Citra are a great hop variety featuring heavy citris and tropical notes. This beer is designed to showcase them. A light malt bill provides the perfect vehicle to deliver the many different additions of this wonderful hop to your taste buds.

Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you'll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delight- fully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favor- ite.

Sunflower IPA (limited time 22 oz. bottle)
We've revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry- hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, black currant, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead.

Grandma Betty's Quilted IPA
Mosaics, Mo- saics, Mosaics. A patchwork blanket of Superior Pil- sen, Pearl Pale, and C-15 malts is woven together with an insane amount of Mosaic hops.

Crows Foot Brown (on Nitro tap)
This Brown Ale was brewed for those of us that don't want to give up our darker brews in the summer. 135/165 and Brown malts play nicely together to give us a beautiful brown hue without an intensly heavy body. All while a late addition of Ultra and Meridian hops lend a subtle crisp spicyness to the pint.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top sell- ing beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammer- head's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-liker flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Black Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Hon-ey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then enfused or finished with Black Cherry juice.
