*The Kraken IIRA
The Kraken is an Imperial India Red ale brewed strong and hoppy- with Centennial character that will bring you back to the early days of craft IPAs. However, this dark red beast is still pleasantly malty and balanced even at its impressive ABV. Add a dash of the much coveted Mosaic hop in the late additions, and you've got a true monster of an IRA.
Malts: 2-Row, Wheat, Crystal Rye, Roast, Crystal 120
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic
OG: 1.088 TG: 1.017 ABV: 9.16 IBU: 78 SRM: 18
Buzz Words: Balanced, High Gravity, Hoppy
Time- Out ESB
ESB, or Extra Special Bitter, style beers are a nod to a day before the IPA, when a mildly hopped beer in the public house was just a ‘bitter.' This mild and approachable ale was brewed for those pub-going souls who find a little break with a cold beer to be one of the best parts of the day.
OG: 1.048 TG: 1.012 ABV: 4.64 IBU: SRM: 10
McLovin Irish Red Ale
An Irish Red Ale... Just in time for St. Patrick's Day. This beer pours with a hearty malt backbone and a light, roasted barley flavor which lends a characteristic dryness to the finish. McLovin is best enjoyed by the pint while surrounded by friends and family. Come and get some before it's
gone like the snakes.
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.010 ABV: 5.42 IBU: 25 SRM: 18
After Hours IPA
Brewed to celebrate free time, this IPA pours a deep orange color. If you thought that the citrus stopped there you were wrong. This beer just won't quit. The Horizon provide a spicy, pleasant bitterness up front, while pounds upon pounds of Citra, Chinook, Meridian and Mosaic hops were added late in the boil to give off a citrus hop blast. Galaxy hops were added in-tank for a tropical hop flavor and aroma. It's time to clock out and have a pint. If it's Friday perhaps a pitcher is in order.
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.011 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 69 SRM: 7
*Major Threat Double IPA
The latest installment in our double IPA series is a true west coast double IPA. Hops were incorporated in every step of the brewing process from mash to keg. Nuggets were used for bittering and provide a smooth, mellow bitterness. Chinooks, Centennials and Santiam's were added during the boil to deliver a piney and citrusy burst to the hop flavor. Then Tettnanger hops were added late in the boil to give a nice noble hop aroma. Finally, a mighty dose of Centenial hops were added during the end of fermentation for a blast of hop aroma.
OG: 1.086 TG: 1.017 ABV: 8.9 IBU: 87 SRM: 5
Early Bloom American Wheat Ale
Folks, the ground hog lied. Spring is here... let the light, refreshing beers pour freely. This American Wheat Ale was brewed in celebration of this year's early spring. Early Bloom pours with a light straw color and finishes with a subtle breadiness. Perfect for these lovely spring days. Smell the flowers, drink the beer.

Edgefield Extra 2014 Barley Wine
The Extra’s roots go back nearly to the very beginning of the brewery’s founding in 1991. This Extra is a traditional English Barley Wine that is huge on Maris Otter malt character and brimming with graham cracker and toffee flavors. This special link between the past and present has been one of our brewers’ favorite technical challenges to make and is a beer that promises to age extremely well. The Extra will surface occasionally as the base for some of our barrel-aged offerings, and will be re-released from time to time as it matures. We at Edgefield hope you enjoy it for years to come. Cheers!
OG: 1.100 TG: 1.017 ABV: 10.71 IBU: 52 SRM: 1
On Nitro Tap:
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.
Malts: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley
Hops: Chinook, US Golding
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 38 SRM: 34
Brewer's Blend Coffee Pale (Nitro)
The relationship between the brewer and coffee is intertwined like you would never believe. Every day we brewers walk up to the Edgefield manor, as a crew, for our morning cup of Joe. Oftentimes chuckling, we walk back to the brewery to begin our days work. We simply couldn't do our job without the fine beans roasted by our coffee roasters. This beer is a tribute to the fine folks in the coffee department who help keep the brewers going. Mildly hopped and infused with our cold coffee extract for a smooth coffee flavor, this beer will be sure to please.
OG: 1.059 TG: 1.012 ABV: 6.06 IBU:17 SRM: 7
A classic Northwest pale ale, its signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones of the crystal malt.
