Ale & Cider On Tap
Crazy Eyes IPA
If you know hopheads like I do you're familiar with the distant stare they can get: it's a far-off gaze fixated on the horizon; it's filled with a singular, consuming hunger that can make people look downright scary; it's the Crazy Eyes of hop madness. Give these people their IPA. Nothing else will do. Light on the malts so we can get down to hoppy business. The Meridian, Columbus, and Crystal hops hand out orange, grapefruit citrus with a background of stone fruit that finishes with a crisp, easy bitterness. Cheers to an obsession with great, flavorful brews!

Hops: Horizon, Columbus, Crystal, Meridian
Dry Hops: Meridian
OG: 1.060 TG: 1.009 ABV: 6.58 IBU: 57 SRM: 5
Screaming Eagle American Wheat Ale
Along with apple pie, baseball, and ranch dressing fewer things are more American than a good, light, clean American Wheat Ale. Right off you've got a great straw gold brew with a beautiful white head. Then you can expect the slightest hint of malt sweetness that finishes with mellow U.S. Goldings for those classic citrus notes. All told the beer is pretty mild so you'd better have a couple to effectively tease out all of its nuances!

Angle of Repose Cascadian Dark Ale
Often referred to as "Black IPA" the Cascadian Dark Ale is an ale with the Pacific Northwest at its very soul. Our love of deep, flavorful brews and a deep seeded devotion to maximum hop impact should not be kept separate. We packed our brew kettle full of Simcoe, Chinook, and Columbus hops to deliver a piney, citrus laden CDA with a wonderful malt profile straight to your table. Throw in the Galaxy and Citra dry-hops for extra measure, and you've got a beer that meets you at the end of the day just in time for good reflection. Recline, relax, enjoy.

Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops are added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

*The Silver-Sun Hop-Up-
DIPA With Monkey Puzzle infused American Oak Spirals
At 25 years young the McMenamins Murray and Allen Pub in Tigard needed something befitting both the hop heads and the high gravity, well malted beer lovers that frequent its space. In order to achieve this we set aside some oak spirals to soak in our very own Monkey Puzzle (a dry hopped whiskey). We then added them to a keg of our DIPA for aging. The whiskey and oak characters help to soften the bitterness while the aging process has given the malts a chance to shine forward. A well balanced pint that is fitting only for a great birthday. Cheers!

McMenamins Irish Stout (Nitro)
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our 'Nitro' taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.

Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Pomegranate Cider
Seasonality: Mid-February through end of April
Stats: 6.5 % abv
The pomegranate cider is one of the founding blends of our seasonal cider program - pomegranate cider was our second ever seasonal cider, first released in July 2013. This release will be its third appearance, and it is expected to remain on tap until the end of April (to be followed by cherry cider).
Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
Edgefield Ciders are available on draft at all McMenamins locations and also sold in growlers to-go for home enjoyment. Recently, we have been able to increase our production and kegging capacity to be able to offer them to home draft customers by the 5gal Sanke keg. Please call the winery at 503.492.5467 for more information regarding dock sales of kegged cider.
Hand-crafted at the Highland BrewPub by brewer Tyler Staples unless otherwise noted.
