McMenamins Corvallis
Ales on Tap

Enjoy a pint of McMenamins' finest!
Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.

Brewer: Gary Nance

Midway IPA
This an American style IPA. Hopped with Nugget and Ultra it has a spicy flavor and aroma. It is slightly darker and has more body than your normal IPA. I hope it adds to your summer fun.
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 85  OG: 1.057
Moderately Bitter, Crisp, and Rebellious

Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.
ABV: 4.26 IBU: 4 OG: 1.040
Fruity, Tart, Refreshing

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20 OG: 1.044
Golden, Subtle, Refreshing

Jam Session ISA
As spring fades into summer, McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of being an India style. Expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops are added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint.
ABV: 4.77 IBU: 49 OG: 1.047
Aromatic, refreshing, light

Safeside Wheat
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however for beer it is difficult to not stick the mash.
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Roast.
Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger
OG: 1.040  TG : 1.007 :  ABV: 4.15  IBU: 12  SRM: 7
Refreshing, golden, malty

Copper Moon
The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale. There's a Copper Moon risin' again this summer across McMenamins; make sure that you check it out.
ABV: 5.03   IBU: 39   OG: 1.048
Crisp, Copper-hued, Floral

*DBL IPA - Wade's Choice
This is a so called double IPA. First wort hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Sterling and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry hopped with Centennial pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Hope that you enjoy several pints. Prost!
ABV: 8.75 IBU: 99 OG: 1.084
Extremely bitter, strong, rebellious

On Nitro Tap: Sparty's Porter
Porter steps back into our lineup. A lost bet is why this brew is named after some team some where’s mascot.  A tip of the Monroe brewery chapeau to the Spartans from East Lansing MI. I think that the football and basketball programs are superior.  A great mascot and a tremendous fan base as well. Well I guess that about sums it up except to say you guys beat us fair and square Congrats.   BOOMER SOONER Jakay
ABV: 5.29  IBU: 19 OG: 1.055
Carmel, Roast, Sweet

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale, this rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  OG: 1.056
Buzz Words: Hoppy, Amber, Carmel

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  OG: 1.065
Buzz Words:Roasty, Black, Coffee

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. It’s simple but delicious. Taste the original!
ABV: 4.39  OG: 1.039
Buzz Words: Raspberry, light, refreshing

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Edgefield Black Cherry Cider
A blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Fuji, Galas and Honey Crisp Apples are used to create the base apple cider for this dry cherry cider inspired by a poster from the Barley Mill Pub. The fermented hard cider is then infused with Black Cherry juice. This creates a dark garnet color that presents a deep cherry nose followed by a hint of fresh apples. There are prominent cherry flavors and a rounded sweetness to balance it out.
