Ales on Tap
Enjoy a pint of McMenamins' finest!
Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint.
Malts: NW Pale, Golden Promise, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Crystal 15
Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Sterling
OG: 1.047 TG: 1.010 ABV: 4.77 IBU: 54 SRM: 4
Buzz Words: Aromatic, refreshing, light
The deceptive strength of this heavy hitting IPA is hidden well behind a veil of refreshing smoothness brought on by the use of red wheat and amber malt. The malt bill gives way to a combination of distinct NW hop varieties and dry hopping with Falconers Flight 7c’s ensures a very assertive hop nose and pallet. If Eventide IPA had only one thing to say it would be “G’Nite”!
Malts: Pale, Red Wheat, Amber
Hops: Centennial, Nugget, Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Falconers Flight 7c’s
Front Foot Porter
Sitting back on your heels and being defensive minded will not spring you from the Group-of-Death, you must be aggressive and push forward. While this porter is not playing for a World Cup trophy it is taking an aggressive approach to your taste buds. The standard porter ingredients are here to create the dark-hued chocolaty brew you come to expect from a porter. The difference here is that each keg was dry-hopped with Golding hops and a single stick of cinnamon to compliment the nutty flavor of brown malt. Here's to taking chances and always being on the front foot.
Malts: Maris Otter, Brown, Chocolate, C-60, and Oats

This full-flavored Stout was brewed with Roasted Barley, Chocolate, and Crystal malts using a strong base of English Maris Otter. Rye malt was added to give some spice, Oat Flakes for texture and each keg has an American Oak spiral soaked in Bourbon to give it that barrel aged taste. Pouring from the nitro tap this Stout is silky smooth and complex warming you inside like kind words or the sensation of falling. Big taste and an alcohol content of 7% enjoy judiciously.

White Van Wheat
This Belgian style wheat beer was brewed with traditional malts and yeast which gives it a light color and crisp, slightly fruity finish. Crushed coriander seeds and dried bitter orange peel were added late in the boil to compliment the yeast. Cascade and Centennial hops give the beer some Northwest flavor and Tettnanger hops finish with a continental aroma. It may take a few sips to taste it all.
Malts: Pilsen, Wheat, and Rye
Hops: Centennial, Cascade and Tettnanger
OG: 1.049 TG: 1.007 ABV: 5.4 IBU: 28 SRM: 4
Buzz Words: Spicy, Crisp, and Tart
Looking for an IPA to take you somewhere far away? This double IPA may not be out-of-this-world but give it time and it might just put your head in the clouds. The taste is smooth and slightly malty with a good balance of hop flavor and bitterness. The IBUs measure at over 100 but the Brown malt tames the perceived bitterness and compliments slightly spicy Rye notes.
Malts: Pale, Rye, C-15 and Brown
Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo
OG: 1.071 TG: 1.014 ABV: 7.35 IBU: 100 SRM: 7

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
