McMenamins Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.

Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the sound-track to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instru-ment to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late addi-tions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Lucky Little Lizard Wheat
Equal parts 2-Row and Wheat malts give this little critter some body and a bit of Honey malt and C-40 for flavor and color. Topped off with just a touch of US Goldings and Nugget hops, to add some character. Easy-Peasy, Wheat Ale. Drink it up!

Wunder Bär Munich Dunkel
This traditional Bavarian lager is given a beautiful copper/ruby hue by the Munich base malts. The sweetness of the heavy malt bill is offset ever so slightly by Oregons own Crystal hop.

18 Wheel Porter
From Cigar City to Shakey Town, truckers are on the look-out for that one Alligator trying to chew their shoes and those Baby Bears hiding in the trees, constantly looking to shoot them in the back. All so they can bring us our treats! Let’s celebrate these drivers, their Bulldogs, and Wiggle Wagons with a pint of this robust, heavily malted, and deli-cately hopped Porter.

Blast Furnace Double IPA
It’s cold out there! And it’s only gonna get colder. I suggest you warm up with this high gravity, high octane Double IPA. Copious amounts of Pale and Pearl malts level out the heavy Amarillo hop additions. While the Caramel Munich gives this full bodied, decadent IPA a slightly bready char-acter.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Ham-merhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

7 C’s IPA
A simple base consisting of Pearl and 2-Row malts is designed to introduce you to this fabulous new hop blend. Falconers Flight 7C’s are blend of all the Big C hops, giving us a wonderful bouquet of tropical, Flo-ral, and Citrus notes.

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-liker flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
