It's that time of year, to celebrate harvest and welcome the coming autumn. What better way to do that than with a festive Oktoberfest Lager. The Edgefield Oktoberfest is a traditional style seasonal lager, brewed in honor of the changing seasons. It pours a beautiful crystal clear copper color with a creamy off-white head. Sub- tle aromas of sweet bread and toffee greet the senses. The first sip opens up with a crisp clean toffee flavor with a touch of sweetness and a dry subtle spicy citrus aftertaste. A quaff- able fall lager to celebrate the annual harvest, Prost!

Corkeys Scottish 70 Schilling
Entering the front door with his beautiful wife by his side, Corkey always had a great smile and would always ask how we all were do- ing. "What you got cookin in the back kid?" was one of my favorite questions he would ask me. In his honor I have brewed up a Scottish 70-shilling ale. Raise a pint to all who have passed.

Black Rabbit Porter
A seven-grain Edgefield classic with a roasty, chocolate malt profile, toasted nut flavors, silky body, and a soft finish. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who once roamed the grounds, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.

Back to School Wheat
This is a perfect beer to drink before, during and after classes. It's smooth and light, pleasantly balanced with flavors of caramel and toasty bread up front, hints of spicy hops towards the end of the palate that give it a crisp and clean finish.

Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh (or wet) Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. The resulting beer is an absolute fresh hop showcase. This beer starts with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness. The real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aroma. Five pounds of fresh Simcoe hops per barrel were added in three different addi- tions in every batch. These fresh hops overwhelm "Thundercone" with an earthy, raw hop decadence that can only come from fresh hops. It is a greener and more unadul- terated flavor and aroma than comes from dried hops.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
