope this ale reminds you just how good we have here.
Malts: Gambrinus Pilsen Malt, Flaked Barley
Hops: Citra, Cascade
OG: 1.048 TG: 1.005 ABV: 5.55 IBU: 31 SRM: 3

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!
ABV: 4.39%

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Seasonal Cider: Pomegranate
Pomegranate cider was our second ever seasonal cider, first released in July 2013. This release will be its third appearance, and it is expected to remain on tap until the end of April (to be followed by cherry cider). Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine. ABV 6.5%

The Dream girl wheat will put a smile on your face rain or shine. Brewed with Vienna and wheat malt, this American style wheat ale is sure to quench your summer thirst. Brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander, the Dream Girls has just the right amount of spice and flavor. Pairs wonderfully with any pub menu but is also unique enough to stand alone.

Rotating Guest Taps

Stella Artois
Classic Belgian lager, golden in color with a spicy hop character.
ABV 5%

Fort George Quick Wit
A Belgian Style ale that's very pale and cloudy in appearance due it being unfiltered and its high level of wheat. Wit beer is traditionally brewed with coriander and orange zest. This uses organic pale and wheat malts, ground coriander, organic lemongrass (to impart a citrus character) and wild-crafted elderflower. There is no bitterness evident in this beer whatsoever, which gives your palate room to explore the smooth wheat malt and tantalizingly exotic spices that will quietly entertain your thirst.
ABV: 5.2

*** High Gravity***
$5.25 for an 8-ounce snifter
Bike Commute Barley Wine
(Oak Hills Brewery • Stephen Harper)

Bike Commute Barley Wine is the first offering of this style from Oak Hills since I started brewing here in 2012. I only filled the kettle up half way to make this style. Less liquid means a higher octane product. The Bike Commute comes in at 10 percent and has a dark, complex malt flavor. Raisin and Oak flavors highlight this strong ale. Served in an 8 oz. Goblet, the Bike Commute is a slow sipping Delicacy.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, C-120, Melanoidin, Munich, Roast
Hops: Nugget, Chinook, Cascade, Horizon
OG: 1.102 TG: 1.023 ABV: 10.00 IBU: 41 SRM: 27
