Autumn Moon Oktoberfest
The Autumn Moon is a festive lager beer which is conditioned and tapped during the Oktoberfest celebration! It has a smooth overall quality with medium body with malt flavors complementing all the way around. Hop bitterness and flavors balance out in the back end of the drink and leaves a somewhat crisp, dry finish. A great festive beer for the Fall. Prost!

Big Bruiser Double IPA
The Big Bruiser Double IPA is exactly as the name suggests, big and definitely a bruiser. Maybe the 12 pounds of hops, that's 2 pounds per barrel, bruise your taste buds. Or possibly the big malt flavor will pound your palate. Then again it could be the 7.5% ABV that bruises your ego. Who knows? All this beer will do is inundate your mouth with big powerful hop and malt flavors!

Golden Sparrow Fresh Hop
A light bodied and very easy drinking golden ale. The Sparrow has a nice malt flavor that is complemented with a mellow hop feel. Fresh Hops picked by hand from the hop vines at the D&D Ranch in Terrebonne. These hops were added towards the end of the boil to release mild bitterness and flavor of the fresh hops. A fun day of picking hops in the afternoon late summer was all that a brewer could ask for. Throw in the singing of the sparrow and the day was almost perfect! Enjoy this golden rendition of a once a year batch of ale!

Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
Time has slipped by again and we are confronted with a myriad of changes in the season of autumn. It's the time of year to start savoring the potion of your choice to warm the bones and soothe the soul. And one can't think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Fall Back IPA
As the season changes from summer to fall we are taken aback by the beauty of the colors nature presents to us. With this IPA we fall back to the floral aspects of a typical IPA as well as the piney aromas that accentuate the hop characteristics. Smooth in its drinkability yet full in hop flavor. A touch of malts also present itself to balance out the overall bitterness that lingers just a touch on the back end. Sit back and enjoy a pint while the coolness of the evenings come earlier and more often. Fall Back to an IPA!

Buzz words: Floral, Well rounded and Hoppy Fall!!

Titan India Red Ale (IRA)
The Titan IRA is a wonderful take on a big malty red ale with the hop emphasis typically seen in IPAs. The Titan has a deep red hue with semi-sweet malt flavors. Big hop tones of citrus and floral notes give this drink a little extra power. With thoughts of Mythological deities Gaia and Uranus in mind, who sired the 12 Titans or gods, this drink is hopefully what legends could be made of!

Malts: Baird's Maris Otter Pale, GWM Pilsen, Thomas Fawcett & Sons Crystal Rye 70/80, Franco Belges Caramel Munich 40 and Best Melanoidin
Hops: Galena, Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial

Peeled Back Wheat
One of Andy Young’s last original concoctions is a take on an American Wheat Ale. It is a light and mellow ale with an all-around nice drinkablility. Besides the mellow malts and earthy hops that were used, Andy also added a little bonus. He ground whole coriander and added it to the last few minutes of the boil. He also threw in some bitter orange peel too! This gives the ale a balance and smooth finish that is all that you can ask for. Enjoy a pint and give a prost to Andy Young, our Summer brewer!

Decathalicious Porter
The Decathlon is one of the hardest Olympic events to medal in. This Porter goes the extra mile to please all your senses! A smooth aromatic start jumps to a semi-robust malt flavor. The drink then vaults itself to a very mellow hop taste. It finally runs the whole course with an easy stride that leaves a dry finish that shot-puts your taste buds to enjoyment! We’ll let you decide which medal this beer receives, but we think it’s the Gold!!

McMenamins Irish Stout (Nitro Only)
This is our Halfway to Saint Patrick’s Day seasonal and will pour exclusively on our “Nitro” taps for the occassion. McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick, and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!
