Red Riser IRA
To celebrate the late winter months, McMenamins brewers have hand-crafted a delightful India Red Ale. At the time of year when it can be cold and bleak outside, Red Riser IRA peeks over the mountain tops to bring warmth and remind us that Spring is just around the corner. While waiting for Spring to arrive, Red Riser IRA will warm your soul and invigorate your taste buds. Made from the finest malted barley, along with some rye malt, this red giant is generously hopped with a heavenly blend of aromatic hop varieties. The glorious garnet hue illuminates the way to a wonderfully complex blend of malt flavors. The citrusy floral hop notes hit the nose in a prophetic burst of awareness that something wonderful is to follow. And it does. So enjoy the season and warm up with a pint of Red Riser IRA while you can.

Grandma Betty’s Quilted IPA
Mosiacs, Mosiacs, Mosiacs. A patchwork of blanket of Superior Pilsen, Pearl Pale, and C-40 malts is woven together with an insane amount of Mosiac hops.

Foster's Porter
A classically styled English Brown Porter. Chocolate and Brown malts combine to give this classic English Brown Porter a robust flavor, while Roast and Chocolate malts add that extra little bit of roast character to round it out.

Heidtke's Prize
Great Grandfather Heidtke went on a long voyage many years ago. When he finally settled after his long trip he sired Grandfather Heidtke, who toiled for many hard years in his father's new homeland, trying to make a land that his son, Father Heidtke could be proud of. And proud, Father Heidtke was! With the knowledge and strength of the great men before him he was able to propagate Champion Heidtke. Every Champion needs a prize, and this slightly hazed, crispy Northwest Wheat is his.

80/
Brewed for the KLCC brewfest, the 80/ (shilling) is a traditional Scottish Ale. Brown in color and lightly carbonated, this smoky little treat is perfectly suited for the nitro tap.

The Californian
Brewers in the early days of settling California had a problem. They found the moderate central coast weather problematic for fermenting, never getting warm enough for an Ale and always a touch to warm to ferment the Lagers. So the California Common was born. A hybrid of the two popular styles, this Californian flaunts its golden, sun-kissed tan and bubbly personality. While also staying true to its working man's roots with a healthy dose of Cascades bitterness running through it's veins.

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-liker flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Nebraska Bitter
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
