Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

A light, crisp and refreshingly fruity ale made with boysenberries. Purple Haze is very lightly hopped to allow the berry flavor to shine. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Halcyon Dreams IPA

Lucky Little Lizard Wheat
Equal parts 2-Row and Wheat malts give this little critter some body and a bit of Honey malt and C-40 for flavor and color. Topped off with just a touch of US Goldings and Nugget hops, to add some character. Easy-Peasy, Wheat Ale. Drink it up!

White Water Golden Ale

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Ham-merhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Pomegranate Hard Apple Cider
A blend of pomegranate and apple juice, the subtle pomegranate flavors blend nicely with those from the apple, bringing a bit of astringency and color to the mix. A bit sweeter than our standard hard cider, the Pomegranate Cider balances this sweetness with natural acidity and carbonation.
