Red Riser IRA
To celebrate the late winter months, McMenamins brewers have hand-crafted a delightful India Red Ale. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties.

Here is an example of a traditional light German style lager. A truly balanced beer with malt, hops, and yeast all working together without over powering each other. Mountain Park IPA
Come on down the mountain and enjoy a hoppy India Pale Ale. The light bodied malt profile of this beer lets you enjoy all the hop flavors. Simcoe hops have distinct aromas that can be described as piney with citrus notes and are a favorite among Northwest brewers.

This hazy, deep golden ale was made with over 50% wheat which adds a soft grain flavor. A German ale yeast was used to create clean lager like characteristics and also adds to its haze. The slightly spicy herbal flavor of Sterling hops work to balance out the overall flavor profile.

Strong Bones Milk Stout
This stout is poured exclusively through our nitro tap to achieve a thick, creamy head. A touch of lactose sugar was added to give a sweetness you would expect with a milk stout. Roasted barley gives this beer its midnight black color.

Named after the malt used to create its rich ebony color, Briess Black Prinz roasted barley. The husk of this malt was removed before roast to offer less bitterness and astringent flavor that you get with other roasted malts. Sweet malt flavors are balanced with a mild hop profile.
