Copper MoonCopper Moon
The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial and Sterling hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. All these things blend into a refreshing, flavorful and organic Summer Pale Ale. There's a Copper Moon risin' again this summer across McMenamins; make sure that you check it out.

McMenamins Irish Stout (On Nitro)
Coming 9-13-14! This is our Halfway to Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal and will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the occassion. McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!  ABV: 4.90  IBU: 38
OG: 1.045
Buzz Words: Dry, Creamy, Robust

Midway IPA
This an American style IPA. Hopped with Nugget and Ultra it has a spicy flavor and aroma. It is slightly darker and has more body than your normal IPA. I hope it adds to your summer fun.
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 85 OG: 1.057
Buzz Words: Moderately Bitter, Crisp, and Rebellious

Lucky Little Lizard Wheat
Equal parts 2-Row and Wheat malts give this little critter some body and a bit of Honey malt and C-40 for flavor and color. It’s topped off with just a touch of US Goldings and Nugget hop, to add some character. Easy-Peasy, Wheat Ale. Drink it up!
ABV: 4.90  IBU: 21  OG: 1.043
Buzz Words: Light, Bready, Easy Drinking

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
ABV: 4.52  IBU: 20  OG: 1.044
Buzz Words: Golden, Subtle, Refreshing

M.P.G. Pale
Multiple Pale Grains (M.P.G.) make this a pale with a little broader flavor profile. This is a moderately bitter beer with a good malt base that has a clean finish. The Crystal hops impart a flowery spicy aroma. The small addition of midnight Wheat gives this brew its lovely color.
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 30   OG: 1.053
Buzz Words: Moderately Bitter, Crisp, and Rebellious

On Nitro Tap:
Griff’s Porter
This Porter is a kinder gentler beer than the more aggressive Terminator Stout. The Midnight Wheat malt is dehusked before it is roasted. This removes the astringent bitterness, and leaves in the dark color and sweet flavor. I named this brew after a good friend of 35 years. Porter is his favorite beer, so cheers Glenn.
OG: 1.054  ABV: 5.03  IBU: 29
Buzz Words: Roasted, Sweet, Chocolatey

(Wade’s Choice) This is a double IPA. First wort hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Perle and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry-hopped with Falconers Flight pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Prost!
ABV: 8.00  IBU: 100+  OG: 1.077
Buzz Words: Extremely Bitter, Strong, and Rebellious

So you say it’s your birthday. Well it’s my birthday too. We are going to have a good time. I am glad it’s your birthday. Happy Birthday to you!
ABV: 6.19  IBU:90  OG: 1.058
Buzz Words: Moderately Bitter, Crisp, and Rebellious

A classic Northwest pale ale, this rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  OG: 1.056
Buzz Words: Hoppy, Amber, Carmel

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  OG: 1.065
Buzz Words: Roasty, Black, Coffee

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. It’s simple but delicious. Taste the original!
ABV: 4.39  OG: 1.039
Buzz Words: Raspberry, light, refreshing

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Edgefield Blackberry Hard Apple Cider
What says “late summer” in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries? Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. Gluten Free!
ABV: 6.5%
