Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
It’s the time of year to start savoring the potion of your choice to warm the bones and soothe the soul. And one can’t think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Drifting along? Fell asleep amongst the flowers for a couple of hours? Awake and inhale the swirling floral aromas and discover the pungent, tropical hop flavors of this well-balanced IPA. We tamed the bitterness and malt flavors to showcase the blend of late addition Northwest hops (pine, citrus, grapefruit) in the kettle and Australian Galaxy pellets (passion fruit) in the fermenter. Smell, sip and savor.

Sibyl’s Strong Ale
It is said that a prophet (or prophetess) is never accepted in their hometown regardless of the truths they tell and the dreams they dream. You don’t need the spirit of divination to enjoy a pint of this strong ale; malty-sweet caramel flavors are balanced with Rye and roasted grains to create a full-bodied brew. Listen for the voice in the desert, the daughter of Apollo calling from the mountain top: drink and be merry.

Dale’s Wee Heavy
Dale's Wee Heavy is a crisp and boggy brew with earthy aromas and a clean, malt flavor punctuated by hints of coffee and smoke. Heavier than its predecessor Dale’s Scottish Ale, this Wee Heavy has pumped-up the flavor and alcohol while taming the peat flavors.

The Cascadian dark ale is a Northwest original. Dark and hoppy without the roasted coffee and chocolate flavors you find in Stouts and Porters the CDA blazes new trails for IPA lovers. Looking for some good fortune? The Talisman Pale has what you need. Light, crisp and less than five percent alcohol makes this beer endlessly drinkable. Perle and Cascade hops in the kettle give bitterness and subtle floral notes to the beer while Meridian hop pellets were added to the fermenter to create a sweet, pungent aroma with flavors of lemon and fruit punch. Belly up to the bar and order a pint of this lucky charm.

The Token Wheat is made to style with a few simple additives to give depth and complexity to the flavor. Wheat comprised over half the grains used in the mash, Rye malt was added to give a little bite on the tongue, Crystal malt for sweetness and Sweet Spanish Orange Peels in the kettle create a soft citrus aroma. Good for any occasion or day of the week, late night, long lunch or lazy day the remedy is the same: Token Wheat.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley.
