Black Widow Porter
Originally created at the Thompson Brewery over 20 years ago on October 15, 1991 and made once a year by all Thompson Brewers to come after that, Black Widow has become an ex- pected and welcome Halloween treat at the Thompson Public House in Salem. Black Widow's web envelops the entire compa- ny every year now. Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. A good howl at the Cheshire moon couldn't hurt, either.
Malts: British Pale Malt, Munich, Flaked Barley, Wheat, 135/165 Crystal, Black, Roast

Dunkelweizen directly translated means "Dark Wheat." It's a beer that has a long and storied history in Germany, the region of Bavaria specifically. This beer is very low in hops yet still high in flavor. The Weihenstephan yeast is the real star of the show. It gives off soft and pleasant flavors of clove and banana. Dark crystal and Chocolate malts give the Dunkel its color and slight roast flavor. Prost!

Rob's Organic Raspberry-Hibiscus Ginger Beer
Our ginger beer pours a deep ruby red, with aromas and fla- vors of raspberries and floral hibiscus. Not as dry as its fruit beer cousins, but still easy drinking, the pleasant ginger back- bone and bite make this a perfect warm weather ale. Its cloudy appearance is due to the unmalted wheat used, similar to a wit or Bavarian hefeweizen. A small addition of hops was added solely for preservative value.
Malts: Organic 2-Row, Organic Munich, Unmalted Wheat, Brown

No Bad Days IPA
No matter what kind of day you're having, this IPA is sure to make it better. Mosaic and Simcoe hops impart distinct notes of passion fruit, soft citrus, and pineapple without being overly bitter. Crystal 40 malt gives the No bad Days a sunny orange hue. Rolled Oats add body and head retention. Cheers.

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins’ top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
