Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh (or wet) Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. The resulting beer is an absolute fresh hop showcase. This beer starts with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness. The real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aroma. Five pounds of fresh Simcoe hops per barrel were added in three different additions in every batch. These fresh hops overwhelm "Thundercone" with an earthy, raw hop decadence that can only come from fresh hops. It is a greener and more unadulterated flavor and aroma than comes from dried hops. This beer is so refreshing and hop-filled that you may think you are dreaming but this beer is in reality a short lived dream come true.

Proxy Falls IPA
Proxy falls is located on highway 242. A short loop hike takes into the Three Sisters Wilderness Area, through the pristine forest to the upper and lower Proxy Falls and along ancient lava flows. Let this Northwest IPA take you in to the forest and the cascading hops flow like the falls themselves.

This crisp, easy-drinking American wheat beer is 50% malted white rounded out with Pilsen and Vienna malts. Generous flavor and aroma additions of citrusy hops give this beer a bright nose with flavors of fruit and bread.

This is a traditional Belgian Farmhouse Ale made with Pale malt, Rolled Oats and CaraPils malts. Light in color and body but full of flavors thanks to the Wyeast French Farmhouse Yeast(3711). Traditional Belgian notes of clove and banana are present along with citrus flavors and floral aromas.

This McMenamins classic has taken on a transformation out here on the Westside. This is a stronger more full flavored interpretation of the original. This version is more of an English style Pale. The Munich and Vienna malt provide a slightly toasted malt character, while the Willamette and Sterling hops add spice and floral qualities. This beer finishes smooth with just a touch of sweetness.

The Border Porter is a full flavored beer. Packed with two types of crystal malts and finished off with brown and kiln coffee malts that provide the sweet roasty and coffee flavors in this malty brew. Misty Mountain Hop Chocolate Stout
Large amounts of Pale Chocolate malt and some dark coco powder give this Stout a deep, rich, and slightly roasted flavor. The high IBUs are tamed by the semi-sweet chocolate body and some Falconer's Flight hop pellets in the fermenter round out this bawdy brew.

Short Stack Stout (on Nitro tap)
This is my version of a popular European stout. Full bodied, robust and rich malt flavors dominate this brew putting the Horizon Whole Leaf Hops in the background. Lower in alcohol than traditional stouts this is an approachable dark beer for the beginner or for the pro. A full flavored treat that has drinkability and the smooth creamy mouth feel is enhanced by the nitro spout. Enjoy

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Seasonal Cider: Blackberry
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
