Red Riser IRA
To celebrate the late winter months, McMenamins brewers have hand-crafted a delightful India Red Ale. At the time of year when it can be cold and bleak outside, Red Riser IRA peeks over the mountain tops to bring warmth and remind us that Spring is just around the corner. While waiting for Spring to arrive, Red Riser IRA will warm your soul and invigorate your taste buds. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties. The glorious garnet hue illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow. And it does. So enjoy the season and warm up with a pint of Red Riser IRA while you can.

Raging Bull IPA
This IPA is aggressively hopped, but made with a solid malt backbone. Pale in color with a taste and smell of grapefruit. Just what one would expect from a northwest IPA. Cheers!

Winter Advisory Wheat
A standard American wheat ale, brewed with sweet orange peel. Nice and bready with mild hop flavor. Made with premium British wheat malt.

Awesomo's Amber
This smooth drinking brew is named after a pub manager's nickname. Deep red bordering on light brown. With little amounts of hop character and a pleasant caramel sweetness.

Chili Nebraska Bitter
Dry hopped with habanero and Serrano peppers, giving the beer a hint of hot pepper flavor and aroma. This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.

Pacific Loon Porter
This is nitro porter is named for a beautiful bird that comes from the boreal forests of Alaska and Canada, it winters in the sea off of our coast. You’ll find hints of chocolate and caramel in this brew. Light and easy drinking.

Double Purple Haze
A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Made by popular demand. This brew has double the ingredients from the standard purple haze. With 84 pounds of boysenberries, it is slightly tart and warming.

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains.
