Whether you're unwinding from a long day of hard work or just looking to relax on the back deck, this is your beer of choice. The malt background is rich, smooth, and subtly sweet. This is truly a beer for the hop lovers out there.

To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry-hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA. Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Recently we have been transitioning our hard cider production to be made exclusively from a fresh juice blend. We are working with a local cider house to obtain fresh juice throughout the year, and then fermenting and finishing the cider as we have done since we first began production of hard cider in the winery in 1992. What this means to the consumer is that they will notice a slightly lighter color hue to the cider as well as more fresh apple aromatics in their glass.
Seasonal Cider: Blackberry
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
