The busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday season. The 2015 version of our Kris Kringle Yuletide Ale is a hearty and robust ale with a big, bold malt complexity and an intense hop profile. This "winter warmer" highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and choco¬laty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of two different hop variet¬ies were added in five different additions, delivering a magnificent and massive hop assault. There's still some ginger and cinnamon added into the batch but the spices are a little more subdued than in years' past. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

Black Widow's web has enveloped the entire company, as every McMenamins brewery made a batch this year. Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery.

Impromptu Porter (on Nitro tap)
Smokey, rich, oaky and dark, this beer is fantastic take on the classic Porter style with a winter twist. Baird's Peated malt and Thomas Faucett Smoked malt give this beer subtle, smokey undertones. Smooth, full bodied and delicious, this beer is best gulped by the campfire on a cool winter night.

Space Walker IPA
This is a new IPA we are proud to feature that is out of this world. The hop character will have your taste buds blast off into the cosmos with fruity, citrusy, and tropical flavors. Smooth bitterness and a round body send this beer into hyperspace.

Rainy Day Wheat Ale
It's that time of year again where the rain comes back from the dry hot summer. What better way to enjoy it by kicking back with a smooth wheat ale. With tropical notes from the hops there's a slight peppery bite from the Grains of Paradise. Light and refreshing you're going to want to drink this all rainy day!

Edgefield Extra 2015 Barley Wine
Served in a 10oz Goblet
This Extra is a traditional English Barley Wine that is huge on Maris Otter malt character and brimming with graham cracker and toffee flavors. This special link between the past and present has been one of our brewers' favorite technical challenges to make and is a beer that promises to age extremely well. The Extra will surface occasionally as the base for some of our barrel-aged offerings, and will be re-released from time to time as it matures. We at Edgefield hope you enjoy it for years to come. *Major Threat DIPA
This is a true west coast double IPA. Hops were incorporated in every step of the brewing process from mash to keg. Nuggets were used for bittering and provide a smooth, mellow bitterness. Chinooks, Centennial and Santiam's were added during the boil to deliver a piney and citrusy burst of hop flavor. Then Tettnanger hops were added late in the boil to give a nice noble hop aroma. Finally, a mighty dose of Centennial hops were added during the end of fermentation for a blast of hop aroma. Cheers!

Jake's Leg Dark Rye
Brewed with 50% crystal rye malt, this beer pours a deep mahogany color with a dark, amber head. A rich and luscious bready character shines through the velvet-smooth body. Spicy hops round out the brew and complement the flavor of the rye malt. Cheers!

This lively, delicate beer is packed full of subtle spicy aromatics and flavor thanks both to the unique French Saison yeast used in fermentation and the peppercorn and lemon peel added during brewing. Our citrusy saison is light-bodied, light hued, and has both enough hop character to be an excellent summer thirst quencher that will have you saying, "sacré bleu!"

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Edgefield Blackberry Cider
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
