The 2015 version of Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This "winter warmer" highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. Flower Fever Imperial IPA
Weighing in at 8.6 percent ABV, the "Flower Fever" Imperial IPA, packs a tough Portland IPA punch. Flavored with a combination of Mosaic and Centennial hops, we gain a satisfying balance of Citrus and Pine flavors. Dry hopped with a 6 pound combination (1LB per BBl) of Citra and Meridian pellets, this Double IPA has powerful aromas that will be the first thing to greet your senses

This refreshing golden ale has a mild floral hoppy quality that finishes dry but not too bitter. There is a faint tartness present due to the introduction of lactic acid to the wort. Light, crisp, and delicious!

Black Rabbit Porter
Black Rabbit Porter is a seven-grain Edgefield classic with a roasty, chocolate malt profile, toasted nut flavors, silky body, and a soft finish. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who once roamed the grounds, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.

Electric Orange Weizen
A generous amount of high quality wheat malt is employed to give this beer a rich body and frothy white foam head. Spanish sweet orange peels are allowed to boil in the kettle for several minutes before this ale is sent to the fermenter. The result is a flavorful but citrusy and refreshing American style wheat beer

McMenamins Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
This beer is a very dark ebony colored stout with a thick long lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Recently we have been transitioning our hard cider production to be made exclusively from a fresh juice blend. We are working with a local cider house to obtain fresh juice throughout the year, and then fermenting and finishing the cider as we have done since we first began production of hard cider in the winery in 1992. What this means to the consumer is that they will notice a slightly lighter color hue to the cider as well as more fresh apple aromatics in their glass.
Seasonal Cider: Blackberry
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
