A big time beer for big time fans of big time beers. This guy was brewed in the fall of 2014 and aged with Billy Whiskey infused oak. Giving it plenty of time to grow up and work its way into your glass.

Half Shell Golden
Half Shell Golden Ale is a light and refreshing Golden Ale perfect for a warm summer evening. It is brewed with Pale Ale malt, a touch of Crystal, Crystal Rye, Rye and Oat malts give it a golden color reminiscent of the awning over the "Half Shell" stage at Stewart Park in Rose- burg where local residents can see world class musicians perform on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. This ale is "first wort hopped" with Citra and Mosaic hops, a process in which hops are added to the kettle before it is heated, rather than when they are typically add- ed (after the wort has begun to boil). This process provides a unique hop character and leads to more hop flavor and aroma. Additional hops were added during the boil and after to maximize the hop flavors and aromas, and "dry hopping" in the fermentor with Meridian to round out the hop profile.

Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops are added in late additions, which pro- vides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

McMenamins Irish Stout

McMenamins Irish Stout
McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!

Purple Haze
A light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale. Slightly more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this is a pub favorite.

Mosaic Maniac
You’ll go crazy for the Mosaic Maniac. A big malt base provides the strength to balance the insane amount of hops used in this single hop double IPA. The Mosaic hops lend a tropical fruit character to the mix with hints of mango, tangerine and peaches.

Diamond IPA
An American style India Pale Ale brewed with Pale Ale and Caramel Vienna malts to provide an ample malt backbone, complemented by aggressive hopping for plenty of bitterness and an emphasis on hop flavors and aromas.

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet sum- mery smooth sweetness is the first thing you'll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There's a Copper Moon risin' again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Wissler’s Wheat
Named after Ezra Wissler and the property along the North Umpqua river where he settled in 1852 (now known as Whistler’s Bend Park) this refreshing American Wheat Ale is light bodied with notable Wheat and Munich malt flavors, and modestly hopped for balance. Try it with a wedge of lemon or orange.

Thielson Porter
A medium bodied dark ale with chocolate, caramel, nutty and roast flavors and an ample hop character to complement the malts.

Dark Roast

Coffee? Beer? Can't Decide? . . . Have both. Dark Roast is a dark Stout with coarse ground McMenamins Black Rabbit French Roast coffee beans added to the keg, leading to a slow, cold extraction of coffee flavors from the beans which complement the nutty, chocolate and toasty flavors from the malts. A modest hop character counterbalances the malt and coffee to produce a deli- cious beverage that wakes you up, but relaxes you at the same time.
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Munich, Brown and Black malts with Flaked Barley and Roast Barley
Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Goldings, Sterling and Tettnanger

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Black Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then infused or finished with Black Cherry juice. Fermentation: We employ a cool fermen- tation, aerating the juice for the benefit of yeast cell growth. Typically a bit of malic acid (the predominant acid in green apples) is added to keep a good acid balance in the finished cider. We then allow the juice to ferment totally dry and just before filtering added a generous addition of Dark Cherry Juice for sweet- ening, color and flavor. The dark garnet color presents a deep cheery nose followed by a hint of fresh apples, in the mouth the cider has prominent cheery flavors and rounded sweetness.
ABV: 6.7%
