Just in time for the holidays, the busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday season. The 2015 version of Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This "winter warmer" high- lights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt fla- vors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop varieties were added in five dif- ferent additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years' version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Kringle. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

Boysenberry Cream Stout (on Nitro tap)
A healthy helping of Lactose and a hint of Boysenber- ries give this nice little winter refresher a crisp and creamy finish.

This is an Octoberfest beer made with German Kolsch yeast. One third of the grain bill was made up of Vi- enna and Munich malts. The Victory malt lends a light toasted note. Although 6% abv this is a beer meant to be very quaffable. Please raise a glass and toast this harvest season. PROST!
Fall Back IPA
With a deep burnt orange hue, this IPA drops its bit- tery goodness on your taste buds. Halcyon Pale lends subtle biscuit tones to this already earthy IPA.
Malts: Pale Ale Malt, Halcyon Pale Malt, Crystal Malt
Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra (dry-hopped)
OG: 1.063 TG: 1.011 ABV: 6.71 IBU: 100 SRM: 9
Neptunes Trident showcases the best of 3 malts com- ing together. Barley provides the classic body and feel, while Wheat was added to provide a nice slight bready character, and finally finished with just a hint of Rye to give a nice spice effect on the finish. Galena and Centennial hops were added to provide bitterness and even more spice characteristics respectively.

A traditional Northern German styled cool fermented brown ale. Unlike other brown ales there is a definite focus on bitterness playing with the malt characteris- tics of this particular style.

565 Strong Ale
A big time beer for big time fans of big time beers. This guy was brewed in the fall of 2014 and aged with Billy Whiskey infused oak. Giving it plenty of time to grow up and work its way into your glass.
Malts: GW 2-Row, TF&S Mari Otter, Flaked Barley, Bairds 135/165
Hops: Chinook, Cascade
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top sell- ing beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammer- head's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry.Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
