Black Widow Porter
Originally created at the Thompson Brewery over 20 years ago on October 15, 1991 and made once a year by all Thompson Brewers to come after that, Black Widow has become an expected and welcome Halloween treat at the Thompson Public House in Salem. Black Widow’s web envelops the entire company every year now. Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. A good howl at the Cheshire moon couldn’t hurt, either. Buzz Words: Black, Roasty, Smooth
This an American style IPA. Hopped with Nugget and Ultra it has a spicy flavor and aroma. It is slightly darker and has more body than your normal IPA. I hope it adds to your summer fun. ABV: 5.93 IBU: 85

Lucky Little Lizard Wheat
Equal parts 2-Row and Wheat malts give this little critter some body and a bit of Honey malt and C-40 for flavor and color. It’s topped off with just a touch of US Goldings and Nugget hop, to add some character. Easy-Peasy, Wheat Ale. Drink it up! ABV: 4.90 IBU: 21
Buzz Words: Light, Bready, Easy Drinking
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed. ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20

Wade’s Choice- This is a so called double IPA. First wort hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Perle and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry hopped with Falconers Flight pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Prost! ABV: 8.00 IBU: 100+

Pilsen, Rye, Crystal Rye, and Victory! All these malts work together to provide a smooth, well blended, dark amber Rye ale with a mildly spicy finish.

Buzz Words: Amber, Smooth, Slightly Spicy
This Porter is a kinder gentler beer than the more aggressive Terminator Stout. The Midnight Wheat malt is dehusked before it is roasted. This removes the astringent bitterness, and leaves in the dark color and sweet flavor. I named this brew after a good friend of 35 years. Porter is his favorite beer, so cheers Glenn.

Boysenberry Cream Stout (on nitro)
A healthy helping of Lactose and a hint of Boysenberries give this nice little winter refresher a crisp and creamy finish. ABV: 5.68 IBU: 13

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

A classic Northwest pale ale, this rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
