Jam Session ISA

Jam Session ISA
A light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency.
Malts: TF&S Golden Promise, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Crystal 15L

Two Falcons Double IPA
This IPA is brewed with a double dose of Falconer’s Flight hop blend. It contains some of the Pacific Northwest’s most intriguing aroma hop varieties and additional experimental hops.

Hefeweizen
This hazy, deep golden ale was made with over 50% wheat which adds a soft grain flavor. A German ale yeast was used to create clean lager like characteristics and also adds to its haze. The slightly spicy herbal flavor of Sterling hops work to balance out the overall flavor profile.

Springs Eternal ESB
The British style of Extra Special Bitter has a great balance of both malt and hop flavors. Sweet caramel malt characteristics mingle well with the spicy, floral notes that come from Ultra hops.

Amarillo Horizon IPA

Blazer Supporter Porter
Six different kinds of malted barley where combined to create this midnight black ale. Classic porter flavors of roast and chocolate are balanced with a silky sweet mouth feel and smooth finish. Go Trailblazers!

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.

Heavy Duty Oatmeal Stout
This strong stout is made with more than five pounds of oats per keg. Poured on our nitro tap to create a rich creamy head. Smooth roasted malt flavor is balanced with a touch of hop bitterness. A perfect pint to warm your bones on a wet winter day.

Little Blue Pilsner
A traditional Czech style Pilsner with a clean crisp malt flavor that is balanced well with lots of spicy floral hop characteristics. This crystal clear lager is a nice golden straw color with a beautifully white head. It’s so light and refreshing you’ll be wanting another.

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Edgefield Perry – 100% Pear Hard Cider
Just as “hard apple cider” is fermented apples, “perry” is fermented pears. We started with a freshly pressed blend 82% Bartlett and 18% Anjou pears, and feremented this to dryness. Pears, unlike apples and grapes, contain a higher percentage of unfermentable sugars (mainly sorbitol), so the finished fermentation contains a higher level of sweetness from these residual sugars. To balance out the acidity, additional fresh-pressed pear juice was also blended back into the fermented perry.
