Fuzzy Bubble
Peaches in your beer, what? Fuzzy Bubble is peaches for you and me with over 10 pounds of peach puree in every keg. Brewed with Belgian yeast and lightly hopped you can expect sweet malt and bubble gum flavors on your tongue, banana aromas in your nose and a smile on your face.

Lizbie Browne
Dear Lizbie Browne where are you now? In sun, in rain? Or is your brow past joy, past pain, dear Lizbie Browne? A pleasant English style brown ale, mild and smooth.

Eventide IPA
Balanced, smooth and refreshing the Eventide IPA is not an explosion of grassy bitterness and alcohol but a subtle, simple evening IPA.

White Van Wheat
This Belgian style wheat beer was brewed with traditional malts and yeast which gives it a light color and crisp, slightly fruity finish. Crushed coriander seeds, Juniper berries and dried sweet orange peel were added late in the boil to compliment the yeast and add complexity. Loaded with flavor and light on alcohol this is the perfect beer for the heat of summer and pace of life in the Northwest.

Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
This is our Halfway to Saint Patrick's Day Seasonal and will pour exclu- sively on our ‘Nitro' taps for the occassion. McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originat- ed in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possi- ble with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A mod- erate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!

Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh (or wet) Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. The resulting beer is an absolute fresh hop showcase. This beer starts with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness. The real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aro- ma. Five pounds of fresh Simcoe hops per barrel were added in three different additions in every batch. These fresh hops overwhelm "Thundercone" with an earthy, raw hop decadence that can only come from fresh hops. It is a greener and more unadulterated flavor and aro- ma than comes from dried hops. This beer is so refreshing and hop- filled that you may think you are dreaming but this beer is in reality a short lived dream come true.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Cider
The Edgefield Winery has been producing hard cider since 1992. Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold stor- age to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Deli- cious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness).

The freshly pressed juice arrives at the Edgefield Winery, where it is pumped into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Em- ploying a cool fermentation to maintain as much of the fresh apple aromas as possible, we ferment the cider until it is completely dry. A bit of fresh-pressed apple juice is then blended back into the hard cider for some sweetness and to balance the acidity. We keg the cider with some CO2 spritz, and ship it off to all of our loca- tions to enjoy.

Blackberry Cider
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.

Hop Valley Citrus Mistress IPA (Eugene, OR)
This seasonal IPA features 4 different hops with the addition of grapefruit peel for a citrus, peach and tropical bouquet. Plus enough munich malt to give it a classic burnt-orange color.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 80

Worthy Prefunk Pale Ale (Bend, OR)
Pacific Northwest malts provide a balanced taste and mouthfeel, rounded by a smooth caramel background. Made with Citra and Amarillo hops, it finishes with a juicy hop burst with hints of tan- gerine, lychee, and pink lemonade.
ABV: 6% IBU: 50
