Ale & Cider On Tap
Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our trio of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Shoulder The Sky Porter
Dark and plenty flavorful it’s just right for end-of-the-day ruminations, contemplations, or relaxation. Dwell on the roasted malt flavors, the subtle spice from the crystal rye, and the earthy, noble hop contribution. Maybe you can pretend you’re an 18th century laborer—arguably the era of Porter’s birth as a style—brooding with your chum at a local pub where you’re finding solace in good company and a pint.

Hood Slide IPA
It’s late at night. You’re walking home, and an urge crawls up into your brain. It’s irresistible. Setting your sights on what appears to be the most freshly waxed vehicle in sight you pick up the pace until there’s a steady clip in your step. Approaching the car you start to sprint. You vault onto the hood and savor a smooth glide to the other side. Never mind that the buttons on your back pockets just carved out the paint job on the car. You just did a hood slide. Way to go Starsky. Here’s a pint of finely bittered IPA with aromas of orange citrus and low-key passion fruit notes on the tongue as a tribute to your smooth moves.

On Nitro Tap:
Hyper Heifer Stout
Full disclosure: the official title of the beer reads something like Chocolate Espresso Milk Stout. Infused with shots of espresso, cocoa powder, and lactose sugar it’s as complex in flavor as it is in malts. Heavy on the unsweetened cocoa and light on the sweetness it’s sure to specifically satisfy the dark chocolate lovin’, caffeine drinkin’, stout cravin’ maniacs out there. So don’t hesitate to make this highly drinkable brew your desserts’ compliment or a dessert all by itself.

On Nitro Tap:
McMenamins Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.

Strawberry Ales Forever
One of the first fruits to ripen in the spring strawberries are an excellent way to usher in the new season. With a light hopping to balance out the sweetness from the fruit you’ll only get a subtle note of these delicious red delights. But that’s the way it should be. It’s still beer after all. Celebrate the end of winter with your friends, and send a cheers to all present company with this ripe, pink ale.

Glory Boy Cascadian Dark Lager
This black India lager is a hoppy, dark beer that doesn’t give a damn about beer styles. It is a tribute to the brewer who sticks ten kinds of exotic fruits and spices in one tiny batch of beer and ferments it with the rarest Mesopotamian yeast. It’s a beer for the brewer who refuses to be bound by technical guidelines or tradition and seeks greatness through a Trappist style Belgian quintuppel aged on Norwegian wood in a humidor kept next to a crate full of poblano chiles. This is a beer for the brewer or brewery we all know and love; keep pushing the boundaries, Glory Boy.

(Edgefield Brewery) - Flatlands Wheat is a American Wit with a twist! Coriander and orange peel were thrown into the boil just before flame off to give a spicy, citrusy aroma. Willamette hops were sparingly used, giving off a woody, spicy hop flavor. The hop presence doesn’t overpower the winter wheat that comes straight from the flatlands. Golden in color with a nice citrusy flavor, this ale is sure to quench.
Malts: 2-row, Red Wheat, Marris Otter, Pilsner, C15
Hops: Brewers Gold, Willamette, Ultra.
Adjuncts: Coriander, Bitter Orange Peel.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.3
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Edgefield Perry Hard Cider
To produce our first Perry, we employed many of the same fermentation principles and practices used for our standard hard cider. For the juice, we started with a freshly pressed blend 18% Anjou, 82% Bartlett Pears, and feremented this to dryness. Pears, unlike apples and grapes, contain a higher percentage of unfermentable sugars, like sorbitol, so the finished fermentation gained more sweetness from these residual sugars. Along with this character, another important attribute of Perries are the increased tannins which are readily given from the pears. Similar to wine tannin, these provide a bit of a bite, like salt in soup, which frames the flavors and focus the fruit flavors in the glass.
Enjoy a pint of McMenamins' finest!
