Red Riser IRA - To celebrate the late winter months, McMenamins brewers have hand-crafted a delightful India Red Ale. At the time of year when it can be cold and bleak outside, Red Riser IRA peeks over the mountain tops to bring warmth and remind us that Spring is just around the corner. While waiting for Spring to arrive, Red Riser IRA will warm your soul and invigorate your taste buds. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties. The glorious garnet hue illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow. And it does. So enjoy the season and warm up with a pint of Red Riser IRA while you can.

Rail Rider IPA - This is an American style IPA. Inspired by a train trip on the Coast Starlight up to the Olympic Club in Centralia, which I highly recommend. This full flavored brew would make any train trip better. The spicy floral hop flavor and aroma dominate this beer.

McMenamins Irish Stout - McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!

Uncle Daves Dunkel- This is a German style wheat beer. Made with 25% wheat malt unlike our regular wheat brew with 40% small additions of roast malt provide the darker color. The hops give a subtle spicy aroma to this very drinkable brew. Uncle Dave gave me my first job brewing. Thanks David.

Black Widow Porter - Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. A good howl at the Cheshire moon couldn't hurt, either.

Safeside Wheat - A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however difficult to lauter.

Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger

Hammerhead - A classic Northwest pale ale, this rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Ruby - One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.
