Ale & Cider on Tap
Enjoy a pint of McMenamins' finest!
Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.
Just in time for the holidays, the busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday season. Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This “winter warmer” highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of four different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years’ version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Kringle. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

Ready for a change from the Uber-hopped IPA? Starting with Gambrinus Honey malt and a heavy dose of Crystal hops this beer finishes smooth and balanced, slightly sweet and endlessly drinkable. The same amount of hops were used as in previous IPA’s but they are utilized in such a way so as not to overloaded the beer with bitterness or piney, grassy flavors. This is the perfect pint for those who tend to shy away from the king of Northwest beers so ease into a glass of Crystal IPA and see what you’ve been missing.
Malts: Pale, Amber and Honey Malt
Hops: Chinook, Cascade and Crystal

On Nitro Tap:
Dale’s Wee Heavy

Sibyl’s Strong Ale
It is said that a prophet (or prophetess) is never accepted in their hometown regardless of the truths they tell and the dreams they dream. You don’t need the spirit of divination to enjoy a pint of this strong ale; malty-sweet caramel flavors are balanced with Rye and roasted grains to create a full-bodied brew. Listen for the voice in the desert, the daughter of Apollo calling from the mountain top: drink and be merry.

OG: 1.079 TG: 1.021 ABV: 7.5 IBU: 48 SRM: 13
Dandy Amber Ale
This fancy auburn ale is the sensible and refreshing choice to satisfy the sophisticated. Malty but not overly sweet, mild hop flavors and medium bodied make this a smooth, delicate drink to be savored. The Cascadian Dark Ale is a Northwest original. Dark and hoppy without the roasted coffee and chocolate flavors you find in Stouts and Porters the CDA blazes new trails for IPA lovers. Ask for a sample or try a pint and if the spirit of exploration burns in your breast try a black and tan with IPA or Hammerhead.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
