This hazy, deep golden ale was made with over 50% wheat which adds a soft grain flavor. A German ale yeast was used to create clean lager like characteristics and also adds to its haze. The slightly spicy herbal flavor of Sterling hops work to balance out the overall flavor profile.

Lake Forest IPA
The land where Douglas Firs grow and people like a good hoppy IPA. Mosaic hops are showcased and blended with Simcoe and Amarillo to create this aromatic brew. There is a complex array of hop flavors that can be de-scribed as tropical fruit to earthy pine. One sip and you’ll know you are in the land of Lake Forest.

Blazer Supporter Porter
Six different kinds of malted barley where combined to create this midnight black ale. Classic porter flavors of roast and chocolate are balanced with a silky sweet mouth feel and smooth finish. Go Trailblazers!

Strong Bones Milk Stout
This stout is poured exclusively through our nitro tap to achieve a thick, creamy head. A touch of lactose sugar was added to give a sweetness you would expect with a milk stout. Roasted barley gives this beer its midnight black color.

Two Falcons Double IPA
This IPA is brewed with a double dose of Falconer’s Flight hop blend. It contains some of the Pacific Northwest’s most intriguing aroma hop varieties and additional experimental hops.

Living Easy Kölsch
By German law a true Kölsch can only be brewed in the city boundaries of Cologne. This very easy drinking, thirst quenching Kölsch was brewed in the city of Tigard and it’s qualified to represent the JBC. With summertime here, and the weather getting hotter, this is a perfect patio beer.

Singled Out Red
Here is an example of a SMaSH beer. That means one single malt was used along with one single hop. This red ale was built for the Northwest with a nice toasty malt flavor balanced out with a bitter, spicy, citrusy hop profile.
