Pole Ax
Created back in the day and many many years ago at the Thompson house by Chris Oslin, Pole-Ax is a great hoppy dark ambered ale. Nice caramel notes followed by a great Chinook and Cascade hop profile this ale is sure to please. If you are a Hammerhead drinker this is a great notch up to try on your palate.
Malts: GWM 2row, GWM munich, GWM c-75, Bairds 135/165 and Bairds black
Hops: Chinook, Cascade, Cascade
OG: 1.068 TG: 1.014 ABV: 6.97 IBU: 40 SRM: 26

Theilson Porter
(Roseburg Brewery • Tom Johnson)
A medium bodied dark ale with chocolate, caramel, nutty and roast flavors and an ample hop character to complement the malts.
Malts: Pale Ale, 40L Crystal, 120L Crystal, Chocolate
Hops: Brewers Gold. Cascade, Goldings
OG: 1.052 TG: 1.013 ABV: 5.0% IBU: 43 SRM: 24

Safeside Wheat
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however for beer it is difficult to not stick the mash.
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Roast.
Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger
OG: 1.040 TG : 1.007 : ABV: 4.15 IBU: 12 SRM: 7

Session X Pale Ale
Easy going pale ale based with a mix of malts and a soft hop profile for these hot summer days. Malts: Bairds Pale, Red X, Organic 2 row , Vienna and c-40 Hops: Mosaic and Simcoe
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.80 SRM: 8 IBU: 33

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quali- ty and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop fla- vor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.
Malts: Organic 2-Row, Organic Munich, Organic 60L Crystal

Mosaic IPA
Light bodied IPA with a nicely built malt pro- file. Hop combos create for a nice amount of bitterness fol- lowed by fruit notes.
Malts: Pale, Vienna, Wheat, Flaked Barley, Optic and c-15 Hops: Centennial, Galeena and Mosaic
OG: 1.069 TG: 1.016 ABV: 6.84 SRM: 5 IBU: 90+

Check Your Head IRA
Jen's 1000th brew!! This deep garnet red big boy has an upfront hop profile for all you hop heads, and a good balanced malty body. Here's to 1000 more!

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Hard Cider

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Blackberry Cider
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
