Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.

Red Riser IRARed Riser IRA
To celebrate the late winter months, McMenamins brewers have hand-crafted a delightful India Red Ale. At the time of year when it can be cold and bleak outside, Red Riser IRA peeks over the mountain tops to bring warmth and remind us that Spring is just around the corner. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties. The glorious garnet hue illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow. And it does. So enjoy the season and warm up with a pint of Red Riser IRA while you can.

Little Apple Wheat
Edgefield Brewery • Recipe by Drew Phillips
Since our tea-infused ales received such positive feedback, we decided to make a dedicated batch. Upfront, you’ll notice aromas of apple and pear imparted by chamomile flowers with a hint of lemon zest. The smooth, slightly sweet malt bill makes a firm foundation for the spiciness of noble hops and citrus bite of lemon peel. Fun fact: before the widespread use of hops, some ancient Celtic and Teutonic brewers used chamomile to flavor and balance their ales.
Malts: Vienna, Red Wheat, Flaked Barley, Victory, Crystal Wheat, Caramel Munich
Hops: Nugget, Brewer’s Gold, Sterling, Ultra
Adjuncts: Dried Lemon Peel, Chamomile Flowers
OG: 1.054  TG: 1.010  ABV: 5.68  IBU: 36  SRM: 8

Pounder Porter
This brown porter makes a perfect session style ale with its smooth taste and low alcohol level of about four percent you can enjoy this beer for hours on end. Made with the English originals in mind the Pounder is comprised predominately of brown malt and English 2-row with a little crystal-40 for sweetness and a pinch of chocolate malt to round out this brown bliss. The hop presence is slightly more pronounced than the average porter to balance out the residual sugar and low amount of alcohol. So get your mates together and have a session with the Pounder
