Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops are added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you're a hard-rockin' IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you'll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

**Baltic Porter
This Baltic Porter is a big and bold beer to behold. A light black or dark brown hue gives this drink a not too intimidating start. Bring on the complex and malty flavors! Some roast and chocolate flavors dominate the upfront portion of you sip. Meld with a low hop profile that really is there to help the overall malt impression. Slight alcohol warmth at the end rounds out this chewy and flavorful beer! A definite try for dark beer lovers!!
Malts: Baird's Munich, Baird's Marris Otter Pale, GWM Melanoidin, Briess Aromatic, Baird's Brown, Baird's Chocolate and Briess Black Prinz
Hops: Columbus, Santiam and Brewer's Gold
OG: 1.079 TG: 1.020 ABV: 7.6 IBU: 36 SRM: 23

Gunslinger Pale Ale
The Gunslinger in all his glory is bearing arms once again on tap at OSF. This ale is medium in body with all the comforts that is characteristic to the style. Floral and citrus hops are distinguishable through the easy malt complex and shoot straight to your taste buds. A slight dry flavor allows the hops to linger a bit but not too long. Strap on your gun belt and see if you can hang with the Gunslinger!!
Malts: GWM Pale, GWM Munich, GWM Wheat and Baird's Crystal 30/37
Hops: Chinook, Brewer's Gold, Citra and Cascade

Father Francis Kölsch
This Kölsch is crisp and mellow ale for any type of fun in the sun! Father Francis Kölsch is light in body as well as smooth and easy drinking. Slight malt characteristics give the Kölsch a rounded mouth feel at first sip. Then the mild hop balance eases onto the palate and allows the smooth, dry finish to dance on your taste buds! A pint of Kölsch with friends warms the soul as the sun warms your days! Prost!
Malts: Best Pilsen, Best Vienna and GWM Wheat

Hop Guard IPA
(Old St Francis School • Michael "Curly" White)
You might need to guard your taste buds from this very well hopped IPA. A tropical fruit aroma lends a beautiful bouquet to start. Citrus tones of lemon mellow during your first impression. The subtle yet lingering bitterness doesn't over bite the full flavor of pine and floral hop flavors. A medium malt complexity gives the beer some indulgence of balance but the hops are what really come through in this IPA. Be "on guard" for this pint can really get ya!!
Malts: GWM 2 Row, GWM Pale, GWM Munich and Franco Belges Caramel Vienna
Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Galaxy, Citra, Crystal and Mosaic
Dry Hop: Citra
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.010 ABV: 7.1 IBU: 70 SRM: 5

Front Line ESB
Take a step to the front of the line with this ESB. Made with the English style of ESBs in mind, this drink has a biscuit and toasty malt flavor. There is a mellow hop flavor that is more earthy than floral. A mild hop bitterness resides on the tongue for just a bit to allow the full hop flavor to be remembered. A nice dry finish which is typical in English style beers completes your ESB experience!
Malts: Baird’s Pale, GWM Pale, Briess Victory, Baird’s Crystal 30/37 and Baird’s Crystal 70/80
Hops: Chinook, Brewer’s Gold, Crystal and US Golding

Sunflower IPA
The Sunflower IPA was born at the West Linn Brewery in the mid ‘90s by brewer Rob Vallance. The beer is also named after the rows of sunflowers adorning the back patio of the pub. The Sunflower quickly gained a cult following and became so popular it is the only IPA that McMenamins has ever bottled. Throughout the years the recipe has been tweaked to keep up with the changing hop varieties and IPA drinker’s palates. Recently though I dug through the archives and pulled up a 1998 recipe from the West Linn Brewery. I wanted to re-create the Sunflower that I remembered as a first time employee in the late 90s. The balance of mild hop flavor and hop bitterness with a touch of citrus tones was something I had never experienced back then. To say it blew my mind back then is an understatement and a main reason I got involved in the beer making process! So grab a pint and sit back with a beer that is flavorful as well as balanced. I hope you enjoy as much I as do!!
Malts: GWM 2Row and GWM Crystal 15L
Hops: Cascade and Bullion
OG: 1.061  TG:1.011  ABV:6.45  IBU:53  SRM: 5

Wildflower Wheat
This American Wheat ale has all the basics for a great tasting wheat beer. Clean crisp body and a mellow hop flavor with a touch of malt chewiness. To put a unique twist on this beer we added Wild Chamomile flowers to enhance the flowery aromatics and herbal flavor. This enhances the overall mellow sensation that a wheat beer can be about. A wonderful combination to a sipping wheat beer!!

Hops: Nugget and Sterling
OG: 1.043  TG: 1.004  ABV: 5.0  IBU: 23  SRM: 4

On Nitro Tap:
Stone Haven English Brown
The Stone Haven is a tip of the hat to the folks across the pond. This Northern English Brown Ale has a nice amber brown hue and a slight sweet aroma from the specialty malts. A nice tan head entices the drinker to really indulge in the first waft and sip of the quaff. Caramel and nutty tones reside on the tongue as the mild hop bitterness balances out the drink. A medium dry finish allows the aftertaste of malts to create a haven on your pallet. Grab a pint and enjoy! Cheerio!
