Lord Have Myrcene IPA
Myrcene
(MER-SEEN) is an essential oil component in hops that gives off a ton of aroma and flavor, and when you drink a west coast IPA you take on a truckload of Myrcene. This particular brew is loaded with Meridian hops and complimented by our infamously beautiful Cascade hops for complexity (both high in Myrcene content). A stronger malt body than our usual IPAs will give you one more thing to mull over in every delicious sip as you enjoy the dank, floral, citrus aromatics and flavors brought ever more forward by the Centennial and Columbus dry hopping.
Malts:
Pale Malt, Wheat, Caramel Munich 40L, Crystal 15L
Hops:
Nugget, Cascade, Meridian
Dry Hop:
Centennial, Columbus

Bad Wolf Wheat
A Rose Hip infused wheat ale that takes on a nice, crisp citrus and slightly fruity tone that you won't see from hops (despite using similar descriptors). As a tip of the hat to my favorite Dr. Who character in the series I recommend this beer as something that transcends time and space: appropriate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, fighting assassin robots, and other regular activities.

Hops

Additional: Rose-hips

 Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you.  The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie.  Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home.  Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind.  It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Hops:
Chinook, US Golding

Purple Haze
Made with boysenberry puree this crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale is slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our ruby recipe. This is a pub favorite. Seriously, people go crazy when we put this on tap.

Get Low Golden Ale
When it comes to craft beers we brewers have a tendency to get carried away with gigantic, ambitious brews. We forget that sometimes you just want a nice easy sippin' Golden Ale. Low on color, low on bitterness, lower on alcohol, and low on threat to offend your palate here's a crisp, refreshing pint to treat yourself with a few times over. Cheers!

Ask about our growler fills if you'd like any of our brews on tap to-go. We also have Ruby and Hammerhead bottled!

McMenamins Irish Stout (Nitro)
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our 'Nitro' taps for the entire month of March.  It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head.  The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate.  A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.   One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.
Malts:
Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley
Hops: Chinook, US Golding
OG
: 1.045   TG: 1.007   ABV: 4.90   IBU: 38   SRM: 34

Highland Smoked Porter (only available on Nitro)
A lovely, seasonally appropriate porter for your palate. Here we have a clean American porter with just a hint of smoke swirling in the midst of dark, roasty goodness. We went old school adding some Brown malt (a once very common ingredient in porters that made up as much as 100% of the beer), and tossed in some flaked barley to enrich the mouthfeel and flavor with malty goodness. Perle and Tettnanger hops round it out with earthy, spicy aromas and tastes. A cheers to you and yours.

*Battlestar Hoptactica DIPA
Prepare your palate to be jettisoned into a whole new level of DIPA experience, because this beer is on a mission. A strong malt backbone supports a bombardment of hop-blasts to deliver wonderfully layered aromatics and flavors of orange, pineapple citrus, and passion fruit. A deep orange hue, sturdy white head, and fine, American bitterness all serve to further a brew that drinks on a galactic scale. So say we all.

*Spud-Nik Russian Imperial Stout
Only available in 8 oz. pours, sorry no growlers

A Russian Imperial Stout brewed by a guy from Idaho.  The beer practically named itself. I launch this beer into the orbit of your olfactory sense and taste buds. Blacker than the blackest black, rich, malty, roasty, and chewy enough to qualify as half a loaf of bread this brew will give you a lot to process. So take your time, enjoy your company, and cheers to a wonderful life. Na Zdorovya!

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.3

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
