Brewer: Gary Nance
This is an American style IPA. Hopped with Nugget and Ultra it has a spicy flavor and aroma. It is slightly darker and has more body than your normal IPA. I hope it adds to your summer fun.

Moderately Bitter, Crisp, and Rebellious
This is an Octoberfest beer made with German Kolsch yeast. One third of the grain bill was made up of Vienna and Munich malts. The Victory malt lends a light toasted note. Although 6% abv this is a beer meant to be very quaffable. Please raise a glass and toast this harvest season. PROST!

Smooth, Malty, and Festive
A Roseburg original, this Porter is a medium bodied dark ale with chocolate, caramel, nutty and roast flavors and an ample hop character to complement the malts.

Dark, Chocolate, Smooth
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.

Golden, Subtle, Refreshing
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however for beer it is difficult to not stick the mash.
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Roast.
Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger
OG: 1.040 TG : 1.007 : ABV: 4.15 IBU: 12 SRM: 7
Refreshing, golden, malty
Neirb'o Oatmeal Stout (Also available on Nitro!)
This brew is a meal in a glass. Made with mostly English malts with a perfectly suitable amount of bittering and flavor hops. The sweetness of the base malts play against the flavor of the roasted grains. May the shining eye and smile of the Irish luck be with you.

Roasty, Full bodied, Flavorful
The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. Crisp, Copper-hued, Floral
*DBL IPA - Wade's Choice
This is a so called double IPA. First wort hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Sterling and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry hopped with Centennial pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Hope that you enjoy several pints. Prost!

Extremely bitter, strong, rebellious
A classic Northwest pale ale, this rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
This delicious new seasonal cider brings together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
